Description

Goat milk sand sagebrush mixture, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a goat milk sand sagebrush mixture, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The soap is used as a skin cleaner to remove dirt adhering to the skin surface and keep the skin clean. Keep the skin healthy and beautiful, and can make the physiological function of the skin full of vitality. The soap is used for washing hands, faces, bathing, etc. unlike the washing soap, it is generally aimed at the skin of human body. With the improvement of living standard of people, the skin-cleaning agent is required to have a skin-cleaning function, and also has new functions of sterilization, beauty treatment, moisture preservation and the like.
The Artemisia sphaerocephala, also known as Artemisia sphaerocephala, is a plant of Compositae. The root system of the Artemisia sphaerocephala is thick and long, the stem is woody, the branches are many and long, and the Artemisia sphaerocephala is pressure-resistant and buried; the fruit wall contains colloid matters, and the fruit wall can absorb moisture and expand to lock soil and promote seed germination, so that the fruit wall is one of good sand-fixing plants. The plant growth regulator is distributed on movable and semi-movable sand dunes or fixed sand dunes in desert and semi-desert areas with the altitude of 1500 meters or below, and also grows on dry grasslands and arid sloping fields. The sand sagebrush seeds, namely the sand sagebrush seeds contain a large amount of colloid, and can be widely used as thickening agents, gelling agents, stabilizing agents and the like in the fields of food, textile, papermaking, medicine, petroleum, coal mines and the like.
The Chinese patent with publication number of CN108619026A discloses moisturizing facial cleanser containing sand sagebrush seed extract and a preparation method thereof, wherein the moisturizing facial cleanser comprises sand sagebrush extract, folium sennae, fructus cannabis, chinese toon head, trichosanthes bark and sodium alginate according to a certain proportion.
The prior art can supplement water and preserve moisture when the artemisia desertorum extract is applied to the facial cleanser, but still has some disadvantages: 1. at present, the demand of people on perfumed soap is far greater than the demand of facial cleanser; 2. the facial cleanser has no antibacterial effect and low cleaning strength.

Comparative example 2:
the Artemisia annua concentrate in example 4 is replaced by vegetable glycerin on the market, and other component contents and preparation methods are the same as in example 4.
Bacteriostasis test:
the antibacterial effect of the soaps obtained in the above examples and comparative examples was measured using the dilution-coating flat-plate method. The operation method comprises the following steps: square pigskin with side length of 5cm is prepared, and gamma rays are used for irradiation sterilization of the pigskin.
Preparing beef extract peptone liquid culture medium, sterilizing with high pressure steam, inoculating Escherichia coli bacterial liquid into beef extract peptone liquid culture medium for enrichment culture, collecting enrichment liquid, and sequentially performing 10 times 5 After dilution, the samples were spread onto sterilized pigskin, incubated at 30℃for 12 hours with aeration, the samples were repeated three times and a blank control of E.coli was set.
After uniformly wiping the surface of the pig skin inoculated with escherichia coli using the goat artemisia soap prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 for 20 seconds, washing soap foam on the pig skin with sterile water, then air-drying, controlling the washing time to 40 seconds, placing the pig skin on a sterilized beef extract peptone solid medium in an ultra clean bench, removing the pig skin after 10 minutes, pouring the flat plate into a 30 ℃ constant temperature incubator for cultivation, setting a blank control for washing the pig skin with only sterile water, observing the colony count of escherichia coli in four time periods of 0, 6, 12 and 24 hours, and calculating the bacteriostasis rate for 24 hours, wherein the specific detection results are shown in the following table 1 (data are average values of three repetitions), and the calculation formula of the bacteriostasis rate is as follows:
antibacterial ratio= (number of control colonies-number of treated colonies)/number of control colonies
Through detection, the average colony number of the pig skin coated with the escherichia coli after ventilation culture for 12 hours at 30 ℃ is 72, and the escherichia coli is not detected on the blank pig skin without the escherichia coli, namely the successful infection of the escherichia coli and the growth on the pig skin are proved.

The inhibition rate of the embodiment is 74.07-88.89% in 24 hours, and the inhibition rate of the comparative example is 35.80-39.51% in 24 hours, and the inhibition rate of the embodiment is more than about 1 time of that of the comparative example in 24 hours, which shows that the inhibition effect of the soap on escherichia coli can be obviously improved by adding the sand sagebrush concentrate in the formula of the goat milk sand sagebrush soap; the antibacterial rate of the goat milk sand sagebrush soap of examples 1-2 for 24 hours is 74.07-75.30%, and the antibacterial rate of the goat milk sand sagebrush soap of examples 3-5 for 24 hours is 85.19-88.89%, which shows that the higher the fraction of the added sand sagebrush concentrate, the better the antibacterial effect, and indirectly proves that the sand sagebrush has a certain antibacterial effect on escherichia coli. Examples 4 and 5 changed the parts of plant extract and hump oil, but the antibacterial rate did not change significantly, indicating that the content of ointment did not affect the antibacterial effect of the soap.
Hardness test:
further, the hardness test is carried out on GOAT milk sand sagebrush soap C prepared according to the component of the embodiment 3 and the soap with the highest sales in the market, wherein the selected commercial soap is GOAT milk soap (model GOAT 952373), the hardness of the soap is tested by a texture analyzer (model Bohler femto CT 3), and the traditional puncturing method is adopted in the experimental method.
In view of the fact that soap softens or falls off when water is used for a period of time in daily life, the test method cuts the whole rectangular soap along the broadside direction at the center position, hardness of the three positions of the cross section is measured by a texture analyzer, the hardness is measured three times by each sample, the hardness is measured repeatedly, and the hardness measurement data are averaged, wherein the hardness is shown in the following table 2.
TABLE 2
Soap type Center hardness/g Intermediate hardness/g Edge hardness/g
Goat milk sand sagebrush soap C 2210.394 2425.872 2601.421
GOAT milk soap (GOAT 952373) 1968.254 2106.754 2338.471
From the hardness measurement data in the table, the hardness of the center, the middle and the edge of the GOAT milk sand sagebrush soap prepared by the preparation method is higher than that of all parts of the GOAT milk soap (GOAT 952373) sold in the market, and the commercial GOAT milk soap is taken as the commodity soap with the largest sales, and has no phenomenon of softening or deslagging when in use, so that the GOAT milk sand sagebrush soap prepared by the preparation method can not have the problems from the results of hardness test.
The specific embodiments are illustrative only and not intended to be limiting, as modifications would be required to the embodiments after reading the present specification without inventive contribution, but would be protected by the patent laws within the scope of the claims of the present application.
