when the liquid level in the blanking tank body (210) is lower than the threshold value set by the second liquid level meter (220), the PLC controller (420) controls the electric regulating valve (410) to increase the caliber so as to increase the flow of the glue, and when the liquid level in the blanking tank body (210) is higher than the threshold value set by the second liquid level meter (220), the PLC controller (420) controls the electric regulating valve (410) to decrease the caliber so as to reduce the flow of the glue;
the glue discharging assembly (5) is electrically connected with the PLC (420), when the electric control valve (410) is closed, the glue discharging assembly (5) applies pressure to glue in the discharging tank assembly (2) to enable the glue to be discharged out in a stable flow mode, the glue discharging assembly (5) comprises a water tank assembly (510) and an electric control clamp spring (520), the water tank assembly (510) is arranged inside the discharging tank assembly (2), the electric control clamp spring (520) is arranged on the inner wall of the discharging tank assembly (2) to be clamped with the water tank assembly (510), the electric control clamp spring (520) is electrically connected with the PLC (420), when the electric control valve (410) is completely closed, the electric control clamp spring (520) is retracted to enable the water tank assembly (510) to fall into the glue, and tap water is injected into the water tank assembly (510) to apply pressure to the glue;
the water tank assembly (510) comprises an inner tank body (511), a water injection pipe (512), a flow valve (513) and a water injection pump (514), wherein the water injection pump (514) is communicated with the inner tank body (511) through the water injection pipe (512) so as to inject tap water into the inner tank body (511), and the flow valve (513) is arranged on the water injection pipe (512) so as to control the flow of the tap water;
the water injection pump (514) is electrically connected with the PLC (420), when the PLC (420) closes the electric regulating valve (410), the water injection pump (514) is synchronously started to inject tap water into the inner tank body (511), and the flow value of the tap water is consistent with the value of the second flow meter (320);
a water pumping pipe (530) is further arranged in the inner tank body (511), and the water pumping pipe (530) is communicated with a water pumping pump (540) to pump and discharge tap water in the inner tank body (511);
the method comprises the following steps:
step 100, conveying various ingredients into the ingredient tank body (110), and stirring to obtain glue required by gluing;
step 200, opening the electric regulating valve (410) to convey glue into the blanking tank body (210) until the glue reaches a set liquid level threshold value in the blanking tank body (210), and then opening a glue outlet of a construction site to start glue applying operation;

step 500, ending glue applying operation, wherein the PLC (420) closes an electric regulating valve (410) and synchronously opens a water injection pump (514) and an electric control clamp spring (520), the inner tank body (511) falls above glue, the water injection pump (514) injects tap water into the inner tank body (511), the flow of the tap water is consistent with the output flow of the glue, and the original pressure of the glue is replaced by the water pressure of the tap water so as to enable the glue to be discharged in a stable flow;
and 600, draining the glue, turning on a water pump (540) to extract tap water in the inner tank body (511), lifting the inner tank body (511) after the tap water is extracted, and clamping the inner tank body with the electric control snap spring (520) again.
