Example 1
The embodiment provides a silk and satin multi-process scarves, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, wherein the scarves comprise at least two-layer fabric structures. For example, taking a scarf as an example of a two-layer fabric structure, the first layer fabric structure has four organization structures of silk, ro, silk and satin, and the second layer fabric structure comprises a base fabric and patterns interspersed on the base fabric. For example, the base fabric is a silk structure 1.
For convenience of description, the warp threads and the weft threads of the silk weave structure 1 are respectively described as a first warp thread 31 and a first weft thread 11; the warp and weft of the silk weave structure 3 are denoted as the second warp 41 and the second weft 21, respectively; the warp and weft threads of the roman structure are denoted as third warp thread 42 and third weft thread 22, and the warp threads of the satin structure are denoted as fourth warp thread 43.
In a first layer fabric structure with four weave structures of silk, roller, silk and satin, taking silk as a ground weave, weaving a first warp yarn 31 and a first weft yarn 11 in the silk weave structure 1 into a silk weave structure 1, wherein the three weave structures of the silk, the roller and the satin are connected with the silk weave structure 1; at the transition position from the silk weave structure 1 to the silk weave structure 3, two first wefts 11 of the silk weave structure 1 are combined into one strand to form a second weft 21 of the silk weave structure 3; two first wefts 11 which are one strand are respectively interwoven with the second warps 41 of the corresponding silk weave structure 3 in the silk weave structure 3; three first wefts 11 are combined into one strand at the transition position from the silk structure 1 to the roman structure 2 to form a third weft 22 in the roman structure 2; in the weave structure 2, two third warp threads 42 are intertwined with each other and interweave with one strand of three first weft threads 11; at the transition position of the silk structure 1 to the satin structure 4, the first wefts 11 are not doubled; within the satin weave structure 4, the first wefts 11 are interwoven with the fourth warps 43 in the corresponding satin weave structure 4, respectively, in a single form.
The silk fabric multi-process scarves with the two-layer fabric structure are provided, wherein the first layer fabric structure is formed by taking silk as a ground structure, and three tissue structures of silk, row and satin are connected with the silk tissue structure 1 to form different grounds on the same scarves; at least two first wefts are combined into one strand at the transition position from the silk weave structure 1 to the silk weave structure 3; at least two first wefts 11 are combined into one strand at the transition position from the silk structure 1 to the roc structure 2; in the silk weave structure 2, at least two third warps 42 are mutually twisted and interweaved with at least two wefts which are one strand, so that the wefts of the silk weave structure 3 and the silk weave structure 2 are respectively thicker than the first wefts 11 of the silk weave structure 1, and the wefts and warps in the silk weave structure 3 and the silk weave structure 2 are looser after being woven, so that the stereoscopic impression of the silk weave structure 3 is improved after the silk weave structure 1 is transited to the silk weave structure 3, and the eyelets of the silk weave structure 2 are enlarged and the air permeability is improved after the silk weave structure 1 is transited to the silk weave structure 2; at the transition position from the silk weave structure 1 to the satin weave structure 4, the first weft yarns 11 are not stranded, in the satin weave structure 4, the first weft yarns 11 are respectively interwoven with the corresponding fourth warp yarns 43 in a single form, compared with the warp yarns of the silk weave structure 1, in the satin weave structure, the silk weave structure 1 with compact texture is converted into satin weave with the surface covered by the warp float length by changing the warp float length, and another single weave point which is uniformly distributed is covered, so that when the first layer fabric of the silk scarf takes the silk weave structure 1 as the ground weave, the first layer fabric is smoothly transited to the satin weave structure, the three-dimensional sense of the silk scarf with four weave structures is stronger, and the surface of the silk scarf is smooth and flat and has luster; meanwhile, the scarves comprise at least two-layer fabric structures, so that the structures of the scarves are more diversified, and the requirement of more diversification is met.
In the silk and satin multi-process scarves, optionally, the silk is jacquard silk with a warp-side twill weave or jacquard silk with other weaves mixed with the warp-side twill weave as a main matter. And in the process of changing the silk-to-damask weave structure, not only two first wefts 11 can be used as one strand, but also three or more first wefts can be used as one strand to thicken the wefts of the damask weave structure 3.
In the silk multi-process silk scarf, as shown in fig. 1, two third warp threads 42 which are mutually twisted in the weave structure 2 can be selected; however, not as a limitation of the present invention, the third warp yarns 42 may be selected to be three, four or more, and the number of the specific arrangement is determined according to actual needs.
Further, in the silk and satin multi-process scarves, at least one embroidery method of plain stitch, banquette, disordered needle, virtual and real needle, rolling needle and seeding is adopted to embroider the required pattern on the first layer fabric structure, so that the pattern richness of the silk and satin multi-process scarves can be increased. For example, the pattern of the stippling is a cloud, various flowers, an animal pattern, or other pattern. Or the needed stippling patterns can be embroidered on the base cloth of the second layer material structure by adopting the embroidering method.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the roman or satin weave may be used as the pattern inside the scarves, in which case the transition position of the roman weave structure 1 to the roman or satin weave refers to the connection of the roman or satin weave to the roman weave, and it is understood that there are two transition positions in the same weft direction. In addition, a rotten or satin weave may also be used as the edge of the scarf.
Alternatively, the silk jersey structure 3 may be a warp-side twill weave or a jacquard jersey with other weaves mainly comprising a warp-side twill weave. The jacquard silk pattern adopts right inclined and the ground part is left inclined. The organization structure of the scarves from silk to damask is changed, the tightness of the scarves is large in the ground part and small in the flower part, and the yarns are displaced, so that the scarves have two completely different visual effects with concave-convex feeling.
When the patterns of the scarves are in a linear shape, a silk organization structure can be adopted, the organization structure of the scarves from silk to silk is changed, the tightness of the ground part of the fabric is large, the tightness of the flower part is small, and yarns are displaced, so that two completely different visual effects with concave-convex sense are presented; when the patterns of the scarves are in an irregular continuous strip shape, a tissue structure of the scarves can be changed from silk to the tissue structure of the scarves, so that the multi-tissue structure of combination of sparse energy ventilation, dense energy shadow and sparse density is realized; when the pattern of the scarves is in the form of irregular continuous or discontinuous small-area blocks, satin weave structures can be adopted, the scarves are changed from the satin weave structures, the warp floating length is changed to change the tightly-textured silk weave structure 1 into satin weave structures which are distributed on the surface in a floating length mode and cover the other evenly-distributed independent weave points. Thus, the scarves have smooth and even surfaces and special luster. In the same scarves, the four groups of different tissue structures are formed, so that the three-dimensional effect of the scarves is stronger while the tissue structures with different textures are formed.
Alternatively, for example, the base fabric of the second layer fabric structure is a silk structure 1, and in this case, besides the embroidery mode, an ornamental pattern may be formed on the silk structure 1 by spray painting, printing or printing.
As a variant, the base fabric of the second layer fabric structure may be other base fabrics, for example, the second layer fabric structure is the same as the first layer fabric structure, the two layer fabric structures have four weave structures of silk, ro, silk and satin, and each different weave structure of each layer structure is formed by the weave structures. Alternatively, the second layer material structure may be at least one of a silk, a satin, and a silk. As a variant, the second layer of fabric structure may also be a base fabric, on which the desired pattern of stitches is painted or printed. Alternatively, as a variant, the second layer of the fabric structure may also have a soft muslin as the base fabric, on which the desired pattern is interspersed. Of course, as a modification, the second layer fabric may be structured without a pattern, and only a base fabric may be used.
Optionally, the scarves of the two-layer fabric structure are fixedly connected by stitching at the edges of the two-layer fabric structure. Alternatively, glue may be used to adhere together.
As a variant, the scarf can also have a three-layer fabric structure, a four-layer fabric structure or a multi-layer fabric structure, wherein at least one layer of fabric structure has four organization structures of silk, roller, silk and satin, the other layers can be four organization structures of silk, roller, silk and satin, and can also be other base fabrics, and two adjacent layers of fabric structures are fixedly connected through stitching at the edges of the two adjacent layers of fabric structures. Alternatively, the two components can be bonded together by glue.
Example 2

wherein, the first layer of the scarf fabric is woven by the following steps,
interweaving the first weft yarn 11 with the first warp yarn 31 to form a silk weave structure;
combining at least two first wefts 11 into one strand, and interweaving the first wefts 11 combined into one strand with the second warps 41 to form a silk organization structure;
at least two first wefts 11 are combined into one strand, at least two third warps 42 are mutually twisted, and then the first wefts 11 combined into one strand are interwoven to form a rochanter structure 2; in the process of forming a weave structure of a roller, weft insertion is carried out on a first weft yarn 11 which is a strand, and then beating up is carried out after tension of the first weft yarn 11 is relaxed; specifically, the tension releasing step may be selected to pick the first weft yarn 11 back after the weft insertion is completed, and increase the radian of the first weft yarn 11 in the width, so that the tension of the first weft yarn 11 is released;
the fourth warp yarn 43 is interwoven with the first weft yarn 11 to form a satin weave structure.
In the silk and satin multi-process silk and satin scarf weaving process, the first weft 11 and the first warp 31 are interwoven to form a silk weave structure; combining at least two first wefts 11 into one strand and then interweaving the strand with the second warps 41 to form a silk organization structure; at least two third warps are mutually entangled and then interweaved with a first weft 11 which is a strand to form a rotten tissue structure, so that the tissue structure of the woven scarves is more compact and the stereoscopic impression is stronger; in the process of forming a structure of a rib, the third warp threads 42 are mutually entangled, the tension of a weaving port formed by the third warp threads is high, the tension of a first weft thread 11 which is a strand is increased, and in the process of weaving a silk scarf, a door width is contracted, so that the third warp threads 42 are driven to rub against buckling teeth, and the warp threads are broken for a long time; therefore, the weaving method of the silk and satin multi-process scarves provided by the invention is to weft-insert the first weft yarn 11 which is one strand, namely weft-insert the third weft yarn 22, and then beat up after the tension of the third weft yarn 22 is relaxed; by loosening the weft tension after the third weft insertion, the influence of the fell tension formed by the third warp threads 42 on the width shrinkage is compensated, and meanwhile, the tension of the warp and weft interweaving is reduced, so that the width of the door cannot shrink in the weaving process, and the problem of uneven scarves caused by uneven shrinkage is avoided while the tension of the warp and weft interweaving is reduced.
Preferably, the scarves are of a two-layer fabric structure, and the second layer fabric structure at least comprises base cloth and patterns interspersed on the base cloth; the step of weaving the second layer facer structure comprises the steps of:
weaving a base fabric;
the silk scarf with the two-layer fabric structure is formed by embroidering, printing or spraying a required stitched pattern on the base fabric.
For example, the base cloth is a silk tissue structure 1; the base cloth is the silk weave structure 3, the yarn, the fine cotton or other fabrics.
It is apparent that the above examples are given by way of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. While still being apparent from variations or modifications that may be made by those skilled in the art are within the scope of the invention.
