Description

Silk, silk and satin multi-process scarf and weaving method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of silk fabrics, in particular to a multi-process silk scarf with a silk and a satin and a weaving method thereof.
Background
The silk and satin embroidery is an outstanding representative of the traditional skill of silk in China, and has extremely high historical cultural value. Because of economic transformation and long-term failure to pay attention to, the traditional manual workshop and the craftsman gradually decline, tools and patterns are seriously lost, and with the appearance of other textile fabrics at home and abroad and the change of clothes of people, some modern chemical fiber fabrics impact the market again, so that the traditional damask silk, silk and satin embroidery is gradually replaced by the modern textile fabrics, therefore, the novel fabrics which inherit the traditional textile skills and are excavated and developed by combining multiple processes are urgently needed.
Modern silk textile fabrics are in single weave structure forms, and have various advantages but also have respective process defects. For example, the fabric made of the silk has stable and firm structure and good stereoscopic impression, but lacks draping feeling and softness; the rolled fabric is light, thin and breathable, has bright holes, and is poor in glossiness and firmness; the fabric made of the silk is smooth and delicate, has soft luster, but has no sense of stiffness and stereoscopic impression; the fabric made of satin has fine lines, is flat and smooth, but has poor air permeability. Therefore, the structures and functions of the fabrics are single, and the wide requirements of different modern people cannot be met.
In order to satisfy the above requirements, patent document CN205337744U proposes a silk or satin silk scarf, which has a structure of a silk, and a satin at the same time. In this patent document, the conversion between the silk, the silk and the satin is realized by changing the corresponding weaving method in the process of manufacturing the silk, the satin and the satin scarf, for example, when the silk is converted into the silk and the part of the silk is woven, each weft of the silk is directly woven as the weft of the silk.
Although the above patent document solves the problem that the silk scarf fabric has a single structure and function, the silk scarf formed by only using the corresponding weaving method of the silk, the gauze, the silk and the satin is compact in structure, when the silk is directly changed into the silk or the gauze, the weaving of the warp and weft threads is compact, which causes poor stereoscopic impression of the silk and poor air permeability of the gauze, but causes poor stereoscopic impression of the surface of the whole silk scarf, and cannot enable the gauze, the silk and the satin to better exhibit respective characteristics. Meanwhile, the existing scarves are of single-layer structures, and the structures are relatively single and cannot meet the requirements of customers.

In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a silk and satin multi-process scarf, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the scarf includes at least two fabric layers. For example, the silk towel is taken as an example of a two-layer fabric structure, the first layer fabric structure has four weave structures of silk, silk and satin, and the second layer fabric structure comprises a base fabric and patterns embellished on the base fabric. For example, the base fabric is a silk weave structure 1.
For convenience of description, the warp and weft of the silk weave structure 1 are respectively expressed as a first warp 31 and a first weft 11; the warp and weft threads of the damask weave structure 3 are respectively expressed as second warp threads 41 and second weft threads 21; the warp and weft of the weave structure are denoted as third warp 42 and third weft 22, and the warp of the satin weave structure is denoted as fourth warp 43.
In a first layer of fabric structure with four weave structures of a silk, a gauze, a silk and a satin, the silk is used as a ground weave, a first warp 31 and a first weft 11 in the silk weave structure 1 are woven into the silk weave structure 1, and the three weave structures of the silk, the gauze and the satin are all connected with the silk weave structure 1; at the transition position from the silk weave structure 1 to the silk weave structure 3, two first weft yarns 11 of the silk weave structure 1 are combined into one strand to form a second weft yarn 21 of the silk weave structure 3; in the damask weave structure 3, two first weft yarns 11 which are one strand are respectively interwoven with the second warp yarns 41 of the damask weave structure 3 correspondingly; at the transition position of the silk weave structure 1 to the rib weave structure 2, combining three first weft yarns 11 into one strand to form a third weft yarn 22 in the rib weave structure 2; in the rib structure 2, two third warp threads 42 are twisted with each other and are interwoven with three first weft threads 11 which are combined into one thread; at the transition position from the silk weave structure 1 to the satin weave structure 4, the first weft 11 is not doubled; in the satin weave structure 4, the first weft threads 11 are respectively interwoven with the fourth warp threads 43 in the corresponding satin weave structure 4 in a single form.
The silk, leno and satin multi-process scarf with the two layers of fabric structures provided by the embodiment is characterized in that the first layer of fabric structure takes silk as a ground tissue, and the three tissue structures of the damask, the leno and the satin are connected with the silk tissue structure 1 to form different textures on the same scarf; at the transition position from the silk weave structure 1 to the silk weave structure 3, at least two first wefts are combined into one strand; at the transition position from the silk weave structure 1 to the rib weave structure 2, combining at least two first wefts 11 into one strand; in the silk weave structure 2, at least two third warps 42 are twisted with each other and interwoven with at least two wefts which are one strand, so that the wefts of the silk weave structure 3 and the silk weave structure 2 are respectively thicker than the first weft 11 of the silk weave structure 1, the wefts and the warps in the silk weave structure 3 and the silk weave structure 2 are looser after being woven, the stereoscopic impression of the silk weave structure 3 is improved after the silk weave structure 1 is transited to the silk weave structure 3, and the eyelet of the silk weave structure 2 is enlarged and the air permeability is improved after the silk weave structure 1 is transited to the silk weave structure 2; at the transition position from the silk weave structure 1 to the satin weave structure 4, the first weft 11 is not doubled, the first weft 11 is respectively interwoven with the corresponding fourth warp 43 in a single form in the satin weave structure 4, and in the satin weave structure, the silk weave structure 1 with compact texture is changed into a satin weave which is full of surface in a warp floating long form and covers another single weave point which is uniformly distributed relative to the warp of the silk weave structure 1, so that when the first layer of fabric of the silk towel is weaved by taking the silk weave structure 1 as the ground, the first layer of fabric is smoothly transited to the satin weave structure, the third dimension of the silk towel with four weave structures of satin silk is stronger, and the surface of the silk towel is smooth and flat and has luster; meanwhile, the scarf comprises at least two layers of fabric structures, so that the structure of the scarf is more diversified, and more diversified requirements are met.
In the multi-process silk or satin scarf, the damask is a jacquard damask with a warp twill structure or a jacquard damask mainly with a warp twill structure and mixed with other structures. In the process of changing the weave structure from silk to silk, not only two first weft yarns 11 can be combined into one strand, but also three or more first weft yarns can be combined into one strand to thicken the weft yarns of the weave structure 3 of silk.
In the silk and satin multi-process scarf, as shown in fig. 1, two third warps 42 twisted with each other can be selected in the weave structure 2; however, the number of the third warps 42 twisted with each other can be three, four or more, and the specific number of the third warps can be determined according to actual requirements.
Furthermore, in the silk and satin multi-process scarf, the first layer of fabric structure is embroidered with the needed dotted patterns by adopting at least one of plain knitting, banquette knitting, random knitting, false knitting, needle rolling and seeding, so that the richness of the patterns of the silk scarf can be increased. For example, the dotted pattern may be a cloud, various flowers, an animal pattern, or other patterns. Or, the base cloth of the second layer fabric structure can be embroidered with the needed decoration pattern by the embroidery method.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, the weave of the rib or satin may be used as the pattern inside the scarf, in which case the transition position of the weave structure 1 to the weave or satin refers to the joint of the rib or satin and the weave, and it is understood that there are two of the above transition positions in the same weft direction. In addition, a leno weave or a satin weave can also be used as the edge of the scarf.
Alternatively, the damask structure 3 may be a warp-faced twill weave or a jacquard damask mainly made of a warp-faced twill weave and mixed with other weaves. The jacquard silk patterns are inclined right and the ground parts are inclined left. The tissue structure of the silk towel changes from silk to silk, the ground part of the silk towel has large tightness and the flower part has small tightness, and the yarn generates displacement, so that the silk towel presents two completely different visual effects with concave-convex feeling.
When the pattern of the silk scarf is in a linear shape, the weave structure of a silk can be adopted, the weave structure of the silk scarf changes from silk to silk, the tightness of the ground part of the fabric is high, the tightness of the flower part is low, and the yarn is displaced, so that the silk scarf has two completely different visual effects with concave-convex feeling; when the pattern of the silk scarf is in an irregular continuous strip shape, the weave structure of the silk scarf can be adopted, and the weave structure of the silk scarf from silk to the silk scarf is changed, so that a multi-weave structure combining sparse energy ventilation, dense energy shading and sparse density is realized; when the pattern of the silk scarf is in an irregular continuous or discontinuous small-area block shape, a satin weave structure can be adopted, the silk scarf changes from a silk weave structure to a satin weave structure, the warp floating length is changed to enable the silk weave structure 1 with compact texture to be changed into a satin weave structure which is covered on the surface in a warp floating length type and covers another single weave point which is uniformly distributed. Therefore, the surface of the scarf is smooth and flat and has special luster. In the same scarf, the four groups of different tissue structures are formed, so that the three-dimensional sense of the scarf is stronger while the tissue structures with different textures are formed.
Alternatively, for example, the base fabric of the second layer fabric structure is the silk weave structure 1, and in this case, in addition to the embroidery manner, the silk weave structure of the second layer fabric structure may be formed with a dotted pattern on the silk weave structure 1 by means of painting, printing or printing.
As a variation, the base fabric of the second layer fabric structure may also be other base fabrics, for example, the second layer fabric structure is the same as the first layer fabric structure, the two layers of fabric structures have four weave structures of silk, satin, and the different weave structures of each layer of fabric structure are formed by the weave structures. Or, as a variation, the second layer fabric structure is at least one of a leno, a satin, and a silk. Of course, as a variant, the second layer of fabric structure may also be based on yarns on which the desired decorative pattern is printed or printed. Alternatively, as a variant, the second layer fabric structure may also be made of a soft muslin cloth as a base cloth, on which the desired pattern is dotted. Of course, as a variant, the second layer of fabric may be structured without the pattern, and only the base fabric is used.
Optionally, in the scarf with two fabric structures, the two adjacent fabric structures are fixedly connected by sewing the edges of the two fabric structures. Alternatively, adhesive bonding may also be used.
As a variation, the silk scarf may further have a three-layer fabric structure, a four-layer fabric structure or a multi-layer fabric structure, wherein at least one layer of the fabric structure has four weave structures of a silk, a silk and a satin, and the other layers may have four weave structures of a silk, a silk and a satin, or may be other base fabrics, and two adjacent layers of the fabric structures are fixedly connected by sewing the edges of the two adjacent layers of the fabric structures. Alternatively, it is also possible to glue them together.
