The production method takes cotton fiber as a raw material, and the cotton fiber is produced through blowing, cotton carding, drawing and air spinning in turn; in the air spinning process, the air spinning twist is 1310-. In addition, the invention also provides application of the air spinning in producing medical textiles. The number of the obtained open-end spinning is 32-40, and the medical high-count open-end spinning has soft hand feeling, uniform yarn evenness, high strength and good air permeability and moisture absorption.

The carding roller is B174DN type, so that flying cotton is prevented from blocking the carding roller. The forming angle and the winding tension are optimized according to the appearance of the finished yarn, the problems that the finished yarn tension is large, the outer layer yarn is damaged by a hook and is hung up and broken, and the internal twisting head is multi-headed are avoided. The temperature of the air spinning is controlled within 30 degrees, the humidity is controlled above 60 percent, and the moisture regaining of the air spinning is controlled above 7.5 percent. The single yarn with the number of 14.6 and the count of 40 is produced, and the single yarn is the medical high-count open-end spun yarn.
Example 2
In the air spinning process, the air spinning twist is 1310 twist/m, the winding speed is started to be 63300RPM, the additional twist is 48 percent, the splicing time is 2ms, other process parameters of 13.5mm are additionally input again, and single yarns with the number of 18.2 and the count of 32 are produced by the method which is the same as that of the embodiment 1.
Comparative example 1
In the blowing process, the sliver supply line is used for Qingdao large-scale production in Qingdao, and the other process parameters are the same as those of the embodiment 1, so that single yarns with the number of 14.6 and the count of 40 are produced.
Comparative example 2
In the carding process, the sliver supply line is used for producing the circular table opening cotton, and the other process parameters are the same as those of the embodiment 1, so that single yarns with the number of 14.6 and the count of 40 are produced.
Comparative example 3
In the blowing process, a fixed cover plate is not additionally arranged, the distance from a cotton feeding plate to a licker-in is 12 inches, the sliver outlet speed is 74m/min, other process parameters are the same as those of the embodiment 1, and single yarns with the number of 14.6 and the count of 40 are produced.
Performance testing
The medical high-count air-jet yarns produced in examples 1 to 2 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to a correlation performance test according to a conventional method or a national standard in the textile field, and the correlation test results are shown in table 1 below.

As can be seen from the data in the above Table 1, the pure spun high count yarn obtained in the examples 1-2 has good quality, the evenness index reaches the first-class standard of FZ/T12001-2015 rotor-spun cotton grey yarn, the production requirement is met strongly, and the production process is normally interrupted. In comparative examples 1 to 3, comparative example 1 is superior to example 1 in strength and breakage, but the cutting defect is high, comparative example 2 is inferior to the yarn of example 1 in index, comparative example 3 is inferior to example 1 in strength, and the breakage in the production process is high and the production efficiency is low.

the medical high-count air-jet spinning yarn is prepared by taking cotton fiber as a raw material and sequentially carrying out blowing-carding, drawing and air-jet spinning processes, has the count of 32-40, has soft hand feeling, uniform yarn levelness, high strength and good air permeability and hygroscopicity, and can be widely applied to the aspect of medical textiles.
