Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the utility model and are not to be construed as limiting the utility model.
A cleaning head 100 and a cleaning apparatus having the same according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a cleaning head 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 1 and a roll brush assembly 2, the roll brush assembly 2 including a first roll brush 21 and a second roll brush 22, a first roll brush chamber 17 provided at a front portion of the housing 1, and a second roll brush chamber 18 provided at a rear portion of the housing. The first rolling brush 21 is provided in the first rolling brush chamber 17, and the second rolling brush 22 is provided in the second rolling brush chamber 18. A main suction passage 11, a first flow passage 12 and a second flow passage 13 are provided in the housing 1, and a lower end of the main suction passage 11 constitutes a main suction port 111.
Specifically, the first rolling brush 21 is provided at the front of the casing 1, the second rolling brush 22 is provided at the rear of the casing 1, and the main suction opening 111 is provided on the bottom surface of the casing 1. The first flow path 12 is located in front of the second flow path 13, and a first port (e.g., a front port, a right port, of the first flow path 12 in fig. 3) of the first flow path 12 communicates with the first brush chamber 17, and a second port (e.g., a rear port, a left port, of the first flow path 12 in fig. 3) of the first flow path 12 communicates with the main suction opening 111. A first port (e.g., a rear port, a left port, of the second flow path 13 in fig. 3) of the second flow path 13 communicates with the second brush chamber 18, a second port (e.g., a front port, a right port, of the second flow path 13 in fig. 3) of the second flow path 13 communicates with the main suction port 111, and an area of the second port of the first flow path 12 is larger than an area of the second port of the second flow path 13.
According to the cleaning head 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the area of the second port of the first flow passage 12 is larger than the area of the second port of the second flow passage 13, and the cleaning head 100 sucks relatively much solid and liquid garbage through the first rolling brush 21 and the first flow passage 12, that is, the first rolling brush and the first flow passage perform a primary cleaning action, and the cleaning head 100 sucks relatively little solid and liquid garbage through the second rolling brush 22 and the second flow passage 13 to perform a secondary cleaning action, so that the cleaning head 100 of the embodiment of the present invention can reasonably distribute the suction force of the primary suction opening 111, thereby improving the cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning head 100.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the area of the second port of the first flow passage 12 is S1, and the area of the second port of the second flow passage 13 is S2, wherein 1 < S1/S2 ≦ 5. The inventors of the present invention found through experimental studies that the cleaning effects of the first and second roll brushes 21 and 22 of the cleaning head 100 can be made good when the area S1 of the second port of the first flow channel 12 and the area S2 of the second port of the second flow channel 13 satisfy the above-described ranges. For example, the ratio of S1/S2 may be 2, 3, 4, or 5.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cross-sectional area of the first flow passage 12 is constant in a direction (in a front-to-rear direction in fig. 3) in which the first port of the first flow passage 12 faces the second port of the first flow passage 12. In other words, the cross-sectional area of the first flow channel 12 along the length direction thereof is constant, for example, the lower wall surface 122 of the first flow channel 12 is a horizontal plane, and the upper wall surface 121 of the first flow channel 12 is a horizontal plane, so that the solid waste can flow in the first flow channel 12 conveniently, and the working efficiency of the cleaning head 100 for cleaning the solid waste is improved.
Alternatively, the cross-sectional area of the first flow channel 12 gradually decreases in a direction from the first port of the first flow channel 12 to the second port of the first flow channel 12 (in a direction from front to back in fig. 3), for example, the upper wall surface 121 of the first flow channel 12 is inclined downward in a direction from the first port of the first flow channel 12 to the second port of the first flow channel 12, so as to absorb the solid waste and the liquid waste, and prevent the liquid waste from flowing back to the first rolling brush chamber, thereby improving the working efficiency of the cleaning head 100 for cleaning the solid waste.
Alternatively, the upper wall surface 131 of the second flow channel 13 is inclined downward in a direction from the first port of the second flow channel 13 toward the second port of the second flow channel 13, wherein the inclination angle γ 2 of the upper wall surface 131 of the second flow channel 13 is greater than the inclination angle γ 1 of the upper wall surface 121 of the first flow channel 12, so that the garbage can be further conveniently flowed in the first flow channel 12 and the second flow channel 13, and the work efficiency of the cleaning head 100 for cleaning the garbage is improved.
In some embodiments, the lower wall surface 132 of the second flow channel 13 is a horizontal surface, or the lower wall surface 132 of the second flow channel 13 is inclined downward in a direction from the first port of the second flow channel 13 toward the second port of the second flow channel 13, so that the garbage can be further conveniently flowed in the second flow channel 13, and the working efficiency of the cleaning head 100 for cleaning the solid garbage is improved.
Further, the upper wall surface 131 of the second flow passage 13 is inclined downward in a direction from the first port of the second flow passage 13 toward the second port of the second flow passage 13. Thereby facilitating the collection of the sewage by the cleaning head 100 and improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning head 100 on the liquid garbage.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the cross-sectional area of the second flow passage 13 gradually decreases in a direction from the first port of the second flow passage 13 toward the second port of the second flow passage 13 (in a direction from the rear to the front in fig. 3). Specifically, the second upper wall surface 131 and the second lower wall surface 132 are spaced apart in a height direction (up-down direction in fig. 3) of the housing 1 to define the second flow passage 13, and the second upper wall surface 131 is gradually inclined toward the second lower wall surface 132 in a direction in which a first end of the second upper wall surface 131 faces a second end of the second upper wall surface 131. It can be appreciated that as the second upper wall surface 131 is inclined downwards gradually in the direction from back to front, the waste water on the second upper wall surface 131 can flow towards the main suction opening 111 gradually through the inclined surface, so that the cleaning head 100 can collect the waste water conveniently, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning head 100 on the liquid waste is improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the plane where the axis of the first rolling brush 21 and the axis of the second rolling brush 22 are located is parallel to at least one of the plane where the first lower wall surface 122 is located and the plane where the second lower wall surface 132 is located, and it can be understood that the surface of the first lower wall surface 122 and the surface of the second lower wall surface 132 are parallel to the working plane of the cleaning head 100, so that the smoothness of the first flow channel 12 when absorbing the garbage can be improved, and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning head 100 can be improved to some extent.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the housing 1 further includes a liquid storage plate 16, a liquid storage tank 161 is disposed on the liquid storage plate 16, the liquid storage plate 16 is disposed between the first lower wall surface 122 and the second lower wall surface 132, and a projection of the lower port of the main suction port 111 on the liquid storage plate 16 is located in the liquid storage tank 161. It can be appreciated that the reservoir 161 is located directly below the main suction opening 111, so that when the cleaner head 100 stops working, the dirty water attached to the main suction opening 111 can fall back into the reservoir 161 to prevent the dirty water from flowing to the outside along the first flow channel 12 and the second flow channel 13, thereby improving the reliability of the cleaner head 100 during use, and providing a better user experience.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the housing 1 has a water spray channel 3 therein, the water spray channel 3 having a water inlet and a water spray 31 for spraying water toward at least one of the first rolling brush 21, the second rolling brush 22 and the surface to be cleaned. Preferably, a first wiper blade 23 is provided in the housing 1, and the first wiper blade 23 extends into the first rolling brush chamber 17 to abut against the first rolling brush 21. Optionally, a second wiper blade 24 is further arranged in the housing 1, the second wiper blade 24 extending into the second roller brush chamber 18 to abut against the second roller brush 22. The cleaning head 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention may spray water to the first and/or second round brushes 21 and 22 through the water spray passage 3, and scrape contaminated water from the first and second round brushes 21 and 22 through the first and second wiper blades 23 and 24, so that the first and second round brushes 21 and 22 may be cleaned, thereby improving a cleaning effect of the cleaning head 100.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a first wiper blade 23 is adjacent to an upper edge of the first port of the first flow channel 12, and/or a second wiper blade 24 is adjacent to an upper edge of the first port of the second flow channel 13. The water jet 31 is provided on the wall surface of the first roll brush chamber 17 so as to face the first roll brush 21, and the water jet 31 is provided higher than the first wiper blade 23. It can be understood that, taking the first rolling brush 21 as an example, when the first rolling brush 21 rotates clockwise, the water spraying port 31 is located downstream of the first wiper blade 23, the first wiper blade 23 can prevent the main suction port 111 from directly sucking the clean water sprayed from the water spraying port 31, and the clean water can be brought to the floor for scrubbing along the rotation direction of the first rolling brush 21 due to the clockwise rotation of the first rolling brush 21, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning head 100.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the water spray opening 31 may be plural, and the plural water spray openings are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the first rolling brush chamber 17, so that the first rolling brush 21 can be sufficiently and comprehensively sprayed with water, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning head 100.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the distance from the center of the first roll brush 21 to the center of the main suction opening 111 in the forward or rearward direction is L1, where 25 mm. ltoreq.L 1. ltoreq.100 mm. The distance from the center of the second rolling brush 22 to the center of the main suction opening 111 in the front-rear direction is L2, wherein L2 is 25mm or more and 100mm or less. The inventors of the present invention have found through experimental studies that when the distance L1 in the front-rear direction from the center of the first roller brush 21 to the center of the main suction opening 111 and the distance L2 in the front-rear direction from the center of the second roller brush 22 to the center of the main suction opening 111 satisfy the above-described ranges, high cleaning efficiency of the cleaning head 100 can be achieved, and the spatial structure within the cleaning head 100 can be made compact, improving the space utilization of the cleaning head 100. For example, L1 and L2 may be 25mm, 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100 mm.
As shown in fig. 1, a cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main body 200 and a cleaning head 100 connected to the main body 200, the cleaning head 100 may be the cleaning head 100 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
Alternatively, the cleaning device may be a scrubber. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the body 200 includes a body 201, and a fresh water tank 202, a foul water tank 203, and a suction module 204 mounted on the body 201, a fresh water passage and a suction passage are provided in the body 201, an upper end of the fresh water passage is connected to the fresh water tank 202, and a lower end of the fresh water passage opens to the cleaning head to spray water toward at least one of the first and second roll brushes 21 and 22 and the surface to be cleaned, for example, a lower end of the fresh water passage is connected to a water spray passage in the cleaning head. The lower end of the suction channel communicates with the main suction channel 11 of the cleaner head, a sump 203 is provided on the suction channel, a suction assembly 204 for generating a negative pressure in the suction channel, the suction assembly 204 comprising, for example, a suction motor and a fan.
According to the cleaning device of the embodiment of the utility model, the area of the second port of the first flow passage 12 of the cleaning head 100 is larger than that of the second port of the second flow passage 13, relatively more solid and liquid garbage is sucked by the front part of the cleaning head 100, and relatively less solid and liquid garbage is sucked by the rear part of the cleaning head 100, so that the suction force of the suction assembly can be reasonably distributed by the cleaning device of the embodiment of the utility model, and the cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning device are improved.
