Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a method for managing an urban waterlogging point according to a first embodiment of the present invention is applied to an urban waterlogging point management device, and the method specifically includes steps S01-S08.
Step S01, acquiring the shot image information and the positioning information uploaded by the citizen, judging whether waterlogging exists or not based on the shot image information uploaded by the citizen, and if so, executing step S02.
And step S02, determining the position information of the waterlogging according to the positioning information.
When the urban waterlogging management device is used for specifically implementing, shot image information uploaded by citizens is obtained through the awakened urban waterlogging point management device (the condition that the citizens need to meet the condition that road surface waterlogging information exists in the image when shooting is carried out, meanwhile, a road sign indicating plate or a scene image with a surrounding shop exists, the judgment quality of the position of the waterlogging point can be improved conveniently through image positioning information and image scene information in the follow-up process), whether waterlogging exists is judged based on the shot image information, the current shadow gray value of a wet part of an image is mainly identified, when the gray value is shallow, the current road surface waterlogging is indicated to be deep and does not pass through the light gray value mapped by the current road water, the waterlogging is determined to be waterlogging, and otherwise, when the gray value is higher, the current road surface waterlogging is indicated to be less, and the current road surface waterlogging is directly indicated to be a deeper gray value, and the waterlogging is determined to be non-waterlogging.
And step S03, judging whether the waterlogging is a known waterlogging point in the urban waterlogging point library or not according to the position information of the waterlogging, if so, executing step S04, and if not, executing step S05.
And step S04, feeding back a prompt that the uploading waterlogging point is a known waterlogging point, and increasing the integrity point of the citizen.
And step S05, determining the shot image information uploaded by the citizens as newly-added prepared urban waterlogging points, and acquiring the values of the waterlogging uploading points of the newly-added prepared urban waterlogging points.
In specific implementation, through awakened urban waterlogging point management equipment, the information of an urban waterlogging point library is retrieved (such as image scene information and waterlogging point position information of a current waterlogging point), the retrieved urban waterlogging point library information is compared with information similarity of waterlogging information uploaded and determined by citizens (mainly, image scene information and waterlogging point position information are subjected to duplicate checking processing), whether the urban waterlogging point image library contains waterlogging uploaded by the citizens is judged, if yes, the waterlogging is uploaded by the citizens to existing waterlogging point information in the urban waterlogging point library and is not recorded, and the honest integral of citizens is uploaded (the initial honest user credit integral is zero, the voting shows that the people integral is one, if the waterlogging point information is uploaded once, the inland inundation grade is increased by fifty minutes, if the waterlogging point information exceeds one percent, the zero point integral is increased by five), if not, the citizen uploads the waterlogging information, the fact that the citizen uploads the waterlogging information is determined as a newly-increased prepared urban waterlogging point is determined, the number of people at the waterlogging point uploaded by the citizen is obtained, and corresponding voting number integrals need to be obtained according to different citizen user integrity levels for subsequent judgment and use of the newly-increased prepared urban waterlogging point.
The steps effectively avoid the situation of repeated waterlogging points in the newly increased waterlogging point judgment process, and meanwhile, integrity division is carried out on citizens according to the reliability of data after uploading of the citizens, so that the subsequent waterlogging point judgment quality is improved, the situation that the citizens upload invalid information is partially pernicious is effectively prevented, and the accuracy of the newly increased waterlogging point judgment process is ensured.
And step S06, judging whether the newly added preparation city waterlogging point meets a preset person value or not according to the number of people uploading the waterlogging point and the integrity point of the citizen, if so, executing step S07, and if not, executing step S08.
And step S07, determining the newly added preparation urban waterlogging point as a newly added urban waterlogging point.
And step S08, determining the newly added preparation urban waterlogging points as invalid waterlogging points.
In specific implementation, whether the number of people who upload the newly-added prepared urban waterlogging points meets fifty values or more is judged by the number of people who upload the waterlogging points obtained in the step S05, if the number of people who upload the newly-added prepared urban waterlogging points meets fifty values or more, the newly-added prepared urban waterlogging points are determined as newly-added urban waterlogging points, and if the number of people who upload the newly-added prepared urban waterlogging points is less than fifty values, the newly-added prepared urban waterlogging points are determined as invalid waterlogging points.
To sum up, the urban waterlogging point management method in the above embodiment adopts a citizen uploading mode, can upload the urban waterlogging point image information through the mobile phone, performs scene restoration on the uploaded image information, compares the uploaded image information with the data in the existing urban image library for weight checking, and judges whether the urban waterlogging point uploaded by the citizen currently meets the corresponding recording standard, so that the urban waterlogging point condition can be reflected at the maximum efficiency, the workload of urban management personnel is greatly reduced, and the urban management is followed, so that people are responsible for building a beautiful city, and the practicability of the invention is embodied.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a method for managing an urban waterlogging point according to a second embodiment of the present invention is applied to an urban waterlogging point management device, and the method specifically includes steps S11-S25.
Step S11, acquiring the shot image information and the positioning information uploaded by the citizen, judging whether waterlogging exists or not based on the shot image information uploaded by the citizen, and if so, executing step S12.
And step S12, determining the position information of the waterlogging according to the positioning information.
Step S13, acquiring waterlogging position information input by the citizen when uploading the captured image information, and determining whether the positioning information in the information uploaded by the citizen is the same as the position information input by the image information, if so, executing step S15, and if not, executing step S14.
And step S14, determining the shot image information uploaded by citizens as non-solid uploaded information and determining the shot image information as undetermined information.
And step S15, determining the shot image information uploaded by the citizens as the solid uploading information and determining the shot image information as the reliable information.
During specific implementation, when citizens upload waterlogging point image information, a GPS positioning function on uploading equipment needs to be started, urban road section addresses corresponding to the waterlogging uploading points are filled, whether the road section addresses filled by the citizens and the GPS positioning addresses are the same is judged, if yes, the citizens are confirmed to upload information in the field, uploading is successfully displayed, and the subsequent waterlogging point is confirmed, otherwise, if the road section addresses filled by the citizens and the GPS positioning addresses are not the same, the citizens possibly upload urban waterlogging points which pass through and are photographed and recorded previously at home or other places, the uploading waterlogging point information is confirmed, and subsequent information judgment is carried out;
according to the method, waterlogging point information with problems is selected for subsequent judgment according to position information of information uploaded by citizens, and accuracy of subsequent information is guaranteed.
And step S16, comparing the undetermined information with the reliable information, and judging whether the undetermined information is the reliable information or not, if so, executing step S17, and if not, executing step S18.
Step S17, when the pending information is consistent with the reliable information, the pending information is determined to be the reliable information.
In specific implementation, the pending information and the determined reliable information determined in steps S14 and S15 may be called, and the citizen input road segment address information in the two sets of data may be compared and determined, and when the same road segment information is obtained, the pending information and the reliable information are determined to be consistent, and the currently pending information is determined to be the reliable information and is stored.
And step S18, when the undetermined information is inconsistent with the reliable information, judging whether the number of people uploading the undetermined information meets a preset condition, if so, executing step S20, and if not, executing step S19.
And step S19, judging the information to be determined as invalid information.
Step S20, determining that the pending information is the reliable information.
When the specific implementation is carried out, the undetermined information is compared with the reliable information to check for duplication, when the undetermined information is not consistent with the road section address information input by citizens in the reliable information, whether the number of people who upload information to be determined on a road section with waterlogging points is larger than or equal to twenty people is judged, if yes, the undetermined information on the road section address is judged to be the reliable information, and if not, the undetermined information on the road section is judged to be invalid information. According to the method, whether the uploaded waterlogging point information meets the uploading condition and whether the information is reliable or not is judged according to the position information in the waterlogging point information uploaded by citizens, and the influence on the accuracy of the subsequent urban waterlogging point in judging the result due to the fact that invalid information is uploaded by some malicious citizens in a mess can be effectively avoided.
And step S21, judging whether the waterlogging is a known waterlogging point in the urban waterlogging point library or not according to the position information of the waterlogging, if so, executing step S22, and if not, executing step S23.
And step S22, feeding back a prompt that the uploading waterlogging point is a known waterlogging point, and increasing the integrity point of the citizen.
And step S23, determining the inland inundation information of the citizens as newly-added preparatory urban inundation points, and acquiring the numerical value of the inland inundation points uploaded by the citizens.
And step S24, carrying out duplication checking processing on the number of people uploading the waterlogging points, and recording the number of people uploading the waterlogging points as one when the information of the waterlogging points is repeatedly uploaded by the citizens.
In specific implementation, the number of people at the waterlogging point uploaded by the citizens at the same waterlogging point in the step S23 is called, and the user information in the number of people at the waterlogging point uploaded by the citizens is checked for duplicate, if the total number of people at the waterlogging point uploaded by the citizens is thirty, the first same user uploads six times, the second same user uploads six times, when the last number of people is counted, the first user and the second user are both marked as one, and the total number of people at the waterlogging point uploaded by the citizens is marked as twenty. The step effectively avoids the condition of misjudgment of waterlogging points caused by repeated uploading of users, ensures the fairness of the judgment standard, then obtains the integrity level of the current citizen users, and obtains the number integral of the relative voting markers according to the integrity level.
And step S25, judging and managing the waterlogging points.
Further, referring to fig. 3, step S25 includes steps S251 to S259, where:
step S251, determining whether the newly added preparatory urban waterlogging point meets a preset number according to the number of people at the waterlogging point uploaded by the citizen and the integrity score of the citizen, if so, executing step S252, and if not, executing step S253.
And step S252, determining the newly-added preparatory urban waterlogging points as newly-added urban waterlogging points.
And step S253, determining the newly added preparation urban waterlogging points as invalid waterlogging points.
And step S254, judging whether the urban waterlogging point has other urban waterlogging point feedback information in a preset period, if so, executing step S256, and if not, executing step S255.
And step S255, judging that the urban waterlogging points do not meet the substantive conditions within the preset period, and recording as preparation waterlogging points.
And step S256, judging that the urban waterlogging point meets the substantive condition within a preset period, and recording the urban waterlogging point as the substantive waterlogging point.
When the method is specifically implemented, real-time management is carried out on the determined urban waterlogging point and the newly increased urban waterlogging point, after the urban waterlogging point and the newly increased urban waterlogging point are determined to be effective waterlogging points, feedback of seasons is formulated according to feedback conditions of citizens, whether the effective waterlogging points receive feedback information of the citizens in a preset period is mainly determined, if yes, the urban waterlogging points are judged to meet actual conditions in the preset period and recorded as actual waterlogging points, and if not, the urban waterlogging points are judged not to meet the actual conditions in the preset period and recorded as prepared waterlogging points for judging whether the subsequent prepared waterlogging points are cancelled from the urban waterlogging point library (the prepared waterlogging points are recorded in the urban waterlogging point library and used for judging and using the waterlogging points in the coming year).
In step S257, it is determined whether the prepared flooding point has feedback information of other citizen flooding points within one year, if yes, step S258 is executed, and if not, step S259 is executed.
In step S258, it is determined that the preliminary waterlogging point is a substantial waterlogging point.
In step S259, the reserve waterlogging point is cancelled and recorded as an invalid waterlogging point.
In specific implementation, whether the prepared waterlogging point has other citizen waterlogging point feedback information in one year after the current judged quarter is judged, if yes, the preset waterlogging point is judged to be a substantial waterlogging point, the citizen feedback information is continuously received, if not, the current prepared waterlogging point is cancelled from the current urban waterlogging point library to be an invalid waterlogging point, and meanwhile, a means for directly cancelling the substantial waterlogging point exists, so that the waterlogging point can be directly cancelled in a system after the city manager carries out containment adjustment on the current waterlogging point, or the waterlogging point can be directly added after the city manager finds the urban waterlogging point and is measured on the spot and uploaded. The step effectively carries out intelligent management on the urban waterlogging points, and can judge whether to cancel the waterlogging points according to the condition that citizens feed back the waterlogging points in real time.
To sum up, the difference between the urban waterlogging point management method and the embodiment is that the confirmation of the uploading data is added, the reliability of the uploading time is improved, the accuracy of the judgment of the subsequent waterlogging points is guaranteed, the management of the urban waterlogging points and the newly increased urban waterlogging points is also added, whether the urban waterlogging points and the newly increased urban waterlogging points receive the waterlogging point information fed back by the citizens or not can be combined, whether the urban waterlogging points and the newly increased urban waterlogging points are actual waterlogging points or preliminary waterlogging points can be judged, and then the preliminary waterlogging points are actual waterlogging points or are directly cancelled according to whether the current one-year preliminary waterlogging points receive the waterlogging point information fed back by the citizens or not, so that the management quality of the urban waterlogging points is improved.
