Abstract
The invention provides a liquid rocket engine packaging box which relates to the technical field of liquid rocket engine packaging. The invention has simple structure, stability, firmness, high disassembly and assembly efficiency and strong universality; the engine thin-wall spray pipe can be suspended and reliably fixed, and the engine can be subjected to omnibearing visual inspection or propaganda display. The liquid rocket engine can be widely applied to liquid rocket engines of different types by changing the geometric dimension of the mounting structure, and can be widely applied to other products needing to be mounted in a suspended manner.

Technical Field

Background
The liquid rocket engine provides power for orbit transfer and attitude adjustment of the spacecraft, and the engine jet pipe has the function of converting heat energy of high-temperature and high-pressure combustion products in the combustion chamber into kinetic energy so as to accelerate airflow and generate reactive thrust. In particular, for a liquid rocket engine with small thrust in space, in order to improve mechanical environment adaptability, the structural weight of the spray pipe is required to be as light as possible, the single-side wall thickness is often as thin as 0.4-1.5 mm, and meanwhile, a high-temperature oxidation-resistant coating is prepared on the inner surface and the outer surface of the spray pipe so as to improve the high-temperature airflow scouring resistance of the spray pipe. In engineering actual production, the engine is required to be installed in a reliable and stable packaging box in the processes of storage, transportation, railway or highway transportation so as to protect the spray pipe and the coating on the surface of the spray pipe, the coating cannot scratch, collide and fall off, and the geometric structure cannot be deformed.
At present, the liquid rocket engine packaging box design adopting the spray pipe with large area ratio mostly uses an outlet at the upper part and a mounting plate to move the engine in and out together, or adopts a wood board packaging box with large occupied area and heavy structure, and has the problems of complex disassembly and assembly steps, poor manual carrying performance, easiness in generating superfluous matters such as wood dust, the like, the requirement of matching by a plurality of people, inconvenience in appearance inspection, propaganda and display and the like.
According to the search of the prior art patent literature, the Chinese patent publication number is CN102303753B, which discloses an aero-engine packaging box with a vibration damper, belongs to the technical field of aero-engines, and ensures that the engine is safely and reliably put into use. The novel engine suspension bracket comprises a packing box body, wherein a base is arranged in the packing box body and is connected with an engine suspension bracket through a shock absorber. The invention provides a liquid rocket engine packaging box, which solves the problems of inconvenient movement and display and the like. Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the liquid rocket engine packaging box, which has the advantages of simple disassembly and assembly process, capability of completing operation by a single person, realizing the suspension and reliable fixation of the thin-wall spray pipe of the engine, effectively preventing collision and structural stress deformation, capability of carrying out omnibearing appearance inspection or propaganda display on the engine, high structural strength and rigidity, light weight and strong general expansibility.
The invention provides a liquid rocket engine packaging box, which comprises a box seat, an upper box body, a mounting frame, a mounting plate, a gasket and a compression ring, wherein the box seat is in sealing connection with the upper box body, the mounting frame is mounted in the box seat, the mounting plate is connected to the mounting frame, and the bottom of the mounting plate is connected with the compression ring through the gasket.
In some embodiments, the mounting bracket comprises a base, a mounting column and a supporting column, wherein the mounting column is uniformly distributed on the base, the supporting column is fixed on the mounting column through a corner piece, the supporting column connected with two ends of the corner piece and the bottom of the mounting column are connected on the base through reinforcing ribs, and the base is fixed in the box seat.

According to the liquid rocket engine packaging box provided by the invention, as shown in figures 1-3, the liquid rocket engine packaging box comprises a box seat 1, an upper box body 2, a mounting frame 3, a mounting plate 4, a gasket 5 and a compression ring 6, wherein the box seat 1 is in sealing connection with the upper box body 2, the mounting frame 3 is mounted in the box seat 1, the mounting plate 4 is connected to the mounting frame 3, and the bottom of the mounting plate 4 is connected with the compression ring 6 through the gasket 5.
As shown in fig. 4, the mounting frame 3 includes a base 31, mounting columns 32 and supporting columns 33, the mounting columns 32 are uniformly distributed on the base 31, the supporting columns 33 are fixed on the mounting columns 32 through corner pieces 34, the supporting columns 33 connected with two ends of the corner pieces 34 and the bottoms of the mounting columns 32 are connected to the base 31 through reinforcing ribs 35, and the base 31 is fixed in the box base 1. The angle between the reinforcing ribs 35 and the horizontal plane is 30-60 degrees. The height of support column 33 is less than the height of erection column 32, and mounting panel 4 is connected at support column 33 top, and mounting panel 4 joint is on erection column 32.
As shown in fig. 5-7, the mounting plate 4, the gasket 5 and the light holes on the pressing ring 6 are connected in a one-to-one correspondence. As shown in fig. 4, the mounting frame 3 is a rigid hollow supporting structure formed by a plurality of sections, preferably 19 sections with different lengths of 20mm×20mm are formed into the rigid hollow supporting structure through built-in connectors. The base 31 is connected to form a closed polygon, and the number of sides of the polygon ranges from 3 to 6. Preferably, the base 31 is connected in a closed quadrilateral shape, with a single length of 360mm.
