一种用于老宅翻修的高透气性内墙保温防水浆料,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:内墙乳液10‑15份、轻钙2‑5份、滑石粉2‑5份、玻化微珠40‑60份、润湿剂0.1‑0.3份、发泡剂0.1‑0.3份、聚合物乳液8‑12份、硅微粉0.1‑0.3份、重钙粉0.1‑0.3份、高岭土0.1‑0.3份、硫酸钡3‑6份、阻燃剂1‑3份、改性剂2‑4份,余量为水,与传统涂料相比,本发明通过优化组分,使得应用本涂料的墙体自身产生呼吸,有利于墙体排湿防潮,减少墙面发霉分化、尘埃脱剥,通过加入玻化微珠使得涂料具有保温、防火的功能,本发明所用的配方安全无毒,对人体健康无害,同时本涂料的强度七天大于0.2MP,28天大于0.4MP,本涂料大面积施工时可采用机械操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及防水浆料领域,尤其涉及一种用于老宅翻修的高透气性内墙保温防水浆料。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和物质生活的发展,老宅翻修被更多的家庭列入计划当中,在老宅翻修的过程中,最重要的就是对墙体涂料的选择,用于墙体的涂料至少要满足透气、保温和防水三大要求。
在透气方面,涂料应用到墙体后,由于季节日夜温差较大,因此热胀冷缩之下,墙体经常出现开裂的情况,严重影响涂料的防水性能、结合力和寿命。
在保温方面,现有的保温材料一般是以固体材料为主,固体保温材料存在着施工难,成本高,保温材料占用较大的体积,而且无法做到全面保温。因此固体保温材料不适合做内墙保温。只有软体保温材料,如保温砂浆和保温漆才适合做内墙保温处理。目前在中国还未见有效果很好的软体内墙保温材料。现有的一些保温涂料并不能实现真正意义上的保温,这一点可以从保温材料导热系数能力验证结果中看出,而且固化后容易出现裂纹、内部缩孔等,而且耐酸耐碱性、附着力等性能较差,从而影响其保温效果,因此综合性能优异的保温涂料亟待解决。
在防水方面,传统防水涂料的代表是溶剂型防水涂料,溶剂型防水涂料以有机溶剂作为溶解基料,并且加入助剂等材料制备而成,溶剂型防水涂料对温度的敏感性较小,在低温作业施工中仍能保证较好的成膜性,且防水性能要优于传统的建筑材料,但是溶剂型防水涂料,因采用氯丁、氯磺化聚乙烯等溶剂,部分溶剂具有毒性,不符合现今社会绿色环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种用于老宅翻修的高透气性内墙保温防水浆料,所述的防水浆料包括如下重量份数的各组分:
一种用于老宅翻修的高透气性内墙保温防水浆料,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:内墙乳液10-15份、轻钙2-5份、滑石粉2-5份、玻化微珠40-60份、润湿剂0.1-0.3份、发泡剂0.1-0.3份、聚合物乳液8-12份、硅微粉0.1-0.3份、重钙粉0.1-0.3份、煅烧高岭土0.1-0.3份、硫酸钡3-6份、阻燃剂1-3份、改性剂2-4份,余量为水。
优选的,所述的内墙乳液为弹性聚氨酯树脂。
优选的,所述的改性剂为聚苯乙烯微球,聚苯乙烯微球的粒径为0.1-1μm。
优选的,所述的玻化微珠粒径为90-125μm。
优选的,所述的聚合物乳液采用巴斯夫S400F乳液。
优选的,所述的阻燃剂选自氢氧化镁、硼酸盐、羟基铝中的任意一种。
优选的,制备方法包括如下步骤:
按照重量份称取1/2-2/3配方量的水,然后加入内墙乳液、轻钙、滑石粉、发泡剂、硅微粉、玻化微珠、聚合物乳液、重钙粉、硫酸钡、改性剂、阻燃剂和润湿剂,搅拌混合均匀,最后加入煅烧高岭土以及剩余配方量的水,搅拌混合均匀,得到高透气性内墙保温防水浆料。
有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的涂料配方,具有如下积极效果,
(1)本涂料应用的墙体自身能产生呼吸,有利于墙体排湿防潮,减少墙面发霉分化、尘埃脱剝。
(2)在体系中加入聚合物乳液和煅烧高岭土,提高了浆体的粘结力,可以快速凝结,与基材产生较强的粘结强度,本发明所采用的聚合物乳液为巴斯夫的丙苯乳液,使得固化后强度较高,而且可以保证产品具有较好的韧性,上墙后不易碎裂和脱落,测得强度指标7天强度大于0.2兆帕,28天大于0.4兆帕。
(3)浆体的保温性能好,通过添加玻化微珠,使得到的浆体的导热系数小于0.06W/(m·K),且具备较好的阻燃性。
(4)本发明提供的涂料配方安全无毒,对人体健康无害。
(5)本发明具备较好的施工性能,大面积施工可采用机械操作。

内墙专用乳液10份、轻钙2份、滑石粉2份、玻化微珠40份、润湿剂0.1份、发泡剂0.1份、聚合物乳液8份、硅微粉0.1份、重钙粉0.1份、高岭土0.1份、硫酸钡3份、阻燃剂1份、改性剂2份,余量为水。

内墙专用乳液13份、轻钙3份、滑石粉3份、玻化微珠50份、润湿剂0.2份、发泡剂0.2份、聚合物乳液10份、硅微粉0.2份、重钙粉0.2份、高岭土0.2份、硫酸钡3份、阻燃剂2份、改性剂3份,余量为水。
实施例三、
本实施例的用于老宅翻修的高透气性内墙保温防水浆料,由下列重量份的各组分组成:
内墙专用乳液15份、轻钙5份、滑石粉5份、玻化微珠60份、润湿剂0.3份、发泡剂0.3份、聚合物乳液12份、硅微粉0.3份、重钙粉0.3份、高岭土0.3份、硫酸钡6份、阻燃剂3份、改性剂4份,余量为水。
实施例1-3中,所述的改性剂为聚苯乙烯微球;所述的玻化微珠粒径为90-125μm;所述的聚合物乳液采用巴斯夫S400F乳液;阻燃剂选自聚四氟乙烯微粉、氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁中的任意一种;所述的聚苯乙烯微球的粒径为0.1-1μm。
性能验证
对实施例1-3进行了性能测试,结果如表1所示。

与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的涂料配方,具有如下积极效果,
(1)本涂料应用的墙体自身能产生呼吸,有利于墙体排湿防潮,减少墙面发霉分化、尘埃脱剝。
(2)在体系中加入聚合物乳液和煅烧高岭土,提高了浆体的粘结力,可以快速凝结,与基材产生较强的粘结强度,本发明所采用的聚合物乳液为巴斯夫的丙苯乳液,使得固化后强度较高,而且可以保证产品具有较好的韧性,上墙后不易碎裂和脱落,测得强度指标7天强度大于0.2兆帕,28天大于0.4兆帕。
(3)浆体的保温性能好,通过添加玻化微珠,使得到的浆体的导热系数小于0.06W/(m·K),且具备较好的阻燃性。
(4)本发明提供的涂料配方安全无毒,对人体健康无害。
(5)本发明具备较好的施工性能,大面积施工可采用机械操作。
