本发明公开了阴极电泳前处理专用常温四合一磷化液,包括以下质量浓度组分:磷酸300g‑525g/L,磷酸二氢钠0.5g‑10g/L,硝酸8g‑50g/L,硝酸锰2g‑15g/L,硝酸铜0.02g‑0.2g/L,钼酸钠0.5g‑5g/L,间硝基苯磺酸钠0.1g‑1.5g/L,柠檬酸0.5g‑2.5g/L,分散剂0.1g‑1.5g/L,渗透剂0.1g‑1.5g/L,表面活性剂0.1g‑1.5g/L,氧气锌0.5~2g/L,余量为水。本发明强化磷化液除锈功能,能够完全去除工件铁锈和氧化皮,并通过转化致密细致磷化膜防止水洗返锈,通过复配表面活性剂加强除油除脂功能,通过氧化剂完成金属表面钝化功能,提高膜层质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学除锈领域,具体涉及一种阴极电泳前处理专用常温四合一磷化液。
背景技术
目前,用于钢铁材料阴极电泳前处理一般工艺流程:水洗-预除脂-加温除脂-水洗-酸洗除锈-水洗-纯水洗-加温磷化-水洗-纯水洗-电泳。工艺流程长,能耗大,水资源消耗大。传统磷化液含铬、镍、亚硝酸盐,不环保。普通四合一不能水洗,易反锈,除锈不尽,膜层薄不能连续喷淋水洗。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中的上述缺陷或不足,期望提供一种阴极电泳前处理专用常温四合一磷化液。
根据本申请实施例提供的技术方案,阴极电泳前处理专用常温四合一磷化液,包括以下质量浓度组分:磷酸300g-525g/L,磷酸二氢钠 0.5g-10g/L,硝酸8g-50g/L,硝酸锰2g-15g/L,硝酸铜0.02g-0.2g/L,钼酸钠0.5g-5g/L,间硝基苯磺酸钠0.1g-1.5g/L,柠檬酸0.5g-2.5g/L,分散剂0.1g-1.5g/L,渗透剂0.1g-1.5g/L,表面活性剂0.1g-1.5g/L,氧气锌0.5~2g/L,余量为水。
本发明中,分散剂为亚甲基双萘磺酸钠。
本发明中,渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
本发明中,表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚
综上所述,本申请的有益效果:本发明强化磷化液除锈功能,用于自行车,摩托车,电功车,农用车,汽车阴极电泳前处理需要,能够完全去除工件铁锈和氧化皮,并通过转化致密细致磷化膜防止水洗返锈,通过复配表面活性剂加强除油除脂功能,通过氧化剂完成金属表面钝化功能,提高膜层质量。

阴极电泳前处理专用常温四合一磷化液,包括以下质量浓度组分:磷酸300g-525g/L,磷酸二氢钠0.5g-10g/L,硝酸8g-50g/L,硝酸锰2g-15g/L,硝酸铜0.02g-0.2g/L,钼酸钠0.5g-5g/L,间硝基苯磺酸钠0.1g-1.5g/L,柠檬酸0.5g-2.5g/L,分散剂0.1g-1.5g/L,渗透剂0.1g-1.5g/L,表面活性剂0.1g-1.5g/L,氧气锌0.5~2g/L,氧气锌0.5~2g/L,余量为水,制成浓缩液。分散剂为NNO,亚甲基双萘磺酸钠。渗透剂为JFC,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。表面活性剂为AEO-9,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
实施例1:传统的磷化液与本申请磷化液的使用情况对比表如下:

使用时,将本发明按1:10兑自来水稀释,配制成工作液。使用期间,无需添加补充液,只需按工作液消耗补充1/10的浓缩液,用水泵自功补充,无需工作人员。
本发明简化阴圾电泳前处理工艺流程为:水洗-常温专用四合一磷化- 水洗-纯水洗-电泳。通过促进剂复配,强化常温反应速度,使四合一功能在浸泡5min—10min,喷淋3min—5min完成。本发明对前处理工序可以减少 50%人力成本,减少70%用水,减少80%能耗,减少40%排污,无含铬、镍、亚硝酸盐排出,产品不合格率降低了90%,生产速度提高20%,企业经济效益和社会效益提高显著。

1.阴极电泳前处理专用常温四合一磷化液,其特征是:包括以下质量浓度组分:磷酸300g-525g/L,磷酸二氢钠0.5g-10g/L,硝酸8g-50g/L,硝酸锰2g-15g/L,硝酸铜0.02g-0.2g/L,钼酸钠0.5g-5g/L,间硝基苯磺酸钠0.1g-1.5g/L,柠檬酸0.5g-2.5g/L,分散剂0.1g-1.5g/L,渗透剂0.1g-1.5g/L,表面活性剂0.1g-1.5g/L,氧气锌0.5~2g/L,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阴极电泳前处理专用常温四合一磷化液,其特征是:分散剂为亚甲基双萘磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阴极电泳前处理专用常温四合一磷化液,其特征是:渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阴极电泳前处理专用常温四合一磷化液,其特征是:表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
