A third spring 16 fixedly connected with the center inside the bearing table 3 stably supports the hot pressing table 13, the part of the outer surface of the front end of the hot pressing table 13 close to the upper end protrudes outwards, the part of the outer surface of the front end of the hot pressing table 13 close to the lower end extrudes the support rod 21, the upper end of the support rod 21 is slidably connected with the front end of the second connecting rod 22, the rear end of the second connecting rod 22 is fixedly connected with a third fixing plate 23, wherein the third fixing plate 23 is in a trapezoidal shape, the lower surface of the third fixing plate 23 is smaller than the upper surface of the third fixing plate, the rear end of the third fixing plate 23 is slidably connected with the outer surface of the front end of the hot pressing table 13, the third spring 16, the hot pressing table 13, the support rod 21, the second connecting rod 22 and the third fixing plate 23 are mutually supported to form a stable structure, when the corrugated board moves to the upper end of the hot pressing table 13, the gravity of the corrugated board and the gravity of the hot pressing table 13 are just equal to the upward elastic force of the third spring 16, and the hot pressing table 13 maintains balance and stability, when the lower surface of the hot pressing plate 5 contacts with the upper surface of the corrugated board, the hot pressing plate 5 continues to move downwards, the pressure given by the hot pressing plate 5 is smaller than the maximum force borne by the corrugated board, the corrugated board and the hot pressing table 13 extrude the third spring 16 and the supporting rod 21, the downward force borne by the hot pressing table 13 is equal to the upward force borne by the third spring 16, at the moment, the upper surface of the hot pressing table 13 is just level with the lower surface of the third fixing plate 23, the supporting rod 21 drives the second connecting rod 22 and the third fixing plate 23 which are fixedly connected to each other to horizontally move backwards to push the corrugated board, the corrugated board moves backwards at the moment when the hot pressing plate 5 moves upwards to leave the hot pressing table 13, the corrugated board is located above the hot pressing table 13, and when the hot pressing plate 5 is used for thermally adhering the corrugated board, the third fixing plate 23 automatically pushes the corrugated board out, and the efficiency is improved.
The rear end of the lower surface of the corrugated cardboard contacts with the outer surface of the conveyor belt 14 moving around the second rotating shaft 18 at a right angle, and the conveyor belt 14 drives the corrugated cardboard to move backward, so that the part of the corrugated cardboard pushed out by the third fixing plate 23 can better contact with the conveyor belt 14, and the situation that the pushing-out part is too short to drive the corrugated cardboard to move backward and output is prevented.
When the lower end of the cylinder 2 moves upwards, the first connecting rods 6 fixedly connected with the left side and the right side are driven to move upwards, the first connecting rods 6 drive the sleeved bidirectional threaded rods 7 to rotate outwards when moving upwards, the bidirectional threaded rods 7 drive the gear rods 8 engaged with each other to move outwards when rotating outwards, the gear rods 8 drive the first fixing plates 9 to horizontally slide outwards on the bearing table 3 when moving outwards, when the first fixing plates 9 drive the first rotating shafts 12 to slide outwards on the bearing table 3, the first springs 11 push the cleaning plates 10 to move inwards, the outer ends of the cleaning plates 10 are tightly attached to the corrugated board to be close to each other, the angle between the two cleaning plates 10 is slowly restored to 10 degrees from 180 degrees, so that one ends of the two cleaning plates 10, far away from the first rotating shafts 12, slide with the corrugated board to be slowly restored to the initial state, and simultaneously, the upper end of the outer surface of the front end of the hot pressing table 13 upwards presses the rear end of the third fixing plate 23, the hot press table 13 is slowly restored.
