Description

Device for enema and rectal pressure detection of critical patient
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a device for enema and rectal pressure detection of critical patients.
Background
Intra-abdominal high pressure is a critical sign that can cause organ tissue hypoperfusion, and persistent intra-abdominal high pressure with new organ failure can develop into abdominal compartment syndrome, severely endangering patient life. Intra-abdominal hypertension is common in patients after severe acute pancreatitis, burns, abdominal trauma, sepsis, abdominal surgery, and is often monitored. Thus, intra-abdominal pressure has become the sixth vital sign following body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, and oxygen saturation.
The intra-abdominal pressure is monitored by direct monitoring and indirect monitoring. The direct pressure measurement method is to place a catheter or a thick needle in the abdominal cavity, and directly measure the abdominal pressure by using a water pressure gauge, a pressure sensor, a laparoscopic pneumoperitoneum machine, an implanted inflatable air bag and the like, and although the direct pressure measurement method can accurately measure the intra-abdominal pressure, the direct pressure measurement method cannot be effectively popularized conventionally because of the risk of wound and easy infection. Indirect manometry refers to the indirect measurement of abdominal pressure by measuring the pressure of the bladder, rectum, stomach and upper and lower vena cava, wherein bladder pressure monitoring is a common method of intra-abdominal pressure measurement, but in clinical practice, bladder pressure measurement has the following problems: complicated operation links and a plurality of influencing factors for result accuracy.
Rectal pressure is measured and the pressure measurement device is used for entering the rectum to react the intra-abdominal pressure. Studies have shown that the rectum is surrounded by the peritoneum in anatomical locations and that the intra-rectal pressure is directly applied to the rectum as the intra-abdominal pressure changes, so that the intra-rectal pressure and intra-abdominal pressure are substantially consistent. The removal of intestinal contents such as enema, which is recommended by the world association of the inter-abdominal cavity syndrome in 2013 as an effective means (Grade 1D) for reducing intra-abdominal pressure, is often required to preserve anal canal exhaust, and the enema can enhance anal canal peristalsis by stimulating the reflex of defecation, and discharge the intestinal contents so as to achieve the effect of reducing intra-abdominal pressure. The actual scene of intra-abdominal pressure monitoring and clysis in the ward is as follows: enema and intra-abdominal pressure monitoring are performed by the rectum and urethra, respectively, and repeated procedures on the one hand lead to poor patient experience and on the other hand increase the risk of infection in critically ill patients and reduce the working efficiency of medical staff. Therefore, it is of great importance to find a device suitable for critical patients, which can perform simultaneous enema and rectal pressure detection.
