The cutting mechanism 10 comprises a cutting base 101, a lifting frame 102, a guide pillar assembly 103, a die spring 104, an upper cutting die 105, a lifting plate 106, an upper cutting die 107 and a cam servo power mechanism 108, wherein a lower bottom plate of the lifting frame 102 is movably arranged on the cutting base 101 through the four guide pillar assemblies 103 and the die spring 104, the upper cutting die 105 is arranged on an upper top plate of the lifting frame 102, the lifting plate 106 is sleeved on a guide pillar of the lifting frame 102, the upper cutting die 107 opposite to the upper cutting die 105 is arranged on the lifting plate 106, the cam servo power mechanism 108 is arranged on the cutting base 101, and the upper cutting die 105 and the lower cutting die 107 are synchronously driven to move oppositely or back to each other by the cam servo power mechanism 108; the cam servo power mechanism 108 comprises a motor 1081, a power shaft 1082 driven to rotate by the motor, a cam 1083 and an eccentric wheel 1084 mounted on the power shaft 1082, a roller bearing seat 1085 mounted on the bottom surface of the jacking plate 106 and propped against the cam 1083, and two groups of support assemblies 1086 mounted on the lower bottom plate of the lifting frame 102, wherein the eccentric wheel 1084 is positioned between the upper and lower support plates of the support assemblies 1086, the cam 1083 rotates to drive the roller bearing seat 1085 to jack up or move down, so as to drive the cutting die 107 to move, the eccentric wheel 1084 rotates to drive the support assemblies 1086 to jack up or move down, namely, when the long arm ends of the cam 1083 and the eccentric wheel 1084 are positioned above, the long arm ends of the eccentric wheel 1084 are positioned below, so that the cam servo power mechanism 108 synchronously drives the cutting upper die 105 and the cutting die 107 to move relatively or back to each other, but not to lift in the same direction.
The coil stock sheet traction loading attachment 3, fixed point heating device 4, sheet forming device 5, easily tear a mouthful die-cut device 6, material filling device 7 and heat sealing machine 9 bottom all install on frame 1 through adjusting the slide rail, and horizontal position is adjustable, cuts blanking station fixedly, and other processing stations are adjusted according to processing sheet, cup external dimension.
The novel integrated forming filling machine is compact in structure, replaces the traditional cup feeding, integrally forms sheets to manufacture multiple rows of cups, saves cost, sequentially fills, packages heat sealing films and cuts the cups, cuts products to fall to a belt line for output, cuts blanking stations to be fixed, and other processing stations are adjusted according to the external dimensions of the processed sheets and the cups, so that the applicability is wide.
