when the flame retardants are mixed, a plurality of resistance heating rods 11 are electrified to enable the inside of the mixing box 1 to generate heat, the PUR hot melt adhesive solid begins to melt, a driving motor 30 is started to drive a second belt pulley 28 to rotate, a driving belt 29 drives a first belt pulley 27 to rotate, the first belt pulley 27 drives a driving rod 24 to rotate, the driving rod 24 drives a plurality of inclined reamer 25 to drive, the inclined reamer 25 drives a folding reamer 26 to rotate, so that conical crushing operation of the PUR hot melt adhesive solid is accelerated, the heating surface is heated more uniformly, and meanwhile, the folding reamer 26 drives flame retardant liquid and the PUR hot melt adhesive to mix;
when the circulation flow is mixed, the third electric control valve 19 is closed, the second electric control valve 13 is opened, the suction pump 20 is started to enable the plurality of bottom suction heads 23 to generate suction force, the bottom suction heads 23 suck mixed liquid into the annular collecting pipe 22, the mixed liquid is input into the backflow suction pipe 21 through the annular collecting pipe 22, enters the second connecting pipe 17 along the backflow suction pipe 21, is input into the second electric control valve 13 through the second connecting pipe 17, is input into the backflow pipe 14 along the second electric control valve 13, is collected into the lower spray pipe 15 through the backflow pipe 14, and is sprayed into the mixing box 1 through the plurality of lower spray pipes 15, so that the circulation mixing effect of the PUR hot melt adhesive and the flame retardant is quickened, the circulation flow operation is formed, and the mixing effect is better;
when spraying a coating cover, the second electric control valve 13 is closed, the third electric control valve 19 is opened, the suction pump 20 is started to suck the mixed liquid in the mixing box 1 into the annular collecting pipe 22 through the bottom suction head 23 of the pipe 10, the mixed liquid is input into the backflow suction pipe 21 through the annular collecting pipe 22, enters the suction pump 20 along the backflow suction pipe 21, is input into the output pipe 18 through the suction pump 20, is injected into the third electric control valve 19 along the output pipe 18, finally enters the collecting spray pipe 31 through the third electric control valve 19, is output into the plurality of arc spray nozzles 32 through the collecting spray pipe 31, finally the plurality of arc spray nozzles 32 spray the mixed liquid onto the single-sided velvet base fabric, and the mixed liquid is uniformly adhered to the upper surface of the single-sided velvet base fabric by the rolling of the coating roller 38.

the protection mechanism comprises a first electric control valve (3) arranged at one end of the air inlet pipe (2), a first connecting pipe (4) is arranged at one end of the first electric control valve (3), the bottom end of the first connecting pipe (4) is connected with a nitrogen compression tank (5), the top end of the mixing tank (1) is in threaded connection with a cover plate (12), the top end of the cover plate (12) is embedded with a suction pipe (6), one side of the suction pipe (6) is embedded with a nitrogen detection probe (7), one end of the nitrogen detection probe (7) is provided with a nitrogen detector (8), the top end of the suction pipe (6) is provided with a vacuumizing device (9), and the output end of the vacuumizing device (9) is connected with a vacuumizing pipe (10);
the top end of the mixing box (1) is positioned outside the cover plate (12), a plurality of resistance heating rods (11) are embedded and arranged, and the resistance heating rods (11) are fixedly connected with the cover plate (12);
mixing box (1) internally mounted has mixing mechanism, mixing mechanism is including setting up at the inside back flow (14) of mixing box (1), back flow (14) one end is connected with down spray tube (15), down spray tube (15) bottom is annular equidistance and is provided with a plurality of shower nozzles (16), second electronic control valve (13) are installed to back flow (14) other end, second electronic control valve (13) one end is connected with second connecting pipe (17), second connecting pipe (17) one side is provided with output tube (18), third electronic control valve (19) are installed to output tube (18) one end, suction pump (20) are installed to second connecting pipe (17) bottom, suction pump (20) input is connected with backward flow straw (21), backward flow straw (21) bottom is connected with annular header (22), a plurality of bottom suction heads (23) are installed to annular header (22) bottom.

the adjusting support plate (33) is movably connected with the adjusting shaft lever (34), and the hinge block (35) is movably connected with the pulling rod (36);
a plurality of coating rollers (38) which are equidistantly arranged are arranged on one side of the arc-shaped spray head (32), and a driving box (39) is arranged at one end of each coating roller (38);
the preparation method of the environment-friendly flame-retardant sofa fabric comprises the following steps of;
firstly, mixing PUR hot melt adhesive and flame retardant liquid by using a hot melt adhesive compounding machine, wherein nitrogen is required to be flushed in the mixture to discharge water vapor of internal air, so that the nitrogen is flushed in to form isolated air, and a pollution-free mixed environment is formed;
covering the single-sided velvet base fabric on the bottommost layer, coating the mixed liquid on the single-sided velvet base fabric through a hot melt adhesive compounding machine, attaching the sandy surface fabric on the single-sided velvet base fabric, rolling, compacting, standing for 8-24 hours to perform moisture curing of the PUR hot melt adhesive, and bonding the Sha Famian fabric and the single-sided velvet base fabric through the mixed liquid of the PUR hot melt adhesive and the flame retardant liquid;
and thirdly, removing burrs of the semi-finished product of the environment-friendly flame-retardant sofa fabric by using a cutting machine according to standard sizes, checking whether the burrs are uniform by using personnel, cutting the semi-finished product of the environment-friendly flame-retardant sofa fabric according to packaging requirements after checking uniformity, and packaging the semi-finished product of the environment-friendly flame-retardant sofa fabric into boxes to obtain the environment-friendly flame-retardant sofa fabric.
