The invention relates to an allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified alkyd resin water-based paint which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100.0-200.0 parts of allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified waterborne alkyd resin, 2.0-45.0 parts of filler, 0.6-1.3 parts of pH regulator, 0.3-1.5 parts of dispersant, 0.2-0.8 part of defoamer, 0.3-1.0 part of thickener, 0.2-0.6 part of flatting agent, 4.0-8.0 parts of antifreeze and 10.0-50.0 parts of deionized water; the allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified waterborne alkyd resin is prepared by reacting unsaturated vegetable oil, allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, polybasic acid, organic acid anhydride, polyhydric alcohol, dimethylolpropionic acid and a neutralizing agent; the allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified alkyd resin water-based paint prepared by the invention does not need an additional wetting agent, and has good wetting performance.

Background
Alkyd resin coatings play an important role in the coating industry in China. Claims (4)
1. The allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified alkyd resin water-based paint is characterized in that: the allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified alkyd resin water-based paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100.0-200.0 parts of allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified waterborne alkyd resin, 2.0-45.0 parts of filler, 0.6-1.3 parts of pH regulator, 0.3-1.5 parts of dispersant, 0.2-0.8 part of defoamer, 0.3-1.0 part of thickener, 0.2-0.6 part of flatting agent, 4.0-8.0 parts of antifreeze and 10.0-50.0 parts of deionized water;
the allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified waterborne alkyd resin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30.0 to 55.0 parts of unsaturated vegetable oil, 5.0 to 9.0 parts of allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 10.0 to 20.0 parts of polybasic acid, 12.0 to 30.0 parts of organic acid anhydride, 32.0 to 75.0 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 4.0 to 9.0 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid, 12.0 to 25.0 parts of national standard xylene and 6.0 to 6.0℃ of mixed solution12.0 parts of benzoyl peroxide, 0.2-0.8 part of neutralizing agent, 3.0-12.0 parts of deionized water and 180.0-350.0 parts of deionized water; the allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate is prepared from allyl polyoxyethylene ether and P2O5Is prepared by reaction; the preparation method of the allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified waterborne alkyd resin comprises the following steps:
a) sequentially adding unsaturated vegetable oil, organic acid anhydride, polybasic acid, polyalcohol, dimethylolpropionic acid and national standard dimethylbenzene according to the weight part of the formula in a reactor, heating, stirring, dissolving and dehydrating;
b) heating to 182-186 ℃ at the speed of 40 ℃/h, carrying out heat preservation stirring reaction for 2.5-3.0 h, heating to 220-224 ℃ at the speed of 10 ℃/h, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 2.0h, measuring the acid value at intervals of 30min, and when the acid value reaches the design value;
c) stopping the reaction, cooling, adding benzoyl peroxide and allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, stirring for reaction for 2.0-2.5 h, removing national standard xylene, adding the mixed solution and a neutralizing agent, stirring and dispersing uniformly, adding deionized water with the formula amount, dispersing and filtering to obtain the allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified waterborne alkyd resin.

The allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified alkyd resin water-based paint according to claim 1, wherein: the filler is one or a combination of more of kaolin, calcium carbonate, bentonite, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, nano silicon dioxide, glass powder and sodium sulfate transparent powder.
3. The allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified alkyd resin water-based paint according to claim 1, wherein: the pH regulator is one or a combination of more of AMP-95, sodium bicarbonate and triethylamine.
4. The allyl polyoxyethylene ether phosphate modified alkyd resin water-based paint according to claim 1, wherein: the antifreezing agent is one or a combination of more of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and glycerol.
