技术领域
本发明涉及一种蚕茧模杯和蚕茧丝复合纤维及其制备方法。
背景技术
模杯是一块棉经过高温的模具定型而成的杯(即压杯),然后拿这些杯去车成一个文胸。一个文胸由鸡心,后拉片,面布,杯,像根车成的。里面的杯是夹棉杯车成的就是夹杯文胸,是模杯车成的就是模杯文胸。
模杯分为薄模杯、中模杯和厚模杯三种。
中模杯:通过高温处理一次成型,它不仅靠钢圈的承托力和肩带拉力来抬高乳房,依靠模杯的造型来改善乳房的形状,具有塑造圆润胸型的作用,适合乳房娇小或适中的女性穿着。
薄模杯:用很薄的海绵制成,杯型较好,能制成各种杯型,穿着非常舒适,适合B杯以上的女性穿着。
厚模杯:通过高温处理一次成型,它不仅靠钢圈的承托力和肩带拉力来抬高乳房,依靠模杯的造型来改善乳房的形状,具有塑造圆润胸型的作用,适合乳房娇小女性使用。
现有的模杯虽然类型较多,但是都存在各自的缺陷,如海绵模杯,长期使用后会变性老化,产生碎末进入人体乳腺,对人体造成损害;硅胶模杯,质感较硬,长期佩戴后存在着较高的不适感;纯棉文胸,不会吸附住潮气,容易产生真菌滋生,并且容易缩水变形。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种塑性效果好,耐用性较强,佩戴舒适,且不会出现真菌滋生以及缩水变形的蚕茧模杯和蚕茧丝复合纤维及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种蚕茧模杯,包括有内垫层,及埋入于内垫层中的支撑层,及覆设于内垫层外的外罩层,及形成于内垫层、支撑层和外罩层的外周边处的冷压封边带,所述内垫层、支撑层和外罩层采用热压定型呈模杯状,所述内垫层和支撑层采用蚕茧丝复合纤维热压成型,所述支撑层在内垫层的夹层中形成网状结构。
作为优选,所述外罩层由再生纤维面料织成,所述冷压封边带处包覆有由氨纶线与纱线混编而成的防滑带。
作为优选,所述防滑带的一面为光滑面、另一面为摩擦面,该防滑带的摩擦面朝外设置,且光滑面与冷压封边带缝接。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问题为提供一种如上所述蚕茧丝复合纤维,采用以下材料制成:蚕茧丝,热塑性聚合物,脱胶剂和浸泡液,其中,蚕茧丝与热塑性聚合物的重量比为1:1-2,所述热塑性聚合物为聚丙烯共聚物或聚乙烯共聚物,蚕茧丝与脱胶剂的浴比为1g:35-45ml,所述脱胶剂为3-4wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液和10-15wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液,蚕茧丝与浸泡液的浴比为1g:20-25ml,所述浸泡液为4-6wt%琥珀辛酯磺酸钠、1-3wt%乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、5-10wt%聚乙二醇水溶液、1-3wt%水性聚氨酯、余量为水。
作为优选,所述热塑性聚合物为热塑性弹性体,包括有聚丙烯和丁基橡胶的共混物,聚乙烯或聚丙烯和EPDM的共混物。
作为优选,所述的热塑性聚合物为可生物降解聚合物。
本发明所要解决的另一技术问提供一种如上所述的蚕茧模杯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取蚕茧丝浸入50-60℃的水中,浸泡3-5min后,对蚕茧丝进行蒸煮,蒸煮温度为100℃,蒸煮时间为3-5min,接着再次将蚕茧丝放入50-60℃的水中,浸泡1-2min,得到预处理蚕茧丝,并均分为两份;
将其中一份预处理蚕茧丝加入到浴比为1g:35-45ml的3-4wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液中,并进行加热,加热温度为100℃,每隔10-20min捞出蚕茧丝,并放入新的碳酸氢钠溶液中浸泡加热,重复1-2次后捞出,并进行清洗干燥,待干燥后按照浴比1g:20-25ml放入温度为65-75℃的浸泡液中,浸泡35-45min,捞出清洗干燥,得到蚕茧丝A;
将另一份预处理蚕茧丝加入到浴比为1g:35-45ml的10-15wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液中,在室温下,超声震荡40-60s,过滤,清洗干燥,待干燥后按照浴比1g:20-25ml放入温度为70-80℃的浸泡液中,浸泡30-40min,捞出清洗干燥,得到蚕茧丝B;
将蚕茧丝A和蚕茧丝B分别编织成一模杯A和模杯B,并使热塑性聚合物形成网状的支撑层以埋入模杯A与模杯B之间,接着将模杯A、支撑层和模杯B层叠后进行热压,以构成内垫层,最后,再取外罩层放在内垫层一侧进行热压,最后将内垫层、支撑层和外罩层的外周边处进行冷压,以形成冷压封边带,即可制得蚕茧模杯。
作为优选,所述热压温度为140-180℃,热压压力为0.2-0.4MPa,热压时间为120-160s。
作为优选,所述冷压温度为-5-5℃,热压压力为0.2-0.4MPa,热压时间为60-80s。
作为优选,所述的内垫层位于模板B的一侧进行热压。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过采用了蚕茧丝作为内垫层的填充物,利用蚕茧丝的优异抗菌防霉性能、透气性能和生物性能,提示模杯佩戴的舒适感,并且经由蚕茧丝中的氨基酸与人体皮肤的接触,还能起到延缓和滋养皮肤,另外,基于纯蚕茧丝制成的模杯支撑性能不足的问题,还提出了网状的支撑层结构埋入至内垫层中的设计,并且结合由再生纤维面料织成的外罩层,加强其支撑性,避免模杯无法成型的问题,并且还提出了防滑带来对模杯的外周进行包围,在佩戴时,即使无钢圈限位卡紧,也能够达到较佳的防滑性能,避免模杯在佩戴时下滑;最后,还采用了特制的蚕茧丝制备工艺,使该蚕茧丝应用到模杯上能够达到最佳的性能效果。

所述外罩层3由再生纤维面料织成,所述冷压封边带4处包覆有由氨纶线与纱线混编而成的防滑带5,所述防滑带5的一面为光滑面、另一面为摩擦面,该防滑带5的摩擦面朝外设置,且光滑面与冷压封边带4缝接。

所述热压温度为140℃,热压压力为0.2MPa,热压时间为120s,所述冷压温度为-5℃,热压压力为0.2MPa,热压时间为60s,所述的内垫层位于模板B的一侧进行热压。
实施例2
参阅图1所示,一种蚕茧模杯,包括有内垫层1,及埋入于内垫层1中的支撑层2,及覆设于内垫层1外的外罩层3,及形成于内垫层1、支撑层2和外罩层3的外周边处的冷压封边带4,所述内垫层1、支撑层2和外罩层3采用热压定型呈模杯状,所述内垫层1和支撑层2采用蚕茧丝复合纤维热压成型,所述支撑层2在内垫层的夹层中形成网状结构。
所述外罩层3由再生纤维面料织成,所述冷压封边带4处包覆有由氨纶线与纱线混编而成的防滑带5,所述防滑带5的一面为光滑面、另一面为摩擦面,该防滑带5的摩擦面朝外设置,且光滑面与冷压封边带4缝接。
一种蚕茧丝复合纤维,采用以下材料制成:蚕茧丝,热塑性聚合物,脱胶剂和浸泡液,其中,蚕茧丝与热塑性聚合物的重量比为1:2,所述热塑性聚合物为聚丙烯共聚物或聚乙烯共聚物,蚕茧丝与脱胶剂的浴比为1g:45ml,所述脱胶剂为4wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液和15wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液,蚕茧丝与浸泡液的浴比为1g:25ml,所述浸泡液为6wt%琥珀辛酯磺酸钠、3wt%乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、10wt%聚乙二醇水溶液、3wt%水性聚氨酯、余量为水。
所述热塑性聚合物为热塑性弹性体,包括有聚丙烯和丁基橡胶的共混物,聚乙烯或聚丙烯和EPDM的共混物,所述的热塑性聚合物为可生物降解聚合物。
一种蚕茧模杯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取蚕茧丝浸入60℃的水中,浸泡5min后,对蚕茧丝进行蒸煮,蒸煮温度为100℃,蒸煮时间为5min,接着再次将蚕茧丝放入60℃的水中,浸泡2min,得到预处理蚕茧丝,并均分为两份;
将其中一份预处理蚕茧丝加入到浴比为1g:45ml的4wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液中,并进行加热,加热温度为100℃,每隔20min捞出蚕茧丝,并放入新的碳酸氢钠溶液中浸泡加热,重复2次后捞出,并进行清洗干燥,待干燥后按照浴比1g:25ml放入温度为75℃的浸泡液中,浸泡45min,捞出清洗干燥,得到蚕茧丝A;
将另一份预处理蚕茧丝加入到浴比为1g:45ml的15wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液中,在室温下,超声震荡60s,过滤,清洗干燥,待干燥后按照浴比1g:25ml放入温度为80℃的浸泡液中,浸泡40min,捞出清洗干燥,得到蚕茧丝B;
将蚕茧丝A和蚕茧丝B分别编织成一模杯A和模杯B,并使热塑性聚合物形成网状的支撑层以埋入模杯A与模杯B之间,接着将模杯A、支撑层和模杯B层叠后进行热压,以构成内垫层,最后,再取外罩层放在内垫层一侧进行热压,最后将内垫层、支撑层和外罩层的外周边处进行冷压,以形成冷压封边带,即可制得蚕茧模杯。
所述热压温度为180℃,热压压力为0.4MPa,热压时间为160s,所述冷压温度为5℃,热压压力为0.4MPa,热压时间为80s,所述的内垫层位于模板B的一侧进行热压。
实施例3
参阅图1所示,一种蚕茧模杯,包括有内垫层1,及埋入于内垫层1中的支撑层2,及覆设于内垫层1外的外罩层3,及形成于内垫层1、支撑层2和外罩层3的外周边处的冷压封边带4,所述内垫层1、支撑层2和外罩层3采用热压定型呈模杯状,所述内垫层1和支撑层2采用蚕茧丝复合纤维热压成型,所述支撑层2在内垫层的夹层中形成网状结构。
所述外罩层3由再生纤维面料织成,所述冷压封边带4处包覆有由氨纶线与纱线混编而成的防滑带5,所述防滑带5的一面为光滑面、另一面为摩擦面,该防滑带5的摩擦面朝外设置,且光滑面与冷压封边带4缝接。
一种蚕茧丝复合纤维,采用以下材料制成:蚕茧丝,热塑性聚合物,脱胶剂和浸泡液,其中,蚕茧丝与热塑性聚合物的重量比为1:1.5,所述热塑性聚合物为聚丙烯共聚物或聚乙烯共聚物,蚕茧丝与脱胶剂的浴比为1g:40ml,所述脱胶剂为3.5wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液和12.5wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液,蚕茧丝与浸泡液的浴比为1g:22ml,所述浸泡液为5wt%琥珀辛酯磺酸钠、2wt%乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、7.5wt%聚乙二醇水溶液、2wt%水性聚氨酯、余量为水。
所述热塑性聚合物为热塑性弹性体,包括有聚丙烯和丁基橡胶的共混物,聚乙烯或聚丙烯和EPDM的共混物,所述的热塑性聚合物为可生物降解聚合物。
一种蚕茧模杯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取蚕茧丝浸入55℃的水中,浸泡4min后,对蚕茧丝进行蒸煮,蒸煮温度为100℃,蒸煮时间为4min,接着再次将蚕茧丝放入55℃的水中,浸泡1.5min,得到预处理蚕茧丝,并均分为两份;
将其中一份预处理蚕茧丝加入到浴比为1g:40ml的3.5wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液中,并进行加热,加热温度为100℃,每隔15min捞出蚕茧丝,并放入新的碳酸氢钠溶液中浸泡加热,重复2次后捞出,并进行清洗干燥,待干燥后按照浴比1g:22ml放入温度为70℃的浸泡液中,浸泡40min,捞出清洗干燥,得到蚕茧丝A;
将另一份预处理蚕茧丝加入到浴比为1g:40ml的12.5wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液中,在室温下,超声震荡50s,过滤,清洗干燥,待干燥后按照浴比1g:22ml放入温度为75℃的浸泡液中,浸泡35min,捞出清洗干燥,得到蚕茧丝B;
将蚕茧丝A和蚕茧丝B分别编织成一模杯A和模杯B,并使热塑性聚合物形成网状的支撑层以埋入模杯A与模杯B之间,接着将模杯A、支撑层和模杯B层叠后进行热压,以构成内垫层,最后,再取外罩层放在内垫层一侧进行热压,最后将内垫层、支撑层和外罩层的外周边处进行冷压,以形成冷压封边带,即可制得蚕茧模杯。
所述热压温度为160℃,热压压力为0.3MPa,热压时间为140s,所述冷压温度为0℃,热压压力为0.3MPa,热压时间为70s,所述的内垫层位于模板B的一侧进行热压。
实验例
为证实本发明产品的主要性能是否达到设计要求,对本发明的样品(实施例1-3)与现有的硅胶模杯(对比例)进行检测,结果如下表1:

由上表1可知,本发明的样品(实施例1-3)其透气性和透水性相比于现有的硅胶模杯明显更为优异,并且重量极轻,佩戴舒适感较佳,并且与皮肤的贴合面采用了蚕茧丝的设计,利用了蚕丝中的丝氨酸来滋养皮肤,并且利用亲水侧边氨基酸有效的吸收皮肤表面的湿气,使模杯内保持干燥排汗,并且还具有防霉、抗菌等蚕丝的天然特性,其性能明显较佳。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过采用了蚕茧丝作为内垫层的填充物,利用蚕茧丝的优异抗菌防霉性能、透气性能和生物性能,提示模杯佩戴的舒适感,并且经由蚕茧丝中的氨基酸与人体皮肤的接触,还能起到延缓和滋养皮肤,另外,基于纯蚕茧丝制成的模杯支撑性能不足的问题,还提出了网状的支撑层结构埋入至内垫层中的设计,并且结合由再生纤维面料织成的外罩层,加强其支撑性,避免模杯无法成型的问题,并且还提出了防滑带来对模杯的外周进行包围,在佩戴时,即使无钢圈限位卡紧,也能够达到较佳的防滑性能,避免模杯在佩戴时下滑;最后,还采用了特制的蚕茧丝制备工艺,使该蚕茧丝应用到模杯上能够达到最佳的性能效果。

Claims (9)

1.一种蚕茧模杯,其特征在于:包括有内垫层,及埋入于内垫层中的支撑层,及覆设于内垫层外的外罩层,及形成于内垫层、支撑层和外罩层的外周边处的冷压封边带,所述内垫层、支撑层和外罩层采用热压定型呈模杯状,所述内垫层和支撑层采用蚕茧丝复合纤维热压成型,所述支撑层在内垫层的夹层中形成网状结构,该所述蚕茧丝复合纤维采用以下材料制成:蚕茧丝,热塑性聚合物,脱胶剂和浸泡液,其中,蚕茧丝与热塑性聚合物的重量比为1:1-2,所述热塑性聚合物为聚丙烯共聚物或聚乙烯共聚物,蚕茧丝与脱胶剂的浴比为1g:35-45ml,所述脱胶剂为3-4wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液和10-15wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液,蚕茧丝与浸泡液的浴比为1g:20-25ml,所述浸泡液为4-6wt%琥珀辛酯磺酸钠、1-3wt%乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、5-10wt%聚乙二醇水溶液、1-3wt%水性聚氨酯、余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蚕茧模杯,其特征在于:所述外罩层由再生纤维面料织成,所述冷压封边带处包覆有由氨纶线与纱线混编而成的防滑带。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蚕茧模杯,其特征在于:所述防滑带的一面为光滑面、另一面为摩擦面,该防滑带的摩擦面朝外设置,且光滑面与冷压封边带缝接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蚕茧模杯,其特征在于:所述热塑性聚合物为热塑性弹性体,包括有聚丙烯和丁基橡胶的共混物,聚乙烯或聚丙烯和EPDM的共混物。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的蚕茧模杯,其特征在于:所述的热塑性聚合物为可生物降解聚合物。
6.一种如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的蚕茧模杯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
取蚕茧丝浸入50-60℃的水中,浸泡3-5min后,对蚕茧丝进行蒸煮,蒸煮温度为100℃,蒸煮时间为3-5min,接着再次将蚕茧丝放入50-60℃的水中,浸泡1-2min,得到预处理蚕茧丝,并均分为两份;
将其中一份预处理蚕茧丝加入到浴比为1g:35-45ml的3-4wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液中,并进行加热,加热温度为100℃,每隔10-20min捞出蚕茧丝,并放入新的碳酸氢钠溶液中浸泡加热,重复1-2次后捞出,并进行清洗干燥,待干燥后按照浴比1g:20-25ml放入温度为65-75℃的浸泡液中,浸泡35-45min,捞出清洗干燥,得到蚕茧丝A;
将另一份预处理蚕茧丝加入到浴比为1g:35-45ml的10-15wt%的碳酸氢钠溶液中,在室温下,超声震荡40-60s,过滤,清洗干燥,待干燥后按照浴比1g:20-25ml放入温度为70-80℃的浸泡液中,浸泡30-40min,捞出清洗干燥,得到蚕茧丝B;
将蚕茧丝A和蚕茧丝B分别编织成一模杯A和模杯B,并使热塑性聚合物形成网状的支撑层以埋入模杯A与模杯B之间,接着将模杯A、支撑层和模杯B层叠后进行热压,以构成内垫层,最后,再取外罩层放在内垫层一侧进行热压,最后将内垫层、支撑层和外罩层的外周边处进行冷压,以形成冷压封边带,即可制得蚕茧模杯。
7.根据权利要求6所述的蚕茧模杯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述热压温度为140-180℃,热压压力为0.2-0.4MPa,热压时间为120-160s。
8.根据权利要求6所述的蚕茧模杯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述冷压温度为-5-5℃,热压压力为0.2-0.4MPa,热压时间为60-80s。
9.根据权利要求6所述的蚕茧模杯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的内垫层位于模板B的一侧进行热压。
