Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention provides a technical solution: a water spray structure of a cleaning apparatus, comprising:
the cleaning device comprises a water spraying mechanism 1, wherein the water spraying mechanism 1 is detachably connected below a cleaning cover plate 5, as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning cover plate 5 covers the water spraying mechanism 1 and the outer side of a cleaning component 6, a scraper 7 used for scraping stains on the cleaning component 6 is arranged at the lower side of the water spraying mechanism 1, the scraper 7 is attached to the surface of the cleaning component 6, the stains on the surface of the cleaning component 6 are scraped along with the rotation of the cleaning component 6, and the water spraying mechanism 1 comprises a cover plate 3 and a bottom plate 4 positioned at the lower part of the cover plate 3;
a flow channel 8 is formed in the lower surface of the cover plate 3, a water tank 9 is formed by the inner concave of the upper surface of the bottom plate 4, spray heads 10 for washing the cleaning component 6 are transversely arranged in the water tank 9 at equal intervals, a water tank opening communicated with the tail end of the flow channel 8 is formed in the middle of the water tank 9, and the initial end of the flow channel 8 is connected with a water supply device;
the flow channel 8 is provided in a bent shape as shown in fig. 3.
The water supply equipment comprises a water pump 2 and a water outlet pipe, wherein a water outlet of the water pump 2 is communicated with the initial end of the flow channel 8 through the water outlet pipe, and a sealing ring is arranged at the connection part of the initial end of the flow channel 8 and the water outlet pipe;
the structure of the nozzle 10 is in an inverted bell mouth shape;
the cover plate 3 and the bottom plate 4 are combined in a sealing mode, a pressure maintaining chamber is formed inside the pressure maintaining chamber, the water pressure in the pressure maintaining chamber is larger than the surface tension of the reclaimed water of the spray head 10, and the spray head 10 sprays dense columnar cleaning liquid to the outside.
In the operation process of the cleaning equipment, the water inlet pipe of the water pump 2 is connected with the clean water tank, and the water outlet end of the water pump 2 is connected with the initial end of the flow channel 8 of the water spraying mechanism 1 through the water outlet pipe.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the depth of the water tank 9 in the longitudinal direction is set to 2.5 mm.
The water tank 9 is provided with 30 nozzles 10 arranged at intervals in the transverse direction. The aperture of the water outlet of the spray head 10 is 0.5 mm. And the distance between the axes of adjacent spray heads 10 is 7 mm.
Example two:
the depth of the water tank 9 in the longitudinal direction was set to 3 mm.
20 spray heads 10 are arranged in the water tank 9 at intervals in the transverse direction. The aperture of the water outlet of the spray head 10 is 0.54 mm. And the distance between the axes of adjacent spray heads 10 is 7 mm.
In the case where the water tank port was confirmed to be at the center, a control group was set as in the above example:
when the pressure of the water pump 2 is fixed, 16 spray heads 10 are arranged, the aperture of each spray head 10 is set to be 0.8 mm, and the adjacent spray heads 10 are arranged at intervals of 12 mm.
Through comparative analysis, the control group begins to have dirt on the surface of the roller brush in the continuous cleaning process of 5 square meters until the self-cleaning capacity of 10 square meters begins to decline, and the roller brush has dirt which is difficult to clean.
In the two embodiments of the scheme, no or few dirt appears in the continuous cleaning process of 5 square meters until the dirt begins to appear in the cleaning process of 10 square meters, and a certain self-cleaning capability is still kept.
The combination of this scheme has effectually promoted cleaning device and in the operation in-process that lasts certain clean ground, keeps lasting automatically cleaning ability, improves the effect of clean efficiency.
The working principle is as follows: in the operation process of the cleaning equipment, the water inlet pipe of the water pump 2 is connected with the clean water tank, the water outlet end of the water pump 2 is connected with the water inlet end (namely the initial end of the flow channel 8) of the water spraying mechanism 1 through the water outlet pipe, and the joint of the water inlet end and the water spraying mechanism 1 is provided with a sealing ring, so that the sealing property of the water spraying mechanism 1 is ensured. The water spraying mechanism 1 is locked on the cleaning cover plate 5 by a plurality of metal screws. A scraper 7 for scraping off the dirt on the cleaning member 6 is provided below the water spray mechanism 1. The front end of the scraper 7 is provided with a rolling brush of the cleaning component 6, and the scraper 7 and the rolling brush are in interference fit so as to scrape dirt and liquid on the surface of the rolling brush. The combination of the scraper 7 with the cleaning cover 5 and the roller brush forms a certain sealed space inside.
When cleaning liquid in the clean water tank is injected into the water spraying mechanism 1 by the pressure of the water pump 2, the cleaning liquid is deflected to the center of the water tank 9 in the flow channel 8 inside the pressure maintaining chamber formed by the sealing combination of the cover plate 3 and the bottom plate 4. Flows into the water tank 9 from the center of the water tank 9 to two sides in sequence and is sprayed out by the spray head 10.
Because the water pressure in the pressure maintaining chamber can be maintained in a certain range, and the reasonable arrangement and matching of the space, the shape and the aperture among the spray heads 10 can ensure that the spray heads can continuously spray relatively dense cleaning liquid to the outside under the internal pressure. The cleaning liquid which is uniformly sprayed out is matched with the scraper 7 arranged below the water spraying mechanism 1 to effectively scrape off the stains on the rolling roller brush.
The surface of the roll brush is kept clean with the maximum number of the spray heads 10 and the maximum contact area of the sprayed liquid with the roll brush while ensuring that the water pressure is not reduced. Thereby maintaining the continuous self-cleaning capability and achieving the effect of improving the efficiency.
