Working process and principle of resin plate cleaning machine
Firstly, manually stacking resin plates to be cleaned on a material storage rack 11 in sequence;
secondly, pushing the resin plate positioned at the lowest position in the material storage rack 11 to the material conveying line 3 for conveying through the material loading transfer component 2;
conveying the resin plate into a cleaning station 4 through a pressing roller 413 in the first pressing assembly 41, driving the resin plate through a spraying cylinder 71, so that an upper spraying piece 72 and a lower spraying piece 72 are respectively pressed on the dust-free paper on the upper surface and the lower surface of the resin plate, and simultaneously spraying a cleaning agent through the spraying pieces 72 to wet the dust-free paper and the upper surface and the lower surface of the resin plate;
fourthly, conveying the resin plate away from the cleaning station 4 by a pressing roller 413 in the second pressing assembly 42, and simultaneously moving the dust-free paper on the upper surface and the lower surface in the opposite direction of the conveying of the resin plate to wipe the resin plate for cleaning;
fifthly, the resin plate enters a blanking conveying roller 92 of the blanking conveying line 9, and the resin plate is positioned on the side through a positioning assembly 94, so that blanking is completed.

1. A resin board cleaning machine characterized by comprising:
feed mechanism, feed mechanism includes: the resin plate feeding and transferring device comprises a material storage assembly, a material loading and transferring assembly and a material loading conveying line, wherein the material storage assembly is used for storing resin plates;
the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning station, an upper roller assembly, a lower roller assembly, an upper spraying assembly and a lower spraying assembly, wherein the resin plate enters the cleaning station from a feeding conveying line, the upper roller assembly is used for providing an upper wiping material moving along the upper surface of the resin plate, the upper spraying assembly is used for spraying a cleaning agent to the upper wiping material, the lower roller assembly is used for providing a lower wiping material moving along the lower surface of the resin plate, and the lower spraying assembly is used for spraying the cleaning agent to the lower wiping material;
and the blanking mechanism comprises a blanking conveying line, and the resin plate cleared by the cleaning mechanism enters the blanking conveying line from a cleaning station.

The resin plate cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the stock assembly comprises a stock rack on which resin plates are sequentially stacked from bottom to top, the stock rack is provided with a blocking member that restricts the resin plates from horizontally moving along the stock rack, the blocking member comprises a discharge chute, and the feeding transfer assembly comprises: the resin plate pushing device comprises a feeding driving piece and a pushing piece, wherein the pushing piece comprises a transition inclined plane, a first bearing surface connected with the transition inclined plane, a pushing surface vertical to the first bearing surface and a second bearing surface vertical to the pushing surface, the first bearing surface is used for bearing a resin plate located at the lowest position in the storage rack, and the pushing piece is driven by the feeding driving piece and pushes the resin plate located at the lowest position in the storage rack out of a discharging groove to a feeding conveying line through the pushing surface.
3. The resin board cleaning machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the feeding driving member includes a feeding cylinder, a feeding guide rail, and a slider, and the pushing member is driven by the feeding cylinder and slidably connected to the feeding guide rail through the slider.

The resin board cleaning machine according to claim 2, wherein the feed conveyor line includes: the feeding conveying device comprises a feeding conveying frame, feeding conveying rollers and a feeding motor, wherein the feeding conveying rollers are provided with chain wheels, the feeding conveying frames are horizontally distributed on the feeding conveying rollers, and the feeding conveying rollers are connected through chains and driven by the feeding motor to transmit.

The resin plate cleaning machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein a side end of the feeding conveyor is provided with a notch and a mounting groove for the pushing member to pass through, a guiding member is mounted in the mounting groove, the guiding member comprises a guiding seat and a guiding block connected to the guiding seat, the guiding block comprises a block structure and a ramp structure, the block structure comprises a guiding plane, the ramp structure comprises a guiding inclined plane and a blocking plane, the guiding inclined plane is horizontally upward along the guiding plane, the blocking plane faces one side of the feeding conveyor, the block structure is rotatably connected to the guiding seat, and the bottom end of the ramp structure is connected to the guiding seat through an elastic member.

The resin board cleaning machine according to claim 1, wherein the upper roller assembly and the lower roller assembly are respectively disposed at upper and lower sides of the cleaning station, and each of the upper roller assembly and the lower roller assembly comprises: unreel motor, through unreeling motor drive and pivoted dustless paper unreel cylinder, rolling motor, through rolling motor drive and pivoted dustless paper rolling cylinder, bearing roller subassembly, the longitudinal both sides of bearing roller subassembly are located respectively to dustless paper unreel cylinder and dustless paper rolling cylinder, dustless paper unreels the cylinder and still is equipped with the detection subassembly that is used for detecting the dustless paper surplus.

The resin plate cleaning machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the upper and lower spray assemblies each comprise a spray cylinder, a spray member driven to be lifted by the spray cylinder, the spray member is used for spraying the cleaning agent, and a cleaning agent groove for collecting the cleaning agent is formed in the outer side of the spray member in the lower spray assembly.

The resin board cleaning machine according to claim 4, wherein the blanking transfer line includes: the blanking conveying device comprises a blanking conveying frame, blanking conveying rollers and a blanking motor, wherein the blanking conveying rollers are provided with chain wheels, a plurality of blanking conveying rollers are horizontally arranged on the blanking conveying frame, and the plurality of blanking conveying rollers are connected through chains and driven by the blanking motor to transmit.

The resin plate cleaning machine according to claim 8, wherein a first pressing assembly and a second pressing assembly are respectively arranged on two sides of the cleaning station, each of the first pressing assembly and the second pressing assembly comprises a pressing support, a pressing cylinder arranged on the pressing support, and a pressing roller driven by the pressing cylinder to ascend and descend, the pressing roller in the first pressing assembly is arranged right above the last feeding conveying roller in the resin plate conveying direction in the plurality of feeding conveying rollers, and the pressing roller in the second pressing assembly is arranged right above the first feeding conveying roller in the resin plate conveying direction in the plurality of discharging conveying rollers.
10. The resin board cleaning machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein a positioning assembly is provided at one side of the blanking conveyor, and the positioning assembly includes a positioning cylinder and a positioning block connected to an output end of the positioning cylinder.
