The floor brush 100 and the cleaning apparatus 200 having the floor brush 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-9, a cleaning apparatus 200 according to embodiments of the present invention may include a floor brush 100, and in some embodiments, the cleaning apparatus 200 may be a floor scrubber for scrubbing sewage, dirt, etc. from a floor surface waiting to be cleaned. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning apparatus 200 may further include a main body 210 and a handle 203. The main body 210 may be provided therein with a reservoir 202, a recovery tank 201, a trapway 211, and a vacuum mechanism. Wherein, handle 203 links to each other with the main body 210, and the main body 210 can link to each other with scrubbing brush 100 through rotating, and the main body 210 can rotate scrubbing brush 100 relatively promptly, from this, handle 203, the main body 210 can be connected into a whole with scrubbing brush 100, and then in the use, the user can hold handle 203 and control main body 210 and scrubbing brush 100, and can adjust the angle of the main body 210 for scrubbing brush 100, and the nimble posture of wasing of adjusting promotes user's use and experiences.
Further, the floor brush 100 has a suction port 2020, and one end of the soil exhaust passage 211 communicates with the recovery tank 201 and the other end communicates with the suction port 2020. When the vacuum pumping mechanism in the cleaning device 200 works, negative pressure is formed in the sewage channel 211, and sewage, dirt and the like on the ground can be sucked by the suction port 2020 and stored in the recycling box 201 through the sewage channel 211 under the action of the negative pressure, so that the effect of cleaning the ground is realized.
Moreover, the liquid storage tank 202 in the main body 210 can be connected to the liquid spraying mechanism 10 of the floor brush 100 through a supply pipeline, and the liquid storage tank 202 can be washing liquid, clean water or a mixture of clean water and washing liquid. During use, the liquid in the liquid storage tank 202 can flow to the liquid spraying mechanism 10 through the supply pipeline and wet the cleaning members 20, so that the cleaning members 20 can more easily clean sewage or dirt on the floor, and better cleaning effect can be achieved.
In some specific embodiments, can set up the water pump in the supply line, can effectively increase the liquid velocity of flow in the supply line through the water pump, the flow increase of liquid in the same time, the wetting effect of cleaning member 20 is better promptly, is favorable to promoting cleaning device 200's cleaning effect, promotes user's use and experiences.
Referring to fig. 2 to 9, a floor brush 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: mount 30, cleaning member 20, and liquid ejection mechanism 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the cleaning member 20 may be mounted to the mounting base 30, the cleaning member 20 may be a roller brush, the cleaning member 20 may be rotatable with respect to the mounting base 30, and the mounting base 30 may provide a stable working environment for the cleaning member 20. Moreover, the cleaning member 20 can be a cylinder, which can achieve good cleaning effect, and the cylindrical cleaning member 20 can effectively reduce the space resource occupation of the floor brush 100. During operation, the cleaning members 20 can be driven to rotate at a high speed, and dirt remaining on the surface of the floor or the like can be cleaned by the rotation of the cleaning members 20. For example, in embodiments where the cleaning apparatus 200 includes the main body 210, dirt swept by the cleaning elements 20 may be drawn into the recovery tank 201 by the vacuum mechanism to achieve a cleaning effect.
To achieve better cleaning, the cleaning elements 20 can be wetted during the cleaning operation of the cleaning elements 20 to more easily sweep away fluids or dirt from the floor surface, such as certain viscous condiments. In some related technologies, the water spray opening of the liquid spraying mechanism is located at the rear part of the rolling brush, close to the middle, and is opposite to the cleaning member, and sprays water in a dot shape, on one hand, some dirt is easy to gather at the position after long-time use, which may cause the water spray opening to be blocked by dirt, and on the other hand, the sprayed water cannot uniformly wet the rolling brush, thereby affecting the cleaning effect and the use experience of a user.
In the present application, the liquid spraying mechanism 10 is installed on the mounting base 30 and is provided with at least one liquid outlet 111, that is, there may be a plurality of liquid outlets 111, which may effectively increase the flow rate of the sprayed liquid. The liquid outlet 111 can be used to deliver liquid to the cleaning member 20 to wet the cleaning member 20 and improve the cleaning effect of the floor brush 100. It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present invention does not specially limit the shape of the liquid outlet 111, for example, the liquid outlet 111 may be a strip-shaped opening, a cylindrical opening, or the like. In some embodiments, at least one of the liquid outlets 111 is a strip-shaped opening, and by providing the liquid outlets 111 as strip-shaped openings, a waterfall type water spray can be formed to achieve more uniform wetting of the cleaning members 20.
In addition, in the height direction of the floor brush 100 (the up-down direction shown in fig. 1), at least one liquid outlet 111 may be located between the central axis of the cleaning member 20 and the top end of the cleaning member 20, and further, at least one liquid outlet 111 is disposed near the top end of the liquid spraying mechanism 10, that is, the setting height of the liquid outlet 111 may be flexibly set according to actual requirements, so that, on one hand, the liquid flowing into the liquid spraying mechanism 10 may obtain a certain potential energy by using the height of the liquid spraying mechanism 10 itself, which is more beneficial to forming waterfall type water spraying when the liquid flows out of the liquid outlet 111, so as to achieve a good wetting effect, and further, the cleaning effect of the floor brush 100 is good. On the other hand, liquid outlet 111 can not be just to cleaning member 20, can effectively avoid cleaning member 20 directly get rid of business turn over liquid mouth 111 at filth etc. avoids liquid outlet 111 to take place to block up, avoids influencing the clean efficiency of scrubbing brush 100.
In the working process, because at least one liquid outlet 111 is arranged close to the top end of the liquid spraying mechanism 10, the distance between the liquid outlet 111 and the central axis of the cleaning part 20 in the height direction of the floor brush 100 is large, the number of the liquid outlets 111 can be reasonably set, for example, the liquid outlets 111 are distributed densely, and the liquid sprayed out from the liquid outlets 111 can be collected into waterfall type water flow, so that the cleaning part 20 can be wetted more uniformly, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning device 200 is improved.
For example, in the embodiment where the liquid spraying mechanism 10 is provided with a plurality of liquid outlets 111, some of the liquid outlets 111 are opposite to the cleaning member 20, and the remaining liquid outlets 111 are disposed near the top end of the liquid spraying mechanism 10, even if the liquid outlets 111 opposite to the cleaning member 20 are blocked, the remaining liquid outlets 111 can wet the cleaning member 20, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the floor brush 100.
It should be noted that, in the height direction of the floor brush 100, if the liquid outlet 111 is located below the central line of the cleaning member 20, it is not favorable for the liquid sprayed from the liquid outlet 111 to wet the cleaning member 20; if the liquid outlet 111 is located above the top end of the cleaning member 20, the thickness of the floor brush 100 is increased, the cost of processing is increased, and there may occur a case where the liquid cannot be sprayed to the cleaning member 20. And in the height direction of the floor brush 100, the liquid outlet 111 is arranged close to the top end of the liquid spraying mechanism 10, so that the waterfall type water spraying and wetting cleaning piece 20 can be formed, and meanwhile, the distance between the liquid outlet 111 and the axis of the cleaning piece 20 in the height direction of the floor brush 100 can be reasonably arranged, the volume of the floor brush 100 is reduced, and the occupation of space resources of the floor brush 100 is reduced.
Compared with some related technologies, by disposing the liquid outlet 111 close to the top end of the liquid spraying mechanism 10 in the height direction of the floor brush 100, on one hand, by reasonably disposing the height of the liquid outlet 111 from the central axis of the cleaning member 20 in the height direction of the floor brush 100, the range of radiation of the liquid ejected from the liquid outlet 111 can be increased, and the volume of the floor brush 100 can be reduced. On the other hand, avoid liquid outlet 111 just to cleaning member 20, and then can avoid cleaning member 20 to block up liquid outlet 111 at the filth that cleaning member thrown away in-process, avoid the filth to gather in liquid outlet 111 department, be favorable to promoting scrubbing brush 100's clean efficiency.
According to the utility model discloses scrubbing brush 100 is through setting up at least one liquid outlet 111 to in scrubbing brush 100 direction of height, liquid outlet 111 is close to the top setting of hydrojet mechanism 10, and liquid (for example rivers) in the hydrojet mechanism 10 flow through liquid outlet 111 and can form the moist cleaning member 20 of distributing type waterfall water spray, can increase the area of contact of liquid and cleaning member 20 on the one hand, and liquid and cleaning member 20 fully contact realize moistening cleaning member 20 more evenly, promote cleaning performance. On the other hand avoids liquid outlet 111 just to cleaning member 20, avoids liquid outlet 111 to take place to block up after long-time the use, avoids influencing clear efficiency, has greatly promoted user's use and has experienced.
It should be noted that the number of the cleaning members 20 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-3, two cleaning members 20 can be mounted on the mounting base 30, and the two cleaning members 20 are disposed opposite to each other in the width direction (i.e., the front-back direction shown in fig. 1) of the mounting base 30, so as to improve the cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency of the floor brush 100. Also, two liquid spraying mechanisms 10 may be correspondingly disposed on the mounting base 30 to wet the two cleaning members 20, respectively.
In the embodiment where two cleaning members 20 are mounted on the mounting base 30, the two cleaning members 20 can be rotated forward and backward by a motor. For example, after the floor brush 100 is used for a long time, dirt is easily accumulated under the liquid spraying mechanism 10, and the liquid spraying mechanism 10 can be cleaned by the water flow and the cleaning member 20 through the reverse rotation of the motor, so that the dirt is prevented from adhering to the liquid spraying mechanism 10, and the liquid spraying mechanism 10 is cleaned.
In addition, the liquid spraying mechanism 10 may be formed integrally or may be a separate piece, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the liquid ejection mechanism 10 is a separate piece, and the liquid ejection mechanism 10 may include a first body 115, a second body 116, and a third body 117. The third flow channel 1196 is formed on the inner surface of the third body 117, and extends in the left-right direction shown in fig. 1, the third flow channel 1196 is communicated with the liquid inlet 113, and the third flow channel 1196 can guide the liquid entering from the liquid inlet 113 to two sides of the liquid inlet 113, so that the liquid can quickly fill the inside of the liquid spraying body 11. A plurality of second flow passages 1195 are arranged at intervals on the first body 115, and the plurality of second flow passages 1195 and the third flow passages 1196 form the liquid flow passage 114 together. Optionally, a first flow passage 1194 is disposed on the second body 116, and the first flow passage 1194 communicates with the liquid flow passage 114 and the liquid outlet 111 to guide the liquid in the liquid flow passage 114 to the liquid outlet 111.
In a specific operation, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the liquid can flow from the liquid inlet 113 into the liquid channel 114 and then flow out from the liquid outlet 111 via the first flow passage 1194 to wet the cleaning member 20. In embodiments where the cleaning apparatus 200 includes a tank 202, liquid flowing into the inlet 113 may flow out of the tank 202.

And a suction port 2020 can be formed between the scrubbing brush bar 80, the cleaning member 20 and the floor, the mounting socket 30 defines a suction channel 31, the suction channel 31 communicates the suction port 2020 and the trapway 211, and thus dirt scooped up by the scrubbing brush bar 80 can be quickly sucked into the trapway 211 through the suction port 2020 and the suction channel 31, thereby achieving a cleaning effect.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the floor brush 100 may further include a liquid scraping member 40, the liquid scraping member 40 is disposed on the mounting seat 30 and located below the liquid spraying body 11, the liquid scraping member 40 extends toward the cleaning member 20 in a step shape in a height direction of the floor brush 100, an end portion of the liquid scraping member 40 close to the cleaning member 20 abuts against or is in interference fit with an outer surface of the cleaning member 20, the liquid scraping member 40 collides against the roller brush to extrude sewage on the cleaning member 20 for suction, so as to facilitate improvement of a sewage recovery effect, avoid residual water on the ground, and improve a cleaning effect.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, the floor brush 100 may also include two spray members 70. Specifically, the suction channel 31 is located between the scrubbing strip 80 and the liquid scraping member 40, the two liquid spraying members 70 are respectively located at two ends of the suction channel 31, and the liquid spraying members 70 can spray liquid to clean the suction channel 31. On the one hand, dirt is prevented from adhering to the suction channel 31, which causes clogging for a long time. On the other hand, the peculiar smell generated by the dirt and the like attached to the suction channel 31 for a long time can be effectively avoided, and the influence on the use experience of the user is avoided.
Since the floor brush 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above-mentioned beneficial technical effects, according to the present invention, the cleaning apparatus 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention, by providing at least one liquid outlet 111, and in the height direction of the floor brush 100, the liquid outlet 111 is close to the top end of the liquid spraying mechanism 10, the liquid (such as water flow) in the liquid spraying mechanism 10 flowing through the liquid outlet 111 can form the waterfall type water spraying wetting cleaning member 20, on one hand, the contact area between the liquid and the cleaning member 20 can be increased, the liquid and the cleaning member 20 are fully contacted, the cleaning member 20 can be wetted more uniformly, and the cleaning effect is improved. On the other hand avoids liquid outlet 111 just to cleaning member 20, avoids liquid outlet 111 to take place to block up after long-time the use, avoids influencing clear efficiency, has greatly promoted user's use and has experienced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, at least one liquid outlet 111 is a strip-shaped hole, which can effectively increase the length of the coverage area of the liquid sprayed by the liquid outlet 111 on the cleaning member 20, so as to wet the cleaning member 20 more quickly, improve the user experience, and achieve more uniform wetting of the cleaning member 20, avoid uneven wetting caused by dotted spraying or the phenomenon that the cleaning member 20 cannot be wetted completely in the related art, and avoid affecting the cleaning effect of the floor brush 100. In the embodiment that the first body 115 and the second body 116 cooperate to define the liquid outlet 111, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the top wall of the first body 115 is the top end of the liquid spraying mechanism 10, the liquid outlet 111 is formed at the upper end of the second body 116, the upper end of the liquid outlet 111 is open, the top wall of the first body 115 shields the upper end of the liquid outlet 111, so that the liquid outlet 111 can be conveniently processed on the liquid spraying mechanism 10, the processing difficulty is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, there may be a plurality of liquid outlets 111, and the plurality of liquid outlets 111 may effectively increase the flow rate of the liquid sprayed by the liquid spraying mechanism 10. Furthermore, the plurality of liquid outlets 111 are all configured as strip-shaped openings, the plurality of liquid outlets 111 can be spaced along the axial direction of the cleaning member 20, and further, the plurality of liquid outlets 111 are sequentially spaced along the axial direction of the cleaning member 20, so that waterfall type water spraying can be formed, and meanwhile, the radiation range of the liquid sprayed by the liquid outlets 111 can be effectively increased, so that the liquid spraying mechanism 10 can more quickly wet the cleaning member 20, the effect of wetting the cleaning member 20 is more uniform, and the cleaning effect which can be realized is better.
In some embodiments, at least two exit orifices 111 of the plurality of exit orifices 111 may have a cylindrical port (not shown) therebetween, which is also used to spray liquid onto the cleaning element 20. Specifically, since the plurality of liquid outlets 111 are arranged at the same height, the cleaning member 20 can be wetted by the liquid sprayed from the plurality of liquid outlets 111 along the axial direction of the cleaning member 20, and the wetting effect can be more uniform. For example, in some embodiments, the plurality of liquid outlets 111 are all long openings, each long opening can realize waterfall type water spraying, and the height of the long openings is the same, so that the wetting effect of the cleaning member 20 is more uniform in the axial direction of the cleaning member 20, and the achieved wetting effect is better.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, in order to achieve a better wetting effect, the liquid outlet 111 of the liquid spraying mechanism 10 is provided as one, the liquid outlet 111 is a strip-shaped opening, and the liquid outlet 111 extends along the axial direction of the cleaning member 20, so that when a plurality of liquid outlets 111 are provided, it can be avoided that a plurality of cleaning members 20 are spaced apart from each other so that a part of the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning member 20 cannot face the liquid outlet 111. For example, the liquid outlet 111 may extend from one end to the other end of the liquid spraying mechanism 10, whereby each part of the cleaning member 20 can be wetted by the liquid sprayed from the liquid spraying mechanism 10 in the axial direction of the cleaning member 20, and by rotating the cleaning member 20, the entire cleaning member 20 can be wetted without dead corners, the flow rate of the liquid sprayed from the liquid outlet 111 can be increased while the liquid sprayed from the liquid outlet 111 is in sufficient contact with the cleaning member 20, and the wetting effect can be more uniform.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cleaning member 20 and the liquid spraying mechanism 10 can be arranged adjacently, and the cleaning member 20 and the liquid spraying mechanism 10 are arranged at a distance, so that the cleaning member 20 can be wetted more quickly by the liquid sprayed from the liquid outlet 111, while the overall structure of the floor brush 100 can be made compact. On the other hand, the cleaning member 20 is spaced from the liquid spraying mechanism 10 by a certain distance, so that the liquid outlet 111 has a reasonable height relative to the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning member 20, thereby being more beneficial to realizing waterfall type water spraying of the liquid outlet 111, and enabling the wetting effect of the cleaning member 20 to be more uniform. Meanwhile, the cleaning member 20 can throw liquid out of the cleaning member 20 to realize a self-cleaning function on the liquid spraying mechanism 10 through the distance between the cleaning member 20 and the liquid spraying mechanism 10 in the rotating process, which is beneficial to avoiding the liquid outlet 111 from being blocked and is beneficial to improving the cleaning efficiency of the floor brush 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the liquid spraying mechanism 10 may include a liquid spraying body 11, the liquid outlet 111 is provided in the liquid spraying body 11, and, in some embodiments, the liquid spraying body 11 may be composed of a first body 115, a second body 116, and a third body 117. As shown in fig. 8, a liquid flow path 114 may be disposed in the liquid ejecting body 11, and one end of the liquid flow path 114 is connected to the liquid outlet 111 for delivering the liquid to the liquid outlet 111 for ejection. The outer surface of the liquid spraying body 11 may be formed with an arc surface 112 corresponding to the cleaning member 20, the arc surface 112 may match with the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning member 20, and the liquid outlet 111 delivers the liquid to the cleaning member 20 through the arc surface 112. Thus, during the rotation of the cleaning member 20, the liquid on the cleaning member 20 can be thrown out to the outer surface of the liquid ejecting body 11 by the centrifugal force. Because the outer surface is the arc surface 112, the liquid can smoothly flow along the outer surface to take away the dirt on the liquid spraying body 11, and further the cleaning effect of the outer surface of the liquid spraying body 11 is realized. In other words, the floor brush 100 has the self-cleaning function of the liquid spraying mechanism 10, and does not need to be cleaned manually by the liquid spraying mechanism 10, thereby greatly improving the user experience.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the liquid spraying body 11 may be provided with a liquid inlet 113, and a plurality of first flow passages 1194 are formed in the liquid spraying body 11, the first flow passages 1194 may communicate with the liquid inlet 113 and the liquid outlet 111, and the liquid may flow from the liquid inlet 113 to the liquid outlet 111 through the first flow passages 1194, so as to achieve the wetting effect of the cleaning member 20. It should be noted that the first flow passage 1194 may directly communicate with the liquid inlet 113 and the liquid outlet 111, or indirectly communicate with the liquid inlet 113 and the liquid outlet 111, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited in particular.
Also, the plurality of first flow passages 1194 are spaced in the axial direction of the cleaning member 20, whereby the range covered by the liquid ejected from the liquid outlet 111 is wider, and the cleaning member 20 can be wetted more uniformly. In addition, each liquid outlet 111 communicates with at least one first flow passage 1194, that is, each liquid outlet 111 may communicate with the first flow passage 1194, or may communicate with a plurality of first flow passages 1194. In some embodiments, each of the liquid outlets 111 is communicated with a plurality of first flow passages 1194, so that the liquid supply amount of the liquid outlets 111 can be more sufficient, the liquid can be sufficiently contacted with the cleaning member 20, and the wetting effect is good.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, a liquid channel 114 may be formed in the liquid ejecting body 11, and the liquid channel 114 communicates the liquid inlet 113 and the first channel 1194. During operation, liquid flows from the liquid inlet 113 to the liquid channel 114 and then flows through the first flow channel 1194 to the liquid outlet 111. Therefore, the liquid channel 114 can form a buffer channel between the liquid inlet 113 and the liquid outlet 111, so as to achieve a confluence effect, and further improve the uniformity and the stability of liquid discharged from the liquid outlet 111.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, cleaning elements 20 are parallel to spray mechanism 10, which can provide more uniform wetting of cleaning elements 20. In the embodiment that the liquid spraying mechanism 10 includes the liquid spraying body 11, since the cleaning member 20 is parallel to the liquid spraying mechanism 10, that is, the distance between the outer surface of the liquid spraying mechanism 10 and the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning member 20 is the same, and the liquid outlet 111 is disposed in the liquid spraying body 11, and further, the distance between the liquid outlet 111 and the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning member 20 is the same, which is beneficial to spraying the cleaning member 20 with the liquid in the liquid outlet 111 flowing at the same distance, and the wetting effect can be more uniform. In addition, the cleaning element 20 is disposed parallel to the liquid spraying mechanism 10, so as to effectively reduce the volume of the floor brush 100, and avoid position interference with other structures in the floor brush 100, so that the structural design of the floor brush 100 is more reasonable.
