Abstract
本发明涉及日用化工产品技术领域,具体涉及一种自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品及其制备方法。其配方主要包括按质量份数计的如下成分:碱性中和剂0.01~10份、表面活性剂50~80份、润滑剂0.1~2份、助剂0.1~10份、溶剂5~50份。本产品通过添加有机膦酸盐或金属硫酸盐,得到自带润滑效果的浓缩洗衣液产品。本发明表现出良好的润滑效果,能够很好的防止凝珠之间的粘连和串色问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工产品技术领域,具体涉及一种自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着中国洗护市场的浓缩化程度不断加快及消费升级和消费者消费观念的转变,浓缩洗衣液凝珠产品符合洗涤行业浓缩化发展趋势。浓缩洗衣液凝珠产品不仅在生产、包装、运输、储存过程节约能源,并且减少废弃物的产生。浓缩洗衣液凝珠产品采用定量分装、遇水即溶、低泡易漂、使用便捷,更加方便消费者的洗衣需求,减少倾倒不合理导致的浪费行为。
但同时浓缩洗衣液凝珠也存在一些缺陷,由于浓缩洗衣液凝珠是采用聚乙烯醇水溶性膜进行封装的,聚乙烯醇水溶性膜很容易溶于水并且受到空气湿度的影响,在高湿或长期有湿度的环境进行储存时,经常会使得浓缩洗衣液凝珠粘在一起,不容易分开,强行分开会使得包装的聚乙烯醇水溶膜破裂,导致液体漏出。另外如果是颜色不同的浓缩洗衣液凝珠放置在一起,在长期储存的过程中会发生串色现象,影响产品的外观,降低消费者的使用感受。
在已有技术中,一般是在膜的表面进行敷粉。水溶膜的表面进行敷粉之后,膜的流动性变好,容易用数粒机来自动分装。膜的表面敷的粉,一般为淀粉,但淀粉在膜的表面时间久了,可能会发生腐败的现象,使得膜有异味,导致影响包裹的浓缩洗衣液的气味,影响产品的使用感。
因此,亟需设计一种具有自润滑作用的浓缩洗衣液产品来润滑凝珠,防止粘连以及串色的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品及其制备方法,该产品中通过添加有机膦酸盐或金属硫酸盐,得到自带润滑效果的浓缩洗衣液产品。其通过如下技术方案实现:
一种自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品,所述自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品包括自润滑浓缩洗衣液组合物和包装袋;所述自润滑浓缩洗衣液组合物置于所述包装袋内;
其中,所述自润滑浓缩洗衣液组合物包括按质量份数计的如下成分:0.01~10份碱性中和剂、50~80份表面活性剂、0.1~2份润滑剂、0.1~10份助剂、5-50份溶剂;
所述表面活性剂包括阴离子表面活性剂,以及其他表面活性剂;
所述其他表面活性剂选自非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂中的至少一种;
所述润滑剂选自有机膦酸盐或金属硫酸盐中的至少一种;
所述包装袋为聚乙烯醇水溶性膜。
进一步地,所述有机膦酸盐选自氨基三甲叉膦酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸、乙二胺四乙叉磷酸钠、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、己二胺四甲叉膦酸中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自直链烷基苯磺酸及其盐、脂肪酸及其盐、烷基硫酸盐、乙氧基化脂肪醇硫酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、磺基琥珀酸盐、脂肪酸烷基酯磺酸盐、乙氧基化脂肪醇醚羧酸盐中的至少一种;
所述非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇烷氧基化物、烷基多糖苷、脂肪酸烷氧基化物、脂肪酸乙氧基化物、脂肪酸烷基醇酰胺、乙氧基化失水山梨酸醇酯中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述碱性中和剂包括无机碱性中和剂和有机醇胺。
进一步地,所述有机醇胺选自单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述助剂选自酶制剂及其稳定剂、荧光增白剂、pH调节剂、防腐剂、着色剂、颜色稳定剂和液体香精的至少一种。
进一步地,所述溶剂包括水,还包括选自乙醇、甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇、聚乙二醇、二乙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、三丙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、二丙二醇丁醚和三丙二醇丁醚中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述水在自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品中的质量占比≤20%。
本发明的另一个目的,在于提供上述自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.将溶剂和碱性中和剂共混,搅拌至溶解;
S2.加入阴离子表面活性剂、润滑剂,搅拌至溶解;
S3.加入其他表面活性剂、助剂,搅拌得到洗衣凝珠料液;
S4.用包装袋将所得洗衣凝珠料液进行包封,得到产品。
本发明中的术语“聚乙烯醇水溶性膜”,是指以聚乙烯醇为基材,可自然降解的、水溶性的新型环保包装材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
在洗衣小袋中加入有机磷酸盐或金属硫酸盐,一方面,能够透过聚乙烯醇水溶膜,使得膜的表面出现粉状物质,从而起到润滑凝珠,防止粘连,便于自动装盒的效果;另一方面,加入的润滑剂能够隔离凝珠,防止粘连过程中的凝珠串色,保证产品外观,延长货架期。
具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,列举如下实施例,但本发明并不局限于此。
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;下述实施例中所用的试剂、材料等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
1、表面活性剂
总表面活性剂在组合物中的重量份数为50~80份。总表面活性剂首选含有阴离子表面活性剂,除此之外,还可以含有:非离子表面活性剂或两性离子表面活性剂。具体含有:
(1)阴离子表面活性剂
阴离子表面活性剂选自直链烷基苯磺酸盐及其酸(直链烷基苯磺酸)、脂肪酸及其盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、乙氧基化脂肪醇硫酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、磺基琥珀酸盐、脂肪酸烷基酯磺酸盐、乙氧基化脂肪醇醚羧酸盐中的至少一种。
具体的,所述烷基苯磺酸盐满足如下通式:
其中M+为阳离子,R1可以是直链烷基、支链烷基或饱和烷基,也可以是含有一个以上的不饱和双键烷基。优选的,R1是碳数为8~18的直链烷基。
具体的,乙氧基化脂肪醇硫酸盐是乙氧基化物脂肪醇的衍生物,具有如下通式:
其中R1是碳数为6~24的烷基,M+为阳离子,x代表平均乙氧基化程度。优选的,R1是碳数为8~18的直链烷基,x为0.5~10,优选为0.5~3。
具体的,α-烯烃磺酸盐,具有如下通式:
其中a为0~2,M+为阳离子,R1是碳数为6~24的烷基,优选的,R1是碳数为8~18的直链烷基。
具体的,脂肪酸烷基酯硫酸盐为脂肪酸甲酯硫酸盐(MES),该脂肪酸的碳数为8~18个;
具体的,磺基琥珀酸盐为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐,该脂肪醇的碳数为8~18个。
具体的,脂肪酸包括饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸,饱和脂肪酸选自癸酸、月桂酸、豆蔻酸、软脂酸、硬脂酸、花生酸中的至少一种;不饱和脂肪酸选自亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸中的至少一种;
具体的,脂肪酸盐为脂肪酸经碱性造化后形成的,通常使用的碱剂为氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾。
脂肪酸和脂肪酸盐的碳数为10~20个,优选碳数为10~16的直链烷基。
以上所述阴离子表面活性剂其阳离子可以使碱金属离子,或碱土金属离子,优选钠离子。
(2)非离子表面活性剂
非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇烷氧基化物、烷基多糖苷、脂肪酸烷氧基化物、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、脂肪酸烷基醇酰胺、乙氧基化失水山梨酸醇酯中的至少一种。
具体的,所述脂肪醇烷氧基化物具有以下通式:
其中,n为6~24;x表示平均乙氧基化程度,为0.5~30,y为0~10;
所述脂肪醇烷氧基化物是脂肪醇和环氧烷烃在碱性催化剂作用下开环聚合的产物,因此均为混合物。脂肪醇包括直链醇或支链的异构醇。烷氧基团包括乙氧基团和丙氧基团。脂肪醇优选碳数为8~18的脂肪醇,优选的醇包括但不限制于己醇、辛醇、癸醇、2-乙基已醇、3-丙基庚醇、月桂醇、异三癸醇、十三烷醇、十四烷醇、十六烷醇、棕榈油醇、硬脂醇、异硬脂醇、油醇、亚油醇和亚麻醇中的至少一种;x优选为2~12。例如:SHELL公司NEODOL系列直链脂肪醇乙氧基化物产品,DOW公司ECOSURFEH系列乙氧基化和丙氧化2-乙基已醇产品,BASF公司LutensolXL系列乙氧基化和丙氧化3-丙基庚醇产品和BASF公司LutensolXP系列乙氧基化3-丙基庚醇产品。
具体的,烷基多糖苷具有以下通式:
其中:n为6~24,p为1.1~3,优选的n为8~16。例如BASF公司Glucopon系列烷基糖苷产品。
具体的,脂肪酸烷氧基化物为乙氧基化脂肪酸酯,脂肪酸的碳数为8~18,平均乙氧基化程度为2~10。优选为乙氧基化失水山梨酸醇烷基酯,例如Corda公司Tween系列产品。
具体的,脂肪酸烷基醇酰胺,其烷基醇数目为0~2。优选为脂肪酸碳数为8~18的一乙醇酰胺、二乙醇酰胺和异丙醇酰胺;例如椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺。
具体的,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物,通式如下:
其中,n为6~24,x为2~20;优选n为8~18,x为4~10。
非离子表面活性剂还包括聚醚型表面活性剂,聚醚型表面活性剂是一种聚合物,含有氧化乙撑或氧化丙撑重复单元的非离子表面活性剂,例如BASF公司Pluronic系列产品。
(3)其它表面活性剂
本发明涉及的表面活性剂体系可以含有两性离子表面活性剂或阳离子型表面活性剂。其中,两性离子表面活性剂选自氨基酸型表面活性剂、氧化胺型表面活性剂、甜菜碱型表面活性剂、咪唑啉型表面活性剂中的至少一种;优选的,包括但不限制于:烷基甜菜碱、脂肪酰胺甜菜碱、脂肪酰胺丙基甜菜碱、脂肪酰胺丙基羟丙基磺化甜菜碱、包括烷基乙酸钠型咪唑啉、脂肪酸型咪唑啉、磺酸型咪唑啉;氨基丙酸衍生物、甘氨酸衍生物;烷基二甲基氧化胺、脂肪酰胺基丙基二甲基氧化胺等。
阳离子表面活性剂包含季铵盐类表面活性剂、杂环类表面活性剂、聚合物型阳离子表面活性剂。优选为单长直链季铵盐、双长直链季铵盐、苄基季铵盐、羟烷基季铵盐、脂肪酰胺丙基羟烷基季铵盐、有乙烯基吡咯烷酮、不饱和酰胺或不饱和季铵盐共聚得到的多季铵盐。
2、碱性中和剂
碱性中和剂包括无机碱性中和剂和有机醇胺,其在自润滑的浓缩洗衣液组合物中的重量份数为0.1~10份。无机碱性中和剂其阳离子选自铵根离子、钠离子、钾离子中的至少一种,阴离子选自氢氧化物、氧化物、碳酸盐和碳酸氢盐中的至少一种;有机醇胺,选自单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺一种或多种的混合物。优选的,碱性中和剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺的至少一种。
3、润滑剂
润滑剂,其在自润滑的浓缩洗衣液组合物中的重量份数为0.01~2份。润滑剂包含但不限于有机膦酸盐或金属硫酸盐的至少一种。有机膦酸盐选自氨基三甲叉膦酸(ATMP)、羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)、乙二胺四乙叉磷酸钠乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠(EDTMPS)、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸(EDTMPA)、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸(DTPMPA)、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸(HPAA)、己二胺四甲叉膦酸(HDTMPA)中至少一种。金属硫酸盐选自硫酸钠、硫酸铝钾、硫酸钙、硫酸铜中至少一种。优选地,润滑剂为羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)、硫酸钠中至少一种。
4、助剂
本发明的一种自润滑的浓缩洗衣液组合物还可以包含洗涤助剂,所述洗涤助剂主要选自以下成分的一种或多种:酶制剂及其稳定剂、荧光增白剂、pH调节剂、防腐剂、着色剂、颜色稳定剂和液体香精的一种或两种以上的混合物,其在组合物中的重量份数为0.1~10份。
(1)酶制剂及其稳定剂
酶制剂主要用于提供清洁和护理织物的作用。所述的酶制剂包括但不限制于:蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、磷脂酶、酯酶、脂肪酶、过氧化物酶(氧化酶)、果胶酶、裂解酶、甘露聚糖酶、角质酶、还原酶、木聚糖酶、支链淀粉酶、鞣酸酶、戊聚糖酶、麦芽聚糖、阿拉伯糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶。常用的酶制剂是蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、角质酶和纤维素酶。
酶稳定剂可以和洗涤剂组合物相容,其包括但不限制于:钙离子、硼酸、硼砂、丙二醇、甘油、多元醇。酶稳定剂的用量可以根据洗涤剂组合物的形式和组成以及酶制剂的类型进行调整。
(2)荧光增白剂
所述荧光增白剂为本领域公知技术,以其碱金属盐(多为钠盐)的形式存在。其在组合物中的重量份数为0.01~0.1份。荧光增白剂包含但不限于二苯乙烯基联苯化合物。优选为4,4'-双(2-磺酸钠苯乙烯基)联苯,例如BASF公司CBS-X牌号的产品。
(3)防腐剂
防腐剂选自苯氧基醇、苯甲酸钠;异噻唑啉酮及其衍生物中的至少一种,例如甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、苯并异噻唑啉酮。防腐剂在组合物中的重量份数为0.01~2份。
以下实施例中,所有配制和测试发生在25℃的环境。在所述实施例中,将使用下列缩写,并且具有所标明的功能。
磺酸:直链烷基苯磺酸,碳原子数为10~14,阴离子表面活性剂。
AES:乙氧基化脂肪醇硫酸盐,脂肪醇碳原子数为10~14,平均乙氧化程度为2,阴离子表面活性剂,有效物含量约70%。
Na2SO4:硫酸钠,润滑剂。
HEDP:羟基乙叉二膦酸,润滑剂。
AEO9:乙氧基化脂肪醇,平均乙氧化程度为9,非离子表面活性剂。
XL-80:乙氧基化异构十醇,平均乙氧化程度为8,非离子表面活性剂。
蛋白酶:碱性蛋白酶,Novozymes公司产品,牌号为Savinase Ultra 16XL。
香精:Givavdan公司产品。
防腐剂:甲基异噻唑啉酮和氯甲基异噻唑啉酮混合物。
以下实施例1-7以及对比例1-2的自润滑浓缩洗衣液组合物均采用以下制备方法,不同之处在于配方各组分及其用量配比不同:
S1.向配制罐中加入溶剂和碱性中和剂,搅拌至溶解;
S2.加入阴离子表面活性剂和润滑剂,搅拌至溶解;
S3.加入其他表面活性剂、蛋白酶、防腐剂、pH调节剂,调节pH值为6.0~8.0,搅拌至溶解、外观均匀,得到洗衣凝珠料液;
S4.将所得洗衣凝珠料液注入聚乙烯醇水溶性膜中进行包封,制得成品。
实施例1-5中自润滑的浓缩洗衣液组合物的各个成分和相应质量份数,如表1所示。

实施例1-5,加入润滑剂的量越多,样品表面出现的粉末状颗粒越多,样品越干爽,不容易粘连到一起。这是由于加入的润滑剂可以透过水溶膜,在膜的表面形成粉状的磨砂粉状粒子,保证洗衣凝珠之前的干爽,不粘连,更加有利于样品的装盒或装袋,在潮湿环境中保存时间更久,同时也避免了样品由于粘连问题引起的串色问题,更加有利于消费者的使用感受。
实施例6、7和对比例1、2中自润滑的浓缩洗衣液组合物的各个成分和相应质量份数如表2所示。

测试例部分
测试例1 实施例1-5稳定性测试
测试方法如下:
选取实施例1-5的组合物,自润滑的浓缩洗衣液组合物分别对其存储外观以及粘连性进行稳定性测试,具体测试方法和评判标准如下:
高温稳定性:组合物包装成洗衣小袋后,取10颗洗衣小袋放置在塑封袋中,置于45℃±1℃环境,恒温放置1个月后,恢复至室温25℃±5℃,组合物外观无显著变化,如无分层、浑浊、凝胶,为高温稳定性合格。
低温稳定性:组合物包装成洗衣小袋后,取10颗洗衣小袋放置在塑封袋中,置于0℃±2℃环境,恒温放置1个月后,取出立即观察。组合物外观无显著变化,如无分层、浑浊、凝胶,为低温稳定性合格。
常温稳定性:组合物包装成洗衣小袋后,取10颗洗衣小袋放置在塑封袋中,置于室温环境(20℃-30℃),放置1个月后,组合物外观无显著变化,如无分层、浑浊、凝胶,为常温稳定性合格。
恒温恒湿稳定性:组合物包装成洗衣小袋后,取10颗洗衣小袋放置在塑封袋中,置于湿度75%、温度37℃±2℃的环境,放置1个月后,组合物外观无显著变化,如无分层、浑浊、凝胶,为恒温恒湿稳定性合格。
粘连性测试标准:考察稳定性之后的洗衣小袋,在进行取出时,观察洗衣小袋之间是否有粘连现象。有粘连现象为“有”,无粘连现象为“无”,测试结果如表3。

测试例2 实施例1-5串色性测试
测试方法如下:取上述实施例1-5的组合物液体分别500mL,然后将500mL的液体分装成5份,配制成不同颜色的组合物使用凝珠封膜机封装成大小相同的洗衣小袋。将颜色不同的洗衣小袋放置在同一个密封袋中,然后放置在恒温恒湿箱(湿度75%、温度37℃)放置四周,观察洗衣小袋是否发生串色。
测试结果如表4所示。

粘连性测试方法:取等量的实施例6、7和对比例1、2样品,然后用凝珠封膜机,封装成大小和规格相同的样品,然后每个样品取五个,分别叠放在规格相同的50mL的PET瓶中,拧紧盖子,放入恒温恒湿箱中,恒温恒湿箱条件为75%湿度、37℃,放置四周,拿出观察:倒出的时候观察膜的表面是否有粉末状物质,是否发生粘连现象。
串色测试方法参考测试例2。
测试结果如表5所示。

表5结果表明实施例6-7的浓缩洗衣液组合物加入润滑剂的,样品叠放到PET瓶中,存放在恒温恒湿条件下一段时间之后,由于表面有润滑粉末,样品拿出时不会出现粘连的情况,无粘连的样品之间没有发生串色现象。对比例1-2的浓缩洗衣液组合物中没有加入润滑剂,在PET瓶中存放在恒温恒湿的条件下会放置一段时间之后,表面没有润滑粉末,并且洗衣凝珠之间粘连现象严重,粘连在一起的颜色不同洗衣小袋会有串色的现象。

1.一种自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品,其特征在于,所述自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品包括自润滑浓缩洗衣液组合物和包装袋;所述自润滑浓缩洗衣液组合物置于所述包装袋内;
其中,所述自润滑浓缩洗衣液组合物包括按质量份数计的如下成分:0.01~10份碱性中和剂、50~80份表面活性剂、0.1~2份润滑剂、0.1~10份助剂、5-50份溶剂;

所述其他表面活性剂选自非离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂中的至少一种;
所述润滑剂选自有机膦酸盐中的至少一种;
所述包装袋为聚乙烯醇水溶性膜;
所述有机膦酸盐的原料,选自氨基三甲叉膦酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸、乙二胺四乙叉膦酸钠、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、己二胺四甲叉膦酸中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自直链烷基苯磺酸及其盐、脂肪酸及其盐、烷基硫酸盐、乙氧基化脂肪醇硫酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐、磺基琥珀酸盐、脂肪酸烷基酯磺酸盐、乙氧基化脂肪醇醚羧酸盐中的至少一种;
所述非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇烷氧基化物、烷基多糖苷、脂肪酸烷氧基化物、脂肪酸烷基醇酰胺、乙氧基化失水山梨酸醇酯中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品,其特征在于,所述碱性中和剂包括无机碱性中和剂和有机醇胺。
4.根据权利要求3所述自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品,其特征在于,所述有机醇胺选自单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品,其特征在于,所述助剂选自酶制剂及其稳定剂、荧光增白剂、pH调节剂、防腐剂、着色剂、颜色稳定剂和液体香精的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品,其特征在于,所述溶剂包括水,还包括选自乙醇、甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇、聚乙二醇、二乙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、三丙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、二丙二醇丁醚和三丙二醇丁醚中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品,其特征在于,所述水在自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品中的质量占比≤20%。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述自润滑浓缩洗衣液产品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.将溶剂和碱性中和剂共混,搅拌至溶解;
S2.加入阴离子表面活性剂、润滑剂,搅拌至溶解;
S3.加入其他表面活性剂、助剂,搅拌得到洗衣凝珠料液;
S4.用包装袋将所得洗衣凝珠料液进行包封,得到产品。
