Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a pipe cutting mechanism of a hose discharging machine of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a pipe cutting deviation preventer of a hose discharging machine of the present invention, as shown in the drawings, the pipe cutting mechanism 6 includes a second hose guide pipe 27, a pipe cutting deviation preventer 28 and a cutter 30, the second hose guide pipe 27 is connected to a fixed mounting plate 31 through a mounting rod 29, the second hose guide pipe 27 is disposed on a feeding side of a second fixing clamp 20, the pipe cutting deviation preventer 28 is disposed on a discharging side of a third fixing clamp 21, and a deviation prevention cylinder 32 connected to the pipe cutting deviation preventer 28 is disposed on the fixed mounting plate 31. The second hose guiding tube 27 guides the re-contracted hose to accurately enter the pipe cutting deviation preventer 28, and the deviation preventing cylinder 32 pushes the deviation preventing preventer to move forward so that the hose just moves to the cutter 30.
Pipe cutting anti-deviation device 28 includes fixing base 33, and the middle part of fixing base 33 is equipped with hose passageway 34, and cutting opening 35 has been seted up to one side of fixing base 33, and cutter 30 passes through 30 fixed connection of cutter in one side of pipe cutting anti-deviation device 28, and the one side of keeping away from pipe cutting anti-deviation device 28 of cutter 30 is connected with cutter cylinder 36. The cutter cylinder 36 is arranged perpendicular to the deviation preventing cylinder 32 so that the movement track of the cutter 30 is perpendicular to the movement track of the pipe cutting deviation preventer 28. The cutting opening 35 limits the cutter 30, so that the cutter 30 is prevented from deviating during cutting, and the cutting accuracy is improved.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a fixed length output mechanism of a hose discharging machine according to the present invention, as shown in the figure, the fixed length output mechanism 7 includes a fixed length slide rail 37, a material receiving slide rail 38, a finished product placing platform 46 and a finished product positioning clamp 43, the fixed length slide rail 37 is disposed at the side of the supporting platform 3, a first speed reduction motor 39 is disposed at one side of the fixed length slide rail 37, a second slide carriage 40 electrically connected to the first speed reduction motor 39 is slidably connected to the fixed length slide rail 37, an inverted L-shaped supporting frame 41 is disposed on the second slide carriage 40, a finished product positioning clamp cylinder 42 is disposed on a transverse plate of the L-shaped supporting frame 41, and a telescopic rod of the finished product positioning clamp cylinder 42 is connected to the finished product positioning clamp 43. The first speed reducing motor 39 is connected with the control motor, and the moving distance of the finished product positioning clamp 43 on the fixed-length slide rail 37 can be controlled by controlling the first speed reducing motor 39, so that the finished product positioning clamp 43 can pull out the hose by a required length to cut the hose according to requirements.

The second gear motor 44 drives the finished product placement platform 46 to move back and forth on the material receiving slide rail 38, so that the finished product placement platform 46 can receive a plurality of finished products at a time.
The first material pulling clamp 10, the first fixing clamp 12, the second fixing clamp 20, the third fixing clamp 21 and the finished product positioning clamp 43 are all connected with a non-return cylinder 48, and the non-return cylinder 48 can drive the material pulling clamp, the fixing clamp and the positioning clamp to be opened or closed. The air cylinders are all connected with a control motor.
The specific working process is as follows: the hose coil stock is placed on the hose coil stock supporting shaft 8, the hose enters the first guiding roller group 9, and the hose is discharged under the traction of the first guiding roller group 9. The hose enters into first drawing material clamp 10 department through 9 delivery side of first direction roller train downwards transportation, hose traction cylinder 11 drives first drawing material clamp 10 and removes to the upside and live the hose centre gripping, first drawing material clamp 10 drags the hose move down to first fixation clamp 12 department, first fixation clamp 12 is fixed with the hose centre gripping, first drawing material clamp 10 loosens the hose after upwards moving and continue to draw the material, when first drawing material clamp 10 once more with the hose centre gripping back at the upside, first fixation clamp 12 of downside loosens the hose.
The hoses passing through the first fixing clamp 12 downwards pass through the first hose guide wheel 13 to enter the tension wheel 16 for tension, and then are guided by the second hose guide wheel 18 through the hose discharge port 17 to enter two first hose guide pipes 19 arranged in parallel for conveying.
The hose is conveyed to the hose stretching and retracting mechanism 5, the third fixing clamp 21 clamps and fixes the hose, the second fixing clamp 20 is in an open state, and the hose retracting cylinder 49 pushes the first sliding seat 23 to move downwards on the retracting sliding rail to drive the retracting roller 24 to push the hose downwards, so that the hose is pulled. Then the second fixing clamp 20 clamps and fixes the hose, the hose re-shrinking cylinder 49 drives the re-shrinking roller 24 to restore to the original position, the hose is naturally re-shrunk under the state of no external force, and the third fixing clamp 21 is opened, so that the hose without deformation is continuously conveyed forwards.
The hose is guided by a second hose guide pipe 27 to enter a pipe cutting deviation preventer 28, and is conveyed forwards continuously, and the required length is set by a control motor. And starting the first speed reducing motor 39, the first speed reducing motor 39 drives the second sliding seat 40 to move on the fixed-length sliding rail 37, the finished product positioning clamp 43 is moved to the outlet side of the pipe cutting deviation preventer 28, the finished product positioning clamp air cylinder 42 starts the finished product positioning clamp 43 to clamp the hose, and then the first speed reducing motor 39 drives the second sliding seat 40 to move back, wherein the moving distance of the second sliding seat is equal to the set length. When the product positioning clamp 43 moves to the set position, the deviation preventing cylinder 32 pushes the deviation preventing device to move forward, so that the cutting opening 35 of the deviation preventing device is opposite to the cutting knife 30, the cutting knife cylinder 36 is started to push the cutting knife 30 forward, and the cutting knife 30 enters the cutting opening 35 to cut the hose. After the first hose is cut, the second gear motor 44 drives the finished product placing platform 46 to move on the material receiving slide rail 38, and then the first gear motor 39 is started continuously to cut the next hose.
Therefore, the hose discharging machine adopting the structure is provided with the unwinding assembly, the material pulling assembly and the guide assembly to ensure that the coil materials are not blocked during unwinding, and the hose stretching and shrinking mechanism is arranged to ensure that the unwound hose is naturally shrunk to ensure the discharging precision of the hose, so that the cutting efficiency is high, the performance is stable, and the output precision is high.
