技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,特别涉及一种含曲霉发酵产物的黑色素仿生染发剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
人体头发的颜色由毛发皮质中黑色素颗粒数量决定。随着年龄增长及快节奏的工作生活所导致的压力,黑色素颗粒的产生会逐渐减少,黑发逐渐变得灰白,而将灰白头发染黑则越来越普遍。由于头发的毛鳞片大小仅1~2纳米,使得众多黑色素无法进入头发内部。目前永久性染发剂的基本思路是:先使用小分子进入毛鳞片中,再使用双氧水、过氧化脲等引发剂来引发小分子聚合,得到大分子黑色物质,由于大分子黑色物质无法通过毛鳞片透出,从而达到固色效果。但是引发剂通常具有较强的氧化性,会刺激头皮甚至对头发带来不可逆的损伤,存在潜在的安全问题。
目前含有5,6-二羟基吲哚黑色素的染发剂逐渐崭露头角。研究表明,人体内酪氨酸被催化氧化形成活泼的中间体5,6-二羟基吲哚,进而氧化形成黑色素。由于5,6-二羟基吲哚中间体的活泼性,其易在碱性和空气的条件下氧化自聚,无需引发剂的刺激,所以5,6-二羟基吲哚黑色素染发剂对人体更安全。但5,6-二羟基吲哚黑色素染发剂仍然存在问题:5,6-二羟基吲哚的氧化速度和其进入毛鳞片的速度不匹配。具体来说,为了将染发时间限制在一定时间范围内,5,6-二羟基吲哚的氧化速度被进一步提高,这使得部分中间体小分子还未来得及进入毛鳞片,就已聚合成大分子而无法进入毛鳞片,从而导致染发剂上色不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含曲霉发酵产物的黑色素仿生染发剂及其制备方法,该黑色素仿生染发剂可延缓5,6-二羟基吲哚在头发外的氧化速度,可使更多的5,6-二羟基吲哚进入毛鳞片内,从而获得更好的上色效果。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种含曲霉发酵产物的黑色素仿生染发剂,为一剂型,以质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
曲霉发酵产物:2%~6%;5,6-二羟基吲哚:1%~3%;C16-18醇:4%~8%;橄榄油:12%~16%;PEG-7橄榄油:0.5%~2%;丙二醇:2%~8%;半胱氨酸:1%~6%;亚硫酸钠:0.1%~0.2%;抗坏血酸乙基醚:0.1%~0.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:0.2%~2%;瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵:0.05%~0.1%;乙醇胺:4%~10%;水余量;各组分质量百分比合计为100%。
作为进一步优选,上述黑色素仿生染发剂,以质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:

本发明黑色素仿生染发剂中,曲霉发酵产物为自由基抑制剂,5,6-二羟基吲哚为着色剂,C16-18醇和橄榄油为增溶剂,PEG-7橄榄油为乳化剂,丙二醇为保湿剂,半胱氨酸、亚硫酸钠、抗坏血酸乙基醚为还原剂,聚二甲基硅氧烷为发用调理剂,瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为增稠剂,乙醇胺为pH调节剂。
本发明中,利用曲霉发酵产物抑制5,6-二羟基吲哚在头发外的氧化速度,这样可使更多的5,6-二羟基吲哚进入毛鳞片中,获得更快更好的上色效果。本发明主要由曲霉发酵产物和5,6-二羟基吲哚来获得上色效果,其他成分均为洗护剂中的常规成分,所采用其他成分的用量也均为常规用量,这些常规成分对实现上色无明显贡献。
上述含曲霉发酵产物的黑色素仿生染发剂的制备方法,包括步骤:
(1)将C16-18醇和橄榄油混合加热到70℃~90℃得到油相;
(2)将曲霉发酵产物、PEG-7橄榄油、丙二醇、半胱氨酸、亚硫酸钠、抗坏血酸乙基醚、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、乙醇胺、水混合加热到70℃~90℃得到水相;
(3)将水相加入到油相中搅拌2min~8min,随后均化并降低至室温;
(4)加入聚二甲基硅氧烷均化,加入5,6-二羟基吲哚混合,得黑色素仿生染发剂。
上述含曲霉发酵产物的黑色素仿生染发剂的使用方法为:
采用头发洗涤产品清洗头发后,将黑色素仿生染发剂均匀涂抹于头发上,空气中停留20min~40min;接着,再次采用头发洗涤产品清洗头发,头发在湿状态下保持10min~20min。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下特点和有益效果:
1、本发明利用曲霉发酵产物抑制5,6-二羟基吲哚在头发外的氧化速度,使更多的5,6-二羟基吲哚进入毛鳞片中,获得更快更好的上色效果。试验证明,本发明染发剂具有更优的上色速度、上色效果和上色持久性。
2、本发明为一剂型染发剂,只需涂抹一次头发,省时省力。

本对比例染发剂组分为:5,6-二羟基吲哚:1%,C16-18醇:6%,橄榄油:14%,PEG-7橄榄油:1%,丙二醇:4%,半胱氨酸:3%,亚硫酸钠:0.1%,抗坏血酸乙基醚:0.2%,聚二甲基硅氧烷:1%,瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵:0.1%,乙醇胺:7%,水余量,各组分质量百分比合计为100%。
对比例2
本对比例染发剂组分为:5,6-二羟基吲哚:3%,C16-18醇:6%,橄榄油:14%,PEG-7橄榄油:1%,丙二醇:4%,半胱氨酸:3%,亚硫酸钠:0.1%,抗坏血酸乙基醚:0.2%,聚二甲基硅氧烷:1%,瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵:0.1%,乙醇胺:7%,水余量,各组分质量百分比合计为100%。
实施例1~4及对比例1~2的组分列于表1。

对实施例1~4及对比例1~2染发剂的染发效果进行评价,方法为:先将L值为66.2,色度为10的白发用洗发露进行清洗;再将染发剂均匀涂抹于头发上,空气中停留30min;接着,再次使用洗发露清洗5min以上,在湿状态下保持15min,最后吹干即可。之后对染发速度、染发黑度及染发效果持久性进行评价。
染发速度采用染发剂变黑时间和头发变黑时间两个指标评价。染发剂变黑时间指涂抹染发剂后,染发剂暴露于空气中变黑所需时间。头发变黑时间指清洗染发剂后,头发暴露于空气中变黑所需时间。
染发黑度的评价方法为:采用色差仪测试3次,取平均值即染发黑度,同时通过比对色度板,获得色度。正常黑发的黑度L值范围为16~18,色度范围为2~3,L值或色度越小,说明发色更黑。
染发效果持久性的评价方法为:对染发完成后的头发反复进行清水洗涤和烘干,一次水洗为一个循环,将头发色度下降一个时的次数记为耐水洗次数,通过耐水洗次数来评价染发效果持久性。
实施例1~4及对比例1~2的染发效果对比见表2。从表2可知,实施例1~4的染发剂体外变黑速度慢,上色效果明显,且效果持久性好。表明曲霉发酵产物可减缓5,6-二羟基吲哚色素分子的聚合速度,并可使更多未聚合的小分子进入头发毛鳞片中,并在进入后发生快速聚合,使得染色效果明显,并且保证了上色的耐久性。

Claims (4)
1.一种含曲霉发酵产物的黑色素仿生染发剂,其特征是:
为一剂型,以质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
曲霉发酵产物:2%~6%;5,6-二羟基吲哚:1%~3%;C16-18醇:4%~8%;橄榄油:12%~16%;PEG-7橄榄油:0.5%~2%;丙二醇:2%~8%;半胱氨酸:1%~6%;亚硫酸钠:0.1%~0.2%;抗坏血酸乙基醚:0.1%~0.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:0.2%~2%;瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵:0.05%~0.1%;乙醇胺:4%~10%;水余量。
2.如权利要求1所述的含曲霉发酵产物的黑色素仿生染发剂,其特征是:

3.如权利要求1所述的含曲霉发酵产物的黑色素仿生染发剂,其特征是:

曲霉发酵产物:6%;5,6-二羟基吲哚:3%;C16-18醇:4%~8%;橄榄油:12%~16%;PEG-7橄榄油:0.5%~2%;丙二醇:2%~8%;半胱氨酸:1%~6%;亚硫酸钠:0.1%~0.2%;抗坏血酸乙基醚:0.1%~0.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷:0.2%~2%;瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵:0.05%~0.1%;乙醇胺:4%~10%;水余量;各组分质量百分比合计为100%。
4.权利要求1~3中任一项所述的黑色素仿生染发剂的制备方法,其特征是,包括步骤:
(1)将C16-18醇和橄榄油混合加热到70℃~90℃得到油相;
(2)将曲霉发酵产物、PEG-7橄榄油、丙二醇、半胱氨酸、亚硫酸钠、抗坏血酸乙基醚、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、乙醇胺、水混合加热到70℃~90℃得到水相;
(3)将水相加入到油相中搅拌,随后均化并降低至室温;
(4)加入聚二甲基硅氧烷均化,加入5,6-二羟基吲哚混合,得黑色素仿生染发剂。
