本发明属于油气井固井领域,具体涉及一种稠化时间可控的地质聚合物固井液,各组分及重量比如下:胶凝材料100份,激活剂10~30份,缓凝剂0.2~5份,防沉降剂0.4~4份,水30~70份。本发明的地质聚合物固井液具有稠化时间可调、抗压强度优良、沉降稳定性好、流变特性好、绿色环保等优点,可较好的适用于油气井固井的作业施工,保证固井施工安全。

Description

一种稠化时间可控的地质聚合物固井液
技术领域
本发明属于固井技术领域,具体涉及一种稠化时间可控的地质聚合物固井液。
背景技术
随着近年来国家对碳减排的要求日益迫切,各行各业都加大了碳减排的力度。传统的油井水泥属于硅酸盐水泥,生产一吨硅酸盐水泥约释放一吨的二氧化碳。而地质聚合物胶凝材料主要是利用固体废弃物粉煤灰、矿渣等在碱激活剂的激发下制备而成,属于废物利用,用其替代硅酸盐水泥可大大减少二氧化碳的排放。但是目前已有研究表明,地质聚合物固井液的稠化时间难调控。传统的地质聚合物的胶凝材料为粉煤灰、偏高岭土等,激活剂主要是氢氧化钠、硅酸钠等,制备形成的地质聚合物强度较高(可达40MPa以上),但是在氢氧化钠、硅酸钠等碱激活剂作用下粉煤灰、偏高岭土等材料快速溶解、聚合,且难以采用缓凝剂调控,导致地质聚合物的稠化时间和凝结时间难调控。前期研究采用碳酸钠与氢氧化钙反应来替代氢氧化钙激发矿渣制备了稠化时间可调的碱激发矿渣固井液(专利申请号:CN201911098688.0),但是由于碳酸钠的高碱性,且溶解过程难以采用缓凝剂控制,导致其稠化时间可调的极限温度为120℃,难以有更高的突破。且采用氢氧化钠或者氢氧化钠替代物制备的地质聚合物存在强度低、易开裂等缺点,也限制了地质聚合物固井液在油气井固井领域的应用。因此,为了促进地质聚合物在固井领域推广应用,亟需开发形成稠化性能可调、强度性能优良、不易开裂的地质聚合物固井液。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种稠化时间可控的地质聚合物固井液,以解决地质聚合物稠化时间的可调温度不足,强度不高的难题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种稠化时间可控的地质聚合物固井液,各组分及重量比如下:
胶凝材料:100份
激活剂:10~30份
缓凝剂:0.2~5份
防沉降剂:0.4~4份
水:30~70份。
根据本发明,优选的,所述的胶凝材料由粉煤灰、超细粉煤灰、矿渣三者混合而成;以重量比计,粉煤灰:超细粉煤灰:矿渣=(20~60):(20~60):(10~30),形成的配方强度性能较好且成本适中合理。
根据本发明,优选的,所述的粉煤灰中二氧化硅含量大于40%,比表面积大于400m2/kg。
根据本发明,优选的,所述的超细粉煤灰中二氧化硅含量大于40%,比表面积大于1500m2/kg。
根据本发明,优选的,所述的矿渣为粒化高炉矿渣,比表面积≥400m2/kg。
根据本发明,优选的,所述的激活剂由硫酸钠、氢氧化钙、氢氧化钡三者混合而成;以重量比计,硫酸钠:氢氧化钙:氢氧化钡=(40~80):(5~40):(5~60)。
根据本发明,优选的,所述的缓凝剂由酒石酸钠、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠混合而成;以重量比计,酒石酸钠:乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠=(0~100):(0~100)。两者混合使用耐高温能力和直角稠化特性更好。
传统的地质聚合物的激活剂都是氢氧化钠,但是由于其水化机理与传统的硅酸盐水泥不同,粉煤灰、矿渣等潜活性胶凝材料在氢氧化钠的强碱环境下的快速溶解,难以用缓凝剂控制,导致地质聚合物的稠化时间难以用缓凝剂来进行调控。为此本发明用缓凝剂来控制硫酸钠与氢氧化钙反应生成氢氧化钠的速率,进而来实现地质聚合物稠化时间的有效调控。
本发明中,硫酸钠与氢氧化钙反应会在地质聚合物中生成大量的硫酸钙,而硫酸钙会延缓地质聚合物中铝酸盐的水化速度而影响地质聚合物的早期强度。硫酸钠与氢氧化钡反应会生成氢氧化钠与硫酸钡,反应类似于氢氧化钙。但是氢氧化钡溶解度比氢氧化钙高导致硫酸钠与氢氧化钡的反应过程不如硫酸钠与氢氧化钙的反应过程容易被缓凝剂调控。所以不能完全使用硫酸钠+氢氧化钡,但是其反应产物硫酸钡对铝酸盐水化速度基本无影响,可以保证地质聚合物的早期强度。因而激活剂选用的是硫酸钠、氢氧化钙、氢氧化钡三者混合物。
根据本发明,优选的,所述的防沉降剂由定优胶、硅藻土、气相二氧化硅三者混合而成,三者的重量比:定优胶:硅藻土:气相二氧化硅=(0.1~1):(30~40):(30~40);三者都是悬浮剂,都具有较好的触变效果。定优胶在中低温下具有较好的悬浮效果,但是随着温度增高,随着聚合物粘度的降低,悬浮效果变差。而硅藻土和气相二氧化硅属于无机材料,随着温度增加水化能力更加充分,温度增加对悬浮能力影响不大或略有增强,因而选择三者混合使用悬浮防沉降效果更佳。
根据本发明,优选的,所述的水为淡水或海水或不同矿化度水。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优势在于:
1、本发明提供的一种稠化时间可控的地质聚合物固井液拥有优良的稠化时间可调特性,主要通过利用缓凝剂控制硫酸钠与氢氧化钙(氢氧化钡)反应生成激活剂氢氧化钠的速率来实现对地质聚合物稠化时间的控制,稠化时间可调温度可以高于150℃。
2、本发明提供的一种稠化时间可控的地质聚合物固井液拥有优良的抗压强度,抗压强度可以高于30MPa;为了提高抗压强度,本发明在地质聚合物的原料中引入了圆球型的高活性的超细粉煤灰来改善地质聚合物的强度,并通过利用部分的氢氧化钡替代氢氧化钙来提高地质聚合物的强度。
3、由于引入悬浮剂,本发明提供的一种稠化时间可控的地质聚合物固井液拥有优良的沉降稳定性,水泥石密度差可以低于0.01g/cm3
4、本发明在地质聚合物中引入了大量的圆球型的粉煤灰和高活性的超细粉煤灰,圆球型的材料可以大幅度降低地质聚合物的粘度,方便现场泵注,使得本发明提供的一种稠化时间可控的地质聚合物固井液拥有优良的流变特性,水泥浆在六速旋转粘度计中300转读数低于100。

根据表1的结果,对比例1、对比例2、对比例3的稠化时间都比较短,70℃的稠化时间只有65min以下,说明采用氢氧化钠做为激活剂的话,其稠化时间很难控制。实施例1在120℃的稠化时间为107min,实施例2在120℃的稠化时间为332min,实施例3、实施例4、实施例5在150℃的稠化时间分别为292min、301min、331min,显示了良好的时间可调性,说明利用硫酸钠与氢氧化钙(氢氧化钡)来替代氢氧化钠的话,其稠化时间就会变得容易调控。就强度而言,由于实施例中加入了超细粉煤灰,其活性较高,因而地质聚合物72h的强度都远高于对比例。由于实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5中缓凝剂加量较多,地质聚合物稠化(凝结)时间较长,导致24h的强度有所降低,但是这几个实施例分别跨越的温差为50℃和80℃,显示了良好的大温差适应能力。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (3)

1.一种稠化时间可控的地质聚合物固井液,其特征在于,各组分及重量比如下:
胶凝材料:100份
激活剂:5~30份
缓凝剂:0.2~5份
防沉降剂:0.4~4份
水:30~40份;
所述的胶凝材料由粉煤灰、超细粉煤灰、矿渣三者混合而成;
所述的激活剂由硫酸钠、氢氧化钙、氢氧化钡三者混合而成;
所述的缓凝剂由酒石酸钠、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠混合而成;
所述的防沉降剂由定优胶、硅藻土、气相二氧化硅三者混合而成;
以重量比计,粉煤灰:超细粉煤灰:矿渣=(20~60):(20~60):(10~30);
所述的粉煤灰中二氧化硅含量大于40%,比表面积大于400m2/kg;
所述的超细粉煤灰中二氧化硅含量大于40%,比表面积大于1500m2/kg;
以重量比计,硫酸钠:氢氧化钙:氢氧化钡=(40~80):(5~40):(5~60);
以重量比计,酒石酸钠:乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠=(0~100):(0~100);
以重量比计,定优胶:硅藻土:气相二氧化硅=(0.1~1):(30~40):(30~40)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稠化时间可控的地质聚合物固井液,其特征在于,所述的矿渣为粒化高炉矿渣,比表面积≥400m2/kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的稠化时间可控的地质聚合物固井液,其特征在于,所述的水为淡水或海水或不同矿化度水。
