Claims (10)

1. The automobile chassis structure is characterized by comprising a structural frame, wherein a closing plate (3) is arranged on the upper side of the structural frame, and an equipment mounting frame is arranged on the upper side surface of the closing plate (3); the structure frame comprises two bearing beams (5) which are arranged in parallel, and the two bearing beams (5) are connected through a plurality of fixed beams (52); the closing plate (3) is attached to the upper side face of the bearing beam (5); the equipment mounting frame comprises a rectangular frame (12) arranged on the upper side of the closing plate (3), and at least two longitudinal rods (11) arranged in parallel are arranged in the rectangular frame (12); rectangle frame (12) and rather than adjacent vertical pole (11) to and all be provided with a plurality of horizontal poles (14) between two adjacent vertical poles (11), be used for cooperation vertical pole (11) with the region that rectangle frame (12) limited and formed divides into a plurality of installing zones (16), dispose the fixed subassembly of equipment in installing zone (16).

The vehicle chassis structure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the rectangular frame (12) is connected to the closing plate (3) by a plurality of support bars (15), and reinforcing bars (13) are disposed between two adjacent support bars (15) of the rectangular frame (12) in the lengthwise direction.

The vehicle chassis structure according to claim 3, wherein the underside of the closure plate (3) is provided with a first flange (31) in an integrally formed manner, the inner side of the first flange (31) abutting the load-bearing beam (5); the bearing beam (5) is connected with the first flange (31) through a first bolt (32).

The automotive chassis structure according to claim 1, characterized in that a protective plate (4) is provided on the lower side of the structural frame, a second flange (41) is provided on the upper side of the protective plate (4) in an integrally molded manner, and the inner side surface of the second flange (41) is in sliding contact with the load-bearing beam (5); the second flange (41) is provided with a plurality of adjusting holes (44) in a penetrating mode, second bolts (51) penetrate through the adjusting holes (44), and the second bolts (51) are in threaded connection with the corresponding bearing beams (5) and are in sliding connection with the adjusting holes (44).
6. The vehicle chassis structure according to claim 5, wherein the adjustment hole (44) is a kidney-shaped hole.

The vehicle chassis structure according to claim 6, wherein a pressing plate (43) is arranged on the upper side of the protective plate (4), and the pressing plate (43) is distributed between the protective plate (4) and the bearing beam (5); a plurality of springs (42) are arranged between the protection plate (4) and the pressing plate (43) in a manner of extending along the length direction of the bearing beam (5), one ends of the springs (42) are connected to the protection plate (4), and the other ends of the springs are connected to the pressing plate (43); when the second flange (41) is in sliding engagement with the load beam (5), the pressure plate (43) engages the underside of the load beam (5) and compresses the spring (42).

The automobile chassis structure according to claim 1, wherein the bearing beam (5) is rectangular, a laser emitter (62) is arranged in the middle of the bearing beam (5) in the length direction, a laser sensing module (61) is arranged at the end of the bearing beam (5), and the laser emitter (62) and the laser sensing module (61) are in the same straight line; the system also comprises a terminal (730), an alarm module (720), a data analysis system (700) and a central processing unit (710); the terminal (730), the alarm module (720) and the data analysis system (700) are all electrically connected with the central processing unit (710), and the laser sensing module (61) is electrically connected with the data analysis system (700).

The vehicle chassis structure according to claim 1, wherein adjacent two of the fixing beams (52) are connected by a plurality of reinforcing beams (53); the reinforcing beam (53) is in a hollow cuboid shape, and a reinforcing plate (531) with a cross-shaped cross section is arranged in the inner cavity of the reinforcing beam (53).

The vehicle chassis structure according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of said longitudinal screw holes (21) are equally spaced and a plurality of said lateral screw holes (22) are equally spaced; the extending direction of the longitudinal screw hole (21) is vertical to the extending direction of the transverse screw hole (22).
