In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a solid cleaning agent, and its use and use method.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the solid cleaning agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-7 parts of cationic surfactant and 3-8 parts of emulsifier.
In a preferred embodiment of the solid detergent provided by the present invention, the cationic surfactant is sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate.
As a preferable embodiment of the solid cleaning agent provided by the invention, the emulsifier is tea saponin.
The application of the solid cleaning agent is to clean a printed circuit board.
The application of the solid cleaning agent is to clean low-solid flux residues.
The solid cleaning agent is used for cleaning residues of rosin-based water-assisted soluble soldering flux.
The solid cleaning agent is used for cleaning a wave soldering jig.
The solid cleaning agent is used for cleaning residues or conductive adhesive on the surface of a jig.
When the solid cleaning agent is used, the solid cleaning agent and a solvent are uniformly mixed according to the weight ratio of 1:25 to obtain a mixed solution, and the mixed solution is used as a cleaning solution of a spraying/centrifugal cleaning machine or an ultrasonic cleaning machine. The solvent is water, but is not limited thereto.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the solid cleaning agent is formed by scientifically proportioning the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the tea saponin, is in a solid form, is favorable for transportation, storage and environmental protection, is quick and convenient to use, can clean all types of scaling powder residues, has high cleaning load capacity, ensures long service life, low maintenance cost and reduced cleaning agent cost, and does not generate foam even under high-pressure application. The solid cleaning agent disclosed by the invention does not contain a corrosive formula, so that no white residual substance is left on a cleaning object and cleaning equipment, time-consuming surface activity monitoring is not needed, the polishing characteristic is not left on the cleaning object by a special design, and no low-ion pollutant residue is left. The solid cleaning agent is a biodegradable cleaning agent, does not contain halide, is an environment-friendly product, and accords with environmental protection, health and safety regulations.
The solid cleaning agent has strong solubility, can be mixed with a solvent to be used as a mixed solution within 5min after the solid is completely dissolved, has wide process application, can be used for cleaning liquid of a spraying/centrifugal cleaning machine and can also be used for cleaning liquid of an ultrasonic cleaning machine, and the cleaning speed is only within 15-40 min.
