In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the swing angle adjusting mechanism 4 includes: the swing angle adjusting movable piece 41, the swing angle adjusting movable piece 41 can be slidably arranged on the bracket 1 along the direction close to or far away from the product 100 to be attached, and the second end 32 of the attaching belt 3 is connected with the swing angle adjusting movable piece 41. Because the swing angle adjusting movable piece 41 can be slidably arranged on the bracket 1 along the direction close to or far away from the product 100 to be attached, and the second end 32 of the attaching belt 3 is connected with the swing angle adjusting movable piece 41, the second end 32 of the attaching belt 3 can be driven to swing along the direction close to or far away from the product 100 to be attached by making the swing angle adjusting movable piece 41 slide along the direction close to or far away from the product 100 to be attached. On the one hand, the manner of swinging the second end 32 of the attachment band 3 is very simple to implement, and therefore, the manufacturing cost of the swing angle adjusting mechanism 4 can be reduced to some extent. On the other hand, the structure is also stable and reliable.
In one possible implementation manner, referring to fig. 4, the pivot angle adjusting movable member 41 is slidably disposed on the bracket 1 through a slide rail assembly 42, the slide rail assembly 42 includes a slide rail 421 and a slider 422, the slide rail 421 is disposed on the bracket 1 along a direction (i.e., a Z-axis direction in fig. 4) close to or far from a product to be attached, the slider 422 is slidably disposed on the slide rail 421, and the pivot angle adjusting movable member 41 is disposed on the slider 422.
In this embodiment, since the slide rail 421 of the slide rail assembly 42 is disposed on the bracket 1 along a direction (i.e., a Z-axis direction in fig. 4) approaching or departing from the product to be attached, the slide block 422 of the slide rail assembly 42 is slidably disposed on the slide rail 421, and the movable pivot angle adjusting element 41 is disposed on the slide block 422, when the slide block 422 slides along the slide rail 421, the purpose of driving the movable pivot angle adjusting element 41 to slide along the direction approaching or departing from the product to be attached 100 can be achieved. Because the structure of the slide rail assembly 42 is very simple and the operation is smooth and steady, the cost of the whole film attaching mechanism is lower, and the performance is more stable.
Of course, the pivot angle adjusting movable element 41 may also be slidably disposed on the bracket 1 in other manners, for example, the pivot angle adjusting movable element 41 may be slidably disposed on the bracket 1 in a sliding groove manner, and only the pivot angle adjusting movable element 41 is slidably disposed on the bracket 1, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The number of the slide rail assemblies 42 may be 1, 2, 3, or the like, and the number of the slide rail assemblies 42 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Further, in order to make the degree of automation higher when the pivot angle adjusting movable member 41 slides in the direction approaching or moving away from the product 100 to be attached, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the pivot angle adjusting mechanism 4 further includes a first power member 43, and the first power member 43 can drive the pivot angle adjusting movable member 41 to slide in the direction approaching or moving away from the product to be attached. Thus, when the purpose that the swing angle adjusting movable piece 41 slides in the direction close to or away from the product 100 to be attached needs to be achieved, the swing angle adjusting movable piece 41 can be automatically driven by the first power piece 43 to slide in the direction close to or away from the product to be attached, and the automation degree is higher.
The first power member 43 may be an air cylinder, an electric cylinder, or a motor, and the first power member 43 is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the film attachment mechanism further comprises: tensioning adjustment mechanism 5, tensioning adjustment mechanism 5 sets up on support 1, and pivot angle adjustment mechanism 4 sets up on support 1 through tensioning adjustment mechanism 5, and tensioning adjustment mechanism 5 is used for driving pivot angle adjustment mechanism 4 and follows the first direction motion.
In this embodiment, since the tension adjusting mechanism 5 is disposed on the bracket 1 and the swing angle adjusting mechanism 4 is disposed on the bracket 1 through the tension adjusting mechanism 5, when the tension adjusting mechanism 5 moves along the first direction, the swing angle adjusting mechanism 4 can be synchronously driven to move along the first direction, when the swing angle adjusting mechanism 4 moves along the first direction, the second end 32 of the adhesive tape 3 can move along the first direction, and when the second end 32 of the adhesive tape 3 can move along the first direction, the tension degree of the whole adhesive tape 3 can be adjusted, thereby avoiding the situation that the adhesive tape 3 is loosened or over-tensioned.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the tension adjustment mechanism 5 comprises: a tension adjusting movable member 51 and a second power member 52. The tensioning adjusting movable piece 51 is slidably disposed on the bracket 1 along a first direction, the pivot angle adjusting mechanism 4 is disposed on the tensioning adjusting movable piece 51, and the second power piece 52 is used for driving the tensioning adjusting movable piece 51 to move along the first direction.
Because the tensioning adjusting movable piece 51 is slidably arranged on the bracket 1 along the first direction, and the swing angle adjusting mechanism 4 is arranged on the tensioning adjusting movable piece 51, when the second power piece 52 drives the tensioning adjusting movable piece 51 to move along the first direction, the swing angle adjusting mechanism 4 can be synchronously driven to move along the first direction, so that the tensioning degree of the whole adhesive tape 3 can be adjusted, the mode that the tensioning degree of the adhesive tape 3 can be adjusted is very simple, and the manufacturing cost of the film attaching mechanism can be reduced to a certain degree.
The second power member 52 may be an air cylinder, a motor, or the like, and the second power member 52 is not limited in this embodiment. In addition, the tension adjusting movable element 51 may be slidably disposed on the bracket 1 through a sliding rail assembly, or may be slidably disposed on the bracket 1 through other manners, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the attachment mechanism 2 comprises: a bonding head 21 and a guide 22. Wherein, the attaching head 21 can be abutted against one surface of the attaching belt 3 far away from the product to be attached, the attaching head 21 is slidably arranged on the bracket 1 along the first direction through the guide member 22, and the tensioning adjusting movable member 51 is slidably arranged on the bracket 1 through the guide member 22.
In this embodiment, since the attaching head 21 is slidably disposed on the bracket 1 through the guide 22 in the first direction, and the attaching head 21 can abut against one surface of the attaching tape 3 away from the product to be attached, when the attaching head 21 slides along the guide 22, the attaching head 21 can sequentially provide abutting forces to the positions of the attaching tape 3 in the direction approaching the product 100 to be attached, so as to attach the film 200 to the product 100 to be attached.
Because the attaching head 21 is slidably disposed on the support 1 through the guide 22 along the first direction, the tensioning adjusting movable member 51 is slidably disposed on the support 1 through the guide 22, that is, the attaching head 21 and the tensioning adjusting movable member 51 are both slidably disposed on the support 1 through the guide 22, so that the attaching head 21 and the tensioning adjusting movable member 51 can share the guide 22, the structural design is very ingenious, and the number of parts in the whole film attaching mechanism 1000 can be reduced to a certain extent.
The guide member 22 may be a guide rail or any component capable of guiding the attachment head 21 and the movable tensioning member 51, and the guide member 22 is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the support 1 includes a support plate 11, the attachment strip 3 is disposed opposite to the support plate 11, the attachment mechanism 2 further includes a driving assembly 23, the driving assembly 23 includes a moving member 231 and a third power member 232, the third power member 232 is disposed on a side of the support plate 11 away from the attachment strip 3, an avoiding groove 111 is disposed on the support plate 11, a part of the moving member 231 passes through the avoiding groove 111 and is connected to the attachment head 21, and the third power member 232 is configured to drive the moving member 231 to move along the first direction.
In this embodiment, since the moving member 231 is connected to the attaching head 21, and the third power member 232 is used for driving the moving member 231 to move along the first direction, when the third power member 232 drives the moving member 231 to move along the first direction, the attaching head 21 can be synchronously driven to move along the first direction, so as to attach the film 200 to the product 100 to be attached.
Wherein, because third power spare 232 is located keeping away from of backup pad 11 and pastes one side of attaching subsidiary 3, be provided with in the backup pad 11 and dodge groove 111, the partial structure of moving member 231 passes and dodges groove 111 and is connected with attached head 21, consequently, third power spare 232 will be located the both sides of backup pad 11 respectively with attached head 21, like this, the space of the 11 both sides of backup pad of utilization that can be abundant, structural design is more reasonable for the attached smaller and more exquisite of mechanism of whole film.
It should be noted that, the third power element 232 may be a motor, an air cylinder, etc., and only needs to be able to drive the moving element 231 to move along the first direction, and the third power element 232 is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the attaching head 21 is slidably disposed on the moving member 231 in a direction approaching or departing from the product to be attached, and the attaching mechanism 2 further includes: a fourth power member 24, the fourth power member 24 being used for driving the attaching head 21 to slide in a direction approaching or moving away from the product 100 to be attached.
In this embodiment, since the attaching head 21 is slidably disposed on the moving member 231 in a direction approaching or departing from the product to be attached, the fourth power member 24 can drive the attaching head 21 to slide in a direction approaching or departing from the product to be attached 100, and thus, when the film 200 is attached to the product to be attached 100 by the film attaching mechanism 1000, the attaching head 21 can be driven by the fourth power member 24 to slide in a direction approaching or departing from the product to be attached 100, so that the magnitude of the abutting force of the attaching head 21 on the attaching band 3 can be adjusted, and thus, the film attaching mechanism 1000 can better attach the film 200 to the product to be attached 100.
The fourth power member 24 may be an air cylinder, an electric cylinder, or the like, and the fourth power member 24 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The attaching head 21 may be slidably disposed on the moving member 231 through a sliding rail assembly, and may also be slidably disposed on the moving member 231 through other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
Further, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the fourth power member 24 is connected to the applying head 21 through the pressure detecting element 25, and the fourth power member 24 can drive the sliding displacement of the applying head 21 when sliding in the direction approaching or departing from the product to be applied according to the pressure information of the pressure detecting element 25.
In this embodiment, since the fourth power member 24 is connected to the attaching head 21 through the pressure detecting element 25, the pressure detecting element 25 can detect pressure information such as the magnitude of the abutting force of the attaching head 21 on the attaching band 3, and after the pressure detecting element 25 detects the pressure information, the fourth power member 24 can drive the sliding displacement of the attaching head 21 when sliding in the direction approaching or separating from the product to be attached according to the pressure information detected by the pressure detecting element 25, so that the abutting force of the attaching head 21 on the attaching band 3 is equal to the preset abutting force, and the film attaching mechanism 1000 can attach the film 200 to the product 100 to be attached better.
The preset abutting force is an abutting force which is neither too large nor too small and can be used for perfectly attaching the film 200 to the product 100 to be attached.
For example, assuming that the pressure detecting element 25 detects that the abutting force is the first abutting force, and continuing to assume that the first abutting force is greater than the preset abutting force, the fourth power member 24 may drive the attaching head 21 to slide in a direction away from the product to be attached until the first abutting force is equal to the preset abutting force. Assuming that the pressing force detected by the pressure detecting element 25 is the second pressing force, and assuming that the second pressing force is smaller than the predetermined pressing force, the fourth power element 24 can drive the attaching head 21 to slide along the direction approaching the product to be attached until the second pressing force is equal to the predetermined pressing force. In this way, the abutting force of the attaching head 21 on the attaching band 3 can be kept equal to the preset abutting force, and the film attaching mechanism 1000 can attach the film 200 to the product 100 to be attached better.
The fourth power component 24 may be an air cylinder, an electric cylinder, or any possible component, and only needs to drive the attaching head 21 to slide along a direction close to or far from the product to be attached, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The pressure detecting element 25 may be a pressure sensor or any other component, and only needs to be able to detect pressure information such as the magnitude of the abutting force applied by the attaching head 21 to the attaching band 3, and the pressure detecting element 25 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the affixing head 21 includes: attached to movable member 211 and roller 212. Wherein, the attaching moving member 211 is slidably disposed on the moving member 231 in a direction approaching or departing from the product 100 to be attached. The roller 212 is rotatably disposed on the attachment moving member 211, a rotation axis of the roller 212 is perpendicular to the first direction (i.e., the X-axis direction in fig. 4), and the roller 212 abuts against a surface of the attachment belt 3 away from the product 100 to be attached.
Because the attaching movable member 211 is slidably disposed on the movable member 231 in a direction approaching or departing from the product 100 to be attached, and the roller 212 is rotatably disposed on the attaching movable member 211, when the movable member 231 moves in the first direction, the roller 212 can be synchronously driven to move in the first direction. Because the rotating shaft of the roller 212 is perpendicular to the first direction (i.e., the X-axis direction in fig. 4) and the roller 212 abuts against one surface of the attachment belt 3 away from the product 100 to be attached, when the roller 212 moves along the first direction, the roller 212 can rotate around its own rotating shaft relative to the attachment belt 3, so that the friction between the roller 212 and the attachment belt 3 can be reduced, and the roller 212 and the attachment belt 3 can be prevented from being worn, thereby prolonging the service life of the roller 212 and the attachment belt 3.
The roller 212 may be a rubber wheel or a steel wheel, and the material of the roller 212 is not limited in this embodiment.
In summary, since the second end 32 of the adhesive tape 3 is connected to the bracket 1 through the swing angle adjusting mechanism 4, and the swing angle adjusting mechanism 4 is used to drive the second end 32 of the adhesive tape 3 to swing in a direction (i.e., the Z-axis direction in fig. 3) close to or away from the product to be attached, when the film 200 is attached to the product 100 to be attached through the film attaching mechanism 1000, the second end 32 of the adhesive tape 3 can be driven to swing through the swing angle adjusting mechanism 4 in a direction (i.e., the positive direction of the Z-axis in fig. 3) away from the product 100 to be attached, so that the distance between the second end 32 of the adhesive tape 3 and the product 100 to be attached is longer than that between the first end 31 and the product 100 to be attached (see fig. 3), and thus, when the film 200 is sequentially attached to the product 100 to be attached from the first end 31 to the second end 32, the gas between the film 200 and the product 100 to be attached can be sequentially extruded from the first end 31 to the second end 32 and the product 100 to be attached The attaching effect is better due to the gaps between the two parts. The situation that air bubbles exist between the film 200 and the product 100 to be attached after the film 200 is attached to the product 100 to be attached due to the fact that the film 200 close to the second end 32 is bonded to the product 100 to be attached before the film 200 close to the first end 31.
In addition, since the attaching head 21 is slidably disposed on the moving member 231 in a direction approaching or departing from the product to be attached, the fourth power member 24 can drive the attaching head 21 to slide in a direction approaching or departing from the product to be attached 100, and thus, when the film 200 is attached to the product to be attached 100 by the film attaching mechanism 1000, the attaching head 21 can be driven by the fourth power member 24 to slide in a direction approaching or departing from the product to be attached 100, so that the magnitude of the abutting force of the attaching head 21 on the attaching band 3 can be adjusted, and thus, the film attaching mechanism 1000 can better attach the film 200 to the product to be attached 100.
Example two
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a film attaching apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 6, the film attaching apparatus includes: an attaching stage 2000 and a film attaching mechanism 1000. Wherein, the attaching table 2000 is used for placing the product 100 to be attached, and the attaching belt 3 is arranged opposite to the attaching table 2000.
The structure of the film attaching mechanism 1000 may be the same as that of the film attaching mechanism 1000 in the first embodiment, and may have the same or similar beneficial effects, and specific reference may be made to the description in the first embodiment, which is not repeated for the film attaching mechanism 1000 in the embodiments of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, since there is no bubble between the film 200 and the product 100 to be attached when the film 200 is attached to the product 100 to be attached through the film attaching mechanism 1000, the attaching effect is better. Based on this, when the film attaching apparatus includes the film attaching mechanism 1000, when the film 200 is attached to the product 100 to be attached by the film attaching apparatus, there is no bubble between the film 200 and the product 100 to be attached, and the attaching effect is better.
Specifically, since the attaching band 3 is disposed opposite to the attaching table 2000, when the film 200 is attached to the product 100 to be attached by the film attaching apparatus, the film 200 may be first placed on the attaching table 2000, and then the attaching head 21 may be driven by the fourth power member 24 to slide in a direction close to the product 100 to be attached (i.e., a negative direction of the Z axis in fig. 6) so that the film 200 is sandwiched between the product 100 to be attached and the attaching head 21, and then the purpose of attaching the film 200 to the product 100 to be attached may be achieved by moving the attaching head 21 in a first direction (i.e., an X axis direction in fig. 6).
The film attaching mechanism and the film attaching device disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail above, and specific examples are applied in the description to explain the principle and the implementation manner of the present application, and the description of the embodiments above is only used to help understand the film attaching mechanism and the film attaching device and the core ideas thereof; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
Claims (12)
1. A film attachment mechanism for attaching a film to a product to be attached, comprising:
a support;
the attaching mechanism is movably arranged on the bracket and can move along a first direction relative to the bracket;
the adhesive tape comprises a first end and a second end which are positioned in the first direction, the first end is connected with the bracket, and one surface of the adhesive tape, which is close to the product to be attached, is used for placing the film;
the second end of the adhesive tape is connected with the bracket through the swing angle adjusting mechanism, and the swing angle adjusting mechanism is used for driving the second end of the adhesive tape to swing along a direction close to or far away from the product to be attached;
the attaching mechanism can be in contact with one surface of the product to be attached far away from the attaching belt, and when the attaching mechanism moves from the first end to the second end, the film can be attached to the product to be attached.
2. The film application mechanism of claim 1, wherein the pivot angle adjustment mechanism comprises:
the swing angle adjusting movable piece can be arranged on the support in a sliding mode along a direction close to or far away from the product to be attached, and a second end of the attaching belt is connected with the swing angle adjusting movable piece.
3. The film attaching mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the pivot angle adjusting mechanism further comprises a first power member, and the first power member can drive the pivot angle adjusting movable member to slide in a direction approaching or departing from the product to be attached.
4. The film attaching mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the swing angle adjusting movable member is slidably disposed on the bracket through a slide rail assembly, the slide rail assembly includes a slide rail and a slide block, the slide rail is disposed on the bracket along a direction approaching or departing from the product to be attached, the slide block is slidably disposed on the slide rail, and the swing angle adjusting movable member is disposed on the slide block.
5. The film attachment mechanism of claim 1, further comprising:
the tensioning adjusting mechanism is arranged on the support, the swing angle adjusting mechanism is arranged on the support through the tensioning adjusting mechanism, and the tensioning adjusting mechanism is used for driving the swing angle adjusting mechanism to move along the first direction.
6. The film application mechanism of claim 5, wherein the tension adjustment mechanism comprises:
the tensioning adjusting movable piece is arranged on the bracket in a sliding manner along the first direction, and the swing angle adjusting mechanism is arranged on the tensioning adjusting movable piece;
and the second power element is used for driving the tension adjusting movable element to move along the first direction.
7. The film attachment mechanism of claim 6, wherein the attachment mechanism comprises:
the attaching head can be abutted against one surface of the attaching belt, which is far away from the product to be attached;
the attaching head is arranged on the support in a slidable mode along the first direction through the guide piece, and the tensioning adjusting movable piece is arranged on the support in a slidable mode through the guide piece.

The film attaching mechanism according to claim 7, wherein the support includes a support plate, the attaching band is disposed opposite to the support plate, the attaching mechanism further includes a driving assembly, the driving assembly includes a moving member and a third power member, the third power member is disposed on one side of the support plate away from the attaching band, an avoiding groove is disposed on the support plate, a part of the moving member passes through the avoiding groove and is connected to the attaching head, and the third power member is used for driving the moving member to move along the first direction.

The film attachment mechanism of claim 8, wherein the attachment head is slidably disposed on the moving member in a direction toward or away from the product to be attached, the attachment mechanism further comprising: and the fourth power part is used for driving the attaching head to slide along the direction close to or far away from the product to be attached.

The film attaching mechanism according to claim 9, wherein the fourth power member is connected to the attaching head through a pressure detecting element, and the fourth power member can drive the sliding displacement of the attaching head when the attaching head slides in a direction approaching or separating from the product to be attached according to pressure information of the pressure detecting element.
11. The film attachment mechanism of claim 10, wherein the attachment head comprises:
the attaching moving piece is arranged on the moving piece in a sliding manner along a direction close to or far away from the product to be attached;
the roller wheel is rotatably arranged on the attached moving part, and a rotating shaft of the roller wheel is perpendicular to the first direction and the roller wheel is abutted to one surface of the attached product, which is far away from the attached product.
12. A film application apparatus, comprising:
the attaching table is used for placing a product to be attached;
the film application mechanism of any one of claims 1-11, wherein the application tape is positioned opposite the application station.
