The operator starts the adjusting cylinder 41, adjusts the distance between the connecting frame 3 and the supporting frame 4 through the rotation of the adjusting cylinder 41 and the adjusting wheel 42, and adjusts the inclination angle of the connecting frame 3 on the supporting frame 4 under the supporting action of the supporting frame 4, so that the cutter 31 and the adhesive label are inclined.
Referring to fig. 5, the bottom of the connecting frame 3 is provided with a limiting groove 35 facing the adjusting wheel 42, the adjusting wheel 42 is disposed in the limiting groove 35, the width of the limiting groove 35 is equal to the thickness of the adjusting wheel 42, and the length direction of the limiting groove 35 is consistent with the rolling direction of the adjusting wheel 42. The adjusting wheel 42 is arranged in the limiting groove 35 to roll, the position of the adjusting wheel 42 is limited through the limiting groove 35, and the stability of the adjusting wheel 42 in the moving process is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 4, a horizontal positioning shaft 5 is rotatably connected to the printing machine body 1, the positioning shaft 5 is arranged above the connecting frame 3, two positioning sliding blocks 61 are slidably connected to the printing machine body 1, the positioning sliding blocks 61 are arranged at two ends of the positioning shaft 5 respectively, and the positioning sliding blocks 61 slide in a direction close to the positioning shaft 5. A second horizontal positioning shaft 6 is rotatably connected between the two positioning sliding blocks 61, and the first positioning shaft 5 and the second positioning shaft 6 are parallel to each other and mutually abutted. The self-adhesive label paper penetrates through the first positioning shaft 5 and the second positioning shaft 6 and is in butt connection with the second positioning shaft 6 through the first positioning shaft 5, the self-adhesive label paper in transportation is smoothed, and meanwhile, the adhesive tape is further firmly adhered to the self-adhesive label paper.
Referring to fig. 4, a positioning spring 62 connected to the positioning slider 61 is installed in the printer body 1, and the positioning spring 62 pushes out the positioning slider 61 in a direction approaching the first positioning shaft 5. Through the ejection of the positioning spring 62, an acting force which moves all the time in the direction of the first positioning shaft 5 is applied to the positioning sliding block 61, and then the effects of tightly adhering and smoothing between the first positioning shaft 5 and the second positioning shaft 6 are improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, a horizontal fastening shaft 7 is fixedly arranged on the printer body 1, the fastening shaft 7 is arranged above the first positioning shaft 5, and the fastening shaft 7 plays a role of guiding the self-adhesive label paper.
Referring to fig. 6, a vertical fastening cylinder 8 is fixedly arranged on the printing machine body 1, a fastening plate 81 is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the fastening cylinder 8, and the fastening plate 81 is arranged on one side of the fastening cylinder 8 close to the fastening shaft 7. The operator starts the fastening cylinder 8, drives the fastening plate 81 to move towards the fastening shaft 7 through the movement of the fastening cylinder 8, and the self-adhesive label paper passes through the fastening plate 81 and the fastening shaft 7, so that the secondary fastening of the self-adhesive label paper is realized.
Referring to fig. 6, one side of the fastening plate 81 close to the fastening shaft 7 is fixedly provided with a fastening cushion 82, the fastening cushion 82 is made of elastic rubber materials, and the fastening cushion 82 is connected with the fastening shaft 7 in an abutting mode, so that the contact area of the self-adhesive label paper is increased, and meanwhile the fastening effect of the self-adhesive label paper is further improved.
Referring to fig. 1, two tensioning frames 9 are installed on the printing machine body 1, the two tensioning frames 9 are arranged between the connecting frame 3 and the printing mechanism 11, the two tensioning frames 9 are distributed in a vertically opposite mode, and the tensioning frames 9 are connected with the printing machine body 1 in a sliding mode on the printing machine body 1 in the vertical direction. Four vertical tensioning cylinders 10 are fixedly arranged on the printing machine body 1, two vertical tensioning cylinders are in a group, an output shaft of each tensioning cylinder 10 is fixedly connected with the tensioning frame 9, and the tensioning frames 9 are driven to do lifting motion in the vertical direction on the printing machine body 1 through the motion of the tensioning cylinders 10.
Referring to fig. 1, the internal rotation of the tensioning frame 9 of top is connected with three tensioning axle 91, and the internal rotation of the tensioning frame 9 of below is connected with two tensioning axles 91, and five tensioning axles 91 on two tensioning frames 9 mutually support, and self-adhesive label paper is "S" form and passes from tensioning axle 91 from top to bottom in proper order, and tensioning axle 91 plays the effect that improves the tensioning of self-adhesive label paper, improves the printing effect of follow-up printing mechanism 11 to the self-adhesive label. Meanwhile, through the mobility between the two tensioning frames 9, the two tensioning frames 9 and the six tensioning shafts 91 also play a role in temporarily storing the self-adhesive label paper. When the self-adhesive label paper at the discharging end is fastened and does not move, the self-adhesive label paper used for printing is temporarily stored on the tensioning shaft 91 firstly, so that the normal printing of the subsequent printing mechanism 11 is ensured, and the non-stop printing of the printing mechanism 11 is ensured.
The implementation principle of the printing device without stopping the machine in the embodiment of the application is as follows: an operator installs a self-adhesive label roll needing printing operation on a feeding roller 2, unreels the self-adhesive label roll through the rotation of the feeding roller 2, when the self-adhesive label roll on one feeding roller 2 is nearly completely unreeled, the operator sticks an adhesive tape on the end part of the self-adhesive label roll on the other feeding roller 2 at the moment, the end part of the self-adhesive label with the adhesive tape passes through a clamping mechanism 32 to clamp the end part of the self-adhesive label, simultaneously the other clamping mechanism 32 and a fastening air cylinder 8 are simultaneously started to clamp the self-adhesive label in unreeling to stop moving, at the moment, a tensioning air cylinder 10 moves to drive two tensioning frames 9 to move towards the directions close to each other, the self-adhesive label paper at the position is temporarily used, a sliding air cylinder 34 is started at the same time, the self-adhesive label in unreeling is pressed to a blade 333 of a cutter 31 through the movement matching of two pulleys, the self-adhesive labels in the unreeling process are cut, meanwhile, the self-adhesive labels adhered with the adhesive tapes are pressed to the self-adhesive labels in the unreeling process by the pulley 333 on the other side, the two self-adhesive labels are connected in an adhesion mode, the non-stop operation during feeding of the self-adhesive labels is achieved, and unreeling printing of the next self-adhesive label is continued.
