Abstract

The invention has simple structure, stability, firmness, high disassembly and assembly efficiency and strong universality; can realize the unsettled reliable fixed of engine thin wall spray tube, can carry out all-round visual inspection or propaganda show to the engine simultaneously. At present, most of liquid rocket engine packing cases adopting spray pipes with larger area ratios are designed to carry engines in and out from an upper outlet and a mounting plate together, or a wood board packing case with large occupied area and heavy structure is adopted, so that the problems of complex disassembly and assembly steps, poor manual carrying performance, easy generation of excess materials such as sawdust and the like, requirement of cooperation of multiple persons, inconvenience in appearance inspection, propaganda and display and the like exist.

The liquid rocket engine packing box provided by the invention comprises a box base 1, an upper box body 2, an installation frame 3, an installation plate 4, a gasket 5 and a pressing ring 6, wherein the box base 1 is hermetically connected with the upper box body 2, the installation frame 3 is installed in the box base 1, the installation plate 4 is connected onto the installation frame 3, and the bottom of the installation plate 4 is connected with the pressing ring 6 through the gasket 5, as shown in figures 1-3.
As shown in fig. 4, the mounting frame 3 includes a base 31, mounting columns 32 and supporting columns 33, the mounting columns 32 are uniformly distributed on the base 31, the supporting columns 33 are fixed on the mounting columns 32 through corner pieces 34, the bottoms of the supporting columns 33 and the mounting columns 32 connected at two ends of the corner pieces 34 are connected on the base 31 through reinforcing ribs 35, and the base 31 is fixed in the box base 1. The angle between the reinforcing ribs 35 and the horizontal plane is 30-60 degrees.
