Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a goat milk-artemisia desertorum mixture, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The soap is used as a skin cleanser and aims to remove dirt stuck on the surface of the skin and keep the skin clean. Keep the skin healthy and beautiful and can make the physiological function of the skin active. The soap is used for different objects from laundry soap, and is generally directed to the skin of a human body, such as washing hands, faces, bathing and the like. With the improvement of living standard of people, the skin-cleaning agent is required to have not only the function of cleaning skin but also some new functions of sterilization, beauty treatment, moisture preservation and the like.
Artemisia sphaerocephala Hayata, also known as Artemisia sphaerocephala Hayata, is a plant of Compositae. The root system of the artemisia selengensis is thick and long, the stem is woody, the branches are many and long, and the planting is resistant to pressure burying; the fruit wall contains colloid substance, which can absorb moisture and swell when meeting water to lock soil and promote seed germination, and is one of good sand-fixing plants. The fertilizer is mainly distributed on mobile and semi-mobile sand dunes or fixed sand dunes in desert and semi-desert regions with the elevation of 1500 m and also grows on dry grassland and arid slopes. The sand sagebrush seeds, namely the black sand sagebrush seeds contain a large amount of colloid, and can be used as a thickening agent, a gelling agent, a stabilizing agent and the like to be widely applied to the fields of food, textile, paper making, medicine, petroleum, coal mines and the like.
The Chinese patent with the publication number of CN108619026A discloses a moisturizing facial cleanser containing artemisia desertorum seed extract and a preparation method thereof, the moisturizing facial cleanser comprises artemisia desertorum extract, folium sennae, fructus cannabis, Chinese toon head, trichosanthes kirilowii maxim peel and sodium alginate which are prepared according to a certain proportion, the facial cleanser is not tight after being used, can keep 3 hours after being used, is moist and elastic after being used, and has a good moisturizing effect.
The application of the artemisia desertorum extract to the facial cleanser in the prior art can play a role in moisturizing, but still has some defects: firstly, the demand of people for soap is far greater than that of face cleanser at present; secondly, the face cleanser has no bacteriostatic effect and low cleaning strength.

the bacteriostatic effects of the soaps obtained in the above examples and comparative examples were measured using the dilution coating plate method. The operation method comprises the following steps: square pigskins having a side length of 5cm were prepared and subjected to irradiation sterilization using gamma rays.
Preparing beef extract peptone liquid culture medium, sterilizing with high pressure steam, inoculating Escherichia coli liquid into beef extract peptone liquid culture medium, and performing enrichment cultureTaking the enrichment liquid and sequentially carrying out 105After dilution, the cells were spread on sterilized pigskin, incubated at 30 ℃ for 12 hours under ventilation, and the samples were repeated three times and a blank control without E.coli was set.
After the surface of the pigskin inoculated with escherichia coli was uniformly wiped for 20 seconds using the goat artemisia soap prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2, soap foam on the pigskin was washed with sterile water and then air-dried, the washing time was controlled to be 40 seconds, the pigskin was placed on a sterilized beef extract peptone solid medium in an ultraclean bench, the pigskin was removed after 10 minutes, the plate was placed upside down in a 30 ℃ incubator for cultivation, a blank control was set in which the pigskin was washed with only sterile water, the number of colonies of escherichia coli was observed in four periods of 0, 6, 12, and 24 hours, and the bacterial inhibition rate was calculated for 24 hours, and the specific test results were as in table 1 below (data is an average of three replicates), and the calculation formula of the bacterial inhibition rate was as follows:
bacteriostasis rate (number of blank control colonies-number of treated group colonies)/number of blank control colonies
Through detection, the average colony number of the pigskin coated with the escherichia coli after being subjected to ventilation culture for 12 hours at 30 ℃ is 72, and the escherichia coli is not detected on the blank control pigskin which is not coated with the escherichia coli, so that the escherichia coli is proved to be successfully infected and grow on the pigskin.
TABLE 1
Goat milk and artemisia desertorum soap | 0(h) | 6(h) | 12(h) | 24(h) | AntibacterialPercentage (%) |
Example 1 | 0 | 3 | 9 | 21 | 74.07 |
Example 2 | 0 | 3 | 8 | 20 | 75.30 |
Example 3 | 0 | 0 | 2 | 9 | 88.89 |
Example 4 | 0 | 0 | 3 | 12 | 85.19 |
Example 5 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 11 | 86.42 |
Comparative example 1 | 0 | 11 | 20 | 49 | 39.51 |
Comparative example 2 | 0 | 9 | 17 | 52 | 35.80 |
Blank control | 0 | 21 | 37 | 81 | — |
The bacteriostasis rate of the example in 24 hours is 74.07-88.89%, the inhibition rate of the comparative example in 24 hours is 35.80-39.51%, and the inhibition rate of the example in 24 hours is about 1 time or more of that of the comparative example, which shows that the addition of the artemisia desertorum concentrate in the formula of the goat milk artemisia desertorum soap can obviously improve the inhibition effect of the perfumed soap on escherichia coli; the bacteriostasis rate of the goat milk sand sagebrush soap in the examples 1-2 in 24 hours is 74.07-75.30%, and the bacteriostasis rate of the goat milk sand sagebrush soap in the examples 3-5 in 24 hours is 85.19-88.89%, which shows that the higher the part of the added sand sagebrush concentrated solution is, the better the bacteriostasis effect is, and indirectly proves that the sand sagebrush has certain antibacterial effect on escherichia coli. Examples 4 and 5 change the parts of the plant extract and the camel oil, but the bacteriostatic rate is not changed significantly, which indicates that the content of the ointment does not influence the bacteriostatic effect of the soap.
And (3) hardness test:
the GOAT milk artemisia desertorum soap C prepared according to the components in the example 3 is subjected to hardness test with commercially available toilet soaps with the highest sales volume, the commercially available toilet soaps are GOAT milk soaps (the model is GOAT952373), a texture analyzer is used for testing the hardness of the toilet soaps (the model is Bohler Fei CT3), and the experimental method adopts a traditional puncture method.
In view of the fact that toilet soaps are softened or fall off when meeting water often after being used for a period of time in daily life, the test method cuts the complete rectangular toilet soap along the width direction at the center position, measures the hardness of three positions of the cross section including the center position, the edge position, and the middle positions of the center and the edge (hereinafter simply referred to as the center, the middle and the edge) by using a texture analyzer, repeatedly measures each sample for three times, and averages hardness measurement data, and the results are shown in the following table 2.
TABLE 2
Kinds of soap | Center hardness/g | Intermediate hardness/g | Edge hardness/g |
Goat milk sand sagebrush soap C | 2210.394 | 2425.872 | 2601.421 |
GOAT milk soap (GOAT952373) | 1968.254 | 2106.754 | 2338.471 |
From the hardness measurement data in the table, the hardness of the center, middle and edge of the GOAT milk artemisia desertorum soap prepared by the preparation method is higher than that of each part of the commercially available GOAT milk soap (GOAT952373), and the commercially available GOAT milk soap serving as the commodity soap with the largest sales volume does not soften or drop when meeting water in the using process, so that the GOAT milk artemisia desertorum soap prepared by the preparation method does not have the problems from the hardness test result.
