1. A method for extracting vitamin C, comprising:
putting Jin Youpi materials into debitterizing liquid for debitterizing treatment, wherein the debitterizing treatment comprises the following steps:
placing the Jin Youpi material into a vacuum stirring pot, adding the debitterizing solution, soaking and stirring for 30-60 minutes, wherein the weight of the hot water is 2-5 times of that of the Jin Youpi material, and a debitterized treatment solution is obtained after debitterizing treatment, and the debitterized solution is an aqueous solution containing a debitterizing protective agent; the debitterizing protective agent contains 10-30% of beta-cyclodextrin; 20-45% of citric acid; 15-35% of trehalose; cysteine 10-35%;
adding vitamin C extract into the debitterizing treatment liquid, stirring, filtering and separating to obtain filtrate;
concentrating and freeze-drying the filtrate to obtain vitamin C;
the vitamin C extracting solution is an aqueous solution of oxalic acid or metaphosphoric acid with the mass percentage of 1-5%, the mass percentage of the vitamin C extracting solution and the debitterizing treatment solution is 0.5-5%, and the stirring after the vitamin C extracting solution is added into the debitterizing treatment solution is carried out at the low temperature of 4-10 ℃;
the water in the debitterizing solution is hot water at 65-80 ℃, and the weight percentage of the debitterizing protective agent and the water is 1:99.
2. the method of claim 1, wherein said Jin Youpi material is cleaned from fresh grapefruit to obtain clean grapefruit, said clean grapefruit is peeled to obtain clean Jin Youpi using a peeler, and said clean Jin Youpi is diced by a dicer to obtain Jin Youpi dices.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the Jin Youpi pieces weigh 1 gram/each.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein both the concentrating and freeze-drying of the filtrate are performed in vacuo.
