the preparation process of the freshener comprises the following steps: firstly, pouring diethylene glycol monobutyl ether into a container, then pouring 0.8 time of tea polyphenol into the diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, stirring for 7min at the temperature of 40 ℃ at the frequency of 2300Hz of 2500r/min, then pouring 1.5 times of deionized water into the container, and stirring for 10min at the frequency of 1500r/min to obtain the freshener.

Claims (6)

1. An environment-friendly cleaning degreaser is characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-35% of surfactant, 15-22% of emulsifier, 10-15% of bactericide and 8-13% of freshener; the surfactant is a mixture of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl ammonium nitrate; the emulsifier is a mixture of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium dodecyl sulfate; the bactericide is a mixture of diazolidinyl urea and methylisothiazolinone; the freshener comprises diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, tea polyphenol and deionized water.
2. The environment-friendly cleaning degreaser according to claim 1, characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30% of surfactant, 20% of emulsifier, 12% of bactericide, 10% of freshener and the balance of water.

The environment-friendly cleaning degreaser according to claim 1, characterized in that: the preparation process of the surfactant comprises the following steps: firstly, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl ammonium nitrate are poured into a container according to the proportion of 1-3: 2-5: 2-4, then the container is oscillated for 5min-8min at the frequency of 1500Hz-2000Hz to ensure that the dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, the dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and the octadecyl dimethyl hydroxyethyl ammonium nitrate are mixed and dispersed uniformly to obtain a mixture, then deionized water which is 2-3 times of the mixture is added into the container, and then the mixture is stirred for 10min-13min at the temperature of 35 ℃ to 50 ℃ at 1300r/min of 1000 minus one year, so as to obtain the surfactant.

The environment-friendly cleaning degreaser according to claim 1, characterized in that: the preparation process of the emulsifier comprises the following steps: firstly, pouring sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium dodecyl sulfate into a container according to the proportion of 1-3: 2, oscillating the container for 5min-8min at the frequency of 1500Hz-2000Hz to uniformly mix and disperse the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the sodium dodecyl sulfate to obtain a mixture, then pouring deionized water of 1-2 times of the mixture into the container, and stirring for 8min-10min at the temperature of 30-40 ℃ and 1200r/min to obtain the emulsifier.

The environment-friendly cleaning degreaser according to claim 1, characterized in that: the preparation process of the bactericide comprises the following steps: firstly putting the diazolidinyl urea and the methylisothiazolinone into a container, wherein the methylisothiazolinone is 1.5 times of the diazolidinyl urea, then oscillating the container for 5min-8min at the frequency of 1500Hz-2000Hz to uniformly mix and disperse the two to obtain a mixture, then injecting 2 times of deionized water into the mixture, and stirring at the temperature of 30-40 ℃ for 8min-10min at the speed of 1000-1200r/min to obtain the bactericide.

The environment-friendly cleaning degreaser according to claim 1, characterized in that: the preparation process of the freshener comprises the following steps: firstly, pouring diethylene glycol monobutyl ether into a container, then pouring 0.5-0.8 time of tea polyphenol into the diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, stirring for 5-7 min at 35-40 ℃ at the frequency of 1500Hz-2300Hz of 2000-2500r/min, then pouring 1.5 times of deionized water into the container, and stirring for 10min at the frequency of 1200-1500r/min to obtain the freshener.
