A free-moving feed delivery device suspended on a water surface as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the feed storage box (6) comprises a box top plate (61), a storage shell (62), a thread mounting port (63), a conveying head (64), a fixed base (65), an extraction pump (66), an extraction pipe (67), a material extraction head (68), a folded plate buckle (69), a screening frame (610), an inner screen (611), a central clamping plate (612) and a sealed feed inlet (613), wherein the storage shell (62) is arranged on the lower side of the box top plate (61), the thread mounting port (63) is arranged at the center of the box top plate (61), the conveying head (64) is arranged at the bottom end of the thread mounting port (63), the fixed base (65) is arranged at the bottom of the conveying head (64), the extraction pump (66) is arranged in the fixed base (65), the extraction pipe (67) is arranged at the bottom of the extraction pump (66), and the material extraction head (68) is arranged at the tail end of the extraction pipe (67), store shell (62)'s interior wall mounting folded plate buckle (69), install screening frame (610) on folded plate buckle (69), the inside of screening frame (610) is equipped with interior screen cloth (611), the center department of interior screen cloth (611) is equipped with central cardboard (612), the upper right side of store shell (62) is equipped with sealed feed inlet (613).

6. A free-moving feed delivery device suspended on a water surface as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the upper end of the threaded interface (35) penetrates through the shell bottom plate (106) and is embedded and installed at the bottom of the adapter tube (107).
7. A method for releasing a feed releasing device suspended freely moving on the water surface according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
s1: feeding feed for feeding into the storage shell (62) through the sealed feeding hole (613), meanwhile, installing the buoyancy gasket (2) on the side surface of the assembly shell (101), and installing a corresponding number of load gaskets (105) on the load installation rod (103) according to the buoyancy provided by the buoyancy gasket (2);
s2: starting an extraction pump (66) in the feed storage tank (6), extracting the feed by using an extraction pipe (67) and an extraction head (68), and conveying the feed to the transfer pipe (107) through the transfer pipe (34);
s3: the conveying pump (108) is started, the feed in the adapter tube (107) is conveyed to the release head (1010) through the conveying tube (109), and the feed is released outwards at a constant speed by the release head (1010);
s4: starting an air blowing pump (39) in the movable component (3), blowing air in the air storage tank (36) outwards through an air outlet pipe (310) and an air outlet head (311), and pushing the whole feed release device to move by means of the reaction force in water.
