Background
Due to the flexibility of the terminal position and good compatibility with PCB boards, power modules using pin terminals (pin pins) have been developed greatly, such as EasyB series of the english flying, flow series of the Vincotech, and the like.
Static testing is an important component of power module testing, and static testers generally use large current leads to connect with the module. For a power module with pin-shaped terminals, the terminals are pin-shaped, and the connecting leads can only be connected in the form of clips. And a single electrode generally comprises a plurality of terminals, and the terminals are closely arranged, so that the number of the required clamps is large, and the clamps are easy to touch and short-circuit, so that the module and the static tester are inconvenient to connect, and a static test adapter plate is required for switching.

The pin terminals 1-6 of the tested module 16 are connected with the module connecting holes 17 on the PCB 15 in a welding mode, and are connected with the corresponding interfaces 7-14 through the copper layer of the PCB 15.
Fig. 4 is a diagram illustrating an upper copper layer of a PCB of a static test adaptor device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating a lower copper layer of a PCB of a static test adaptor device according to an embodiment of the present invention; the direct-current positive electrode power interface 7 and the direct-current positive electrode measurement interface 8 are connected to corresponding module connecting holes 17 through a direct-current positive electrode copper layer 18 and further connected with a main power positive terminal 1 of the module; the direct current negative electrode power interface 9 and the direct current negative electrode measurement interface 10 are connected to the corresponding module connecting holes 17 through the direct current negative electrode copper layer 20, and further connected with the main power negative terminal 2 of the module; the output electrode power interface 11 and the output electrode measurement interface 12 are connected to the corresponding module connecting holes 17 through an output electrode copper layer 19, and further connected with the main power output terminal 3 of the module; the upper tube driving interface and the lower tube driving interface are respectively connected to corresponding module connecting holes through an upper tube driving connecting copper wire 21 and a lower tube driving connecting copper wire 22, and then are respectively connected to the upper tube driving terminal 4 and the lower tube driving terminal 5.

and the upper tube driving interface and the lower tube driving interface are used for being connected with a driving lead of the static tester and providing driving signals for a tested switch tube in the tested module.

The static test adaptor of claim 1 wherein said positive dc electrode power port, said positive dc electrode measurement port, said negative dc electrode power port, said negative dc electrode measurement port, said output electrode power port and said output electrode measurement port are connected to corresponding module connection holes of a module main power terminal through a copper layer of a PCB board.
3. The static test adaptor of claim 1 or 2 wherein said upper tube driving interface and said lower tube driving interface are connected to corresponding module connection holes of module driving terminals through copper layers of a PCB board.
4. The static test switching device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the module connecting holes are through-hole pads, and the pin terminals of the module under test are soldered in the module connecting holes and connected to the respective interfaces on the PCB by soldering.
5. The static test adaptor of any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein each interface uses a banana head mount for mating with a banana head lead of a static tester.
