Abstract
The invention relates to a fertilizer containing xylo-oligosaccharide and application thereof in grape growth, wherein the fertilizer is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of organic fertilizer, 13-34 parts of potassium chloride, 8-23 parts of diammonium phosphate, 15-30 parts of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and 2-11 parts of trace elements, the invention ensures the nutrition required by grapes in the growth process and effectively improves the elasticity of grape peel by the synergistic effect among the organic fertilizer, the potassium chloride, the diammonium phosphate, the calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and the trace elements, so that the fruit cracking rate is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fertilizer production, in particular to a fertilizer containing xylo-oligosaccharide and application of the fertilizer for grape growth.
Background
The grapes belong to berry type fruit trees, and the grape loss caused by fruit cracking is much more serious than that of other fruit trees. The reason for grape dehiscence is related to the structure and physiological changes of grape peel, and is also influenced by environmental conditions and cultivation techniques. Firstly, grape cell walls are thin and fragile, and grape fruit cracking is easily caused; secondly, when the grape has too many fruits or is malnutrition, the division of the grape epicarp stops too early, and when the expansion speed of the pulp cells is too high, fruit cracking is easy to generate; thirdly, the fruit grains are too compact and are mutually extruded and too heavy to crack; and fourthly, in the later growth stage of the grapes, water is suddenly poured or heavy rain falls in the day, so that the water content in the soil is changed rapidly, the pulp absorbs water to generate larger swelling pressure, and the thin part of the peel is cracked.
The currently adopted means for preventing and treating grape fruit cracking are physical intervention, and the fruit cracking rate of the grapes is reduced by thinning fruits, controlling fruit tree load and the like; but there have been few reports of methods for reducing the rate of fine grape dehiscence by altering the pericarp structure or physiological properties of grapes.
Therefore, there is a need to provide a new technical solution to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fertilizer containing xylo-oligosaccharide and an application thereof for grape growth, which can effectively solve the technical problems.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted:
a fertilizer containing xylo-oligosaccharide is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of organic fertilizer, 13-34 parts of potassium chloride, 8-23 parts of diammonium phosphate, 15-30 parts of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and 2-11 parts of trace elements.
Preferably, the fertilizer is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 24-32 parts of organic fertilizer, 20-30 parts of potassium chloride, 12-19 parts of diammonium phosphate, 18-22 parts of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and 4-9 parts of trace elements.
Preferably, the fertilizer is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28 parts of organic fertilizer, 25 parts of potassium chloride, 17 parts of diammonium phosphate, 20 parts of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer and 7 parts of trace elements.
Preferably, the organic fertilizer is prepared by composting the following raw materials in parts by weight: 16-24 parts of cucumber stem and leaf, 10-30 parts of banana peel, 15-40 parts of humus, 11-23 parts of shrimp shell, 12-18 parts of peanut shell, 5-14 parts of seaweed, 3-8 parts of low xylan and 1-5 parts of zymophyte agent.
Preferably, the organic fertilizer is prepared by composting the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of cucumber stem leaves, 15 parts of banana peel, 25 parts of humus, 13 parts of shrimp shells, 15 parts of peanut shells, 8 parts of seaweed, 6 parts of low xylan and 3 parts of zymophyte agent.

Test section
7 test areas are selected from a grape plantation, the number of the plants of the grapes in each test area is the same, the growth potential and the yield are similar, the fertilizers of the examples 1-5 and the fertilizers of the comparative examples 1-2 are respectively applied to the grapes in the 7 test areas at a distance of 5 days from the mature period of the grapes, the fruit cracking rate of the grapes is calculated after the grapes are completely mature, and the results are shown in the following table 1.

As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the fertilizer of the present invention can effectively reduce the fruit cracking rate of grapes, wherein the fertilizer of example 3 has the best effect; meanwhile, by performing spot-check analysis on grape skins to which the fertilizer of example 3 and the fertilizers of comparative examples 1-2 were applied, the results show that the toughness of the grape skins is ranked as: example 3> comparative example 2> comparative example 1, it can be concluded that the organic fertilizer of the present invention has a significant effect on the toughness of grape peel.
