本发明公开了一种栓塞材料及其输送系统,包括导入鞘、栓塞材料及其输送系统;该栓塞材料及其输送系统,在介入治疗中,不仅可以对动脉瘤进行栓塞,且能够随着动脉瘤的逐渐闭塞而逐渐降解;具有良好的力学性能可对目标病灶进行有效地栓塞,且可以有很好的显影性能;同时,通过该栓塞材料的输送系统,其可以被很好的输送至动脉瘤内。

一种栓塞材料及其输送系统
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种颅内动脉瘤的栓塞材料及其输送系统。
背景技术
动脉瘤是由于动脉局部血管异常改变产生的血管瘤样突起,多因动脉瘤破裂致蛛网膜下腔出血,死亡率非常高;而经导管动脉栓塞术是一种临床上广泛治疗肿瘤和血管疾病的有效方法。其原则上对于一些不可切除的富血管性实体性肿瘤、颅内动脉瘤、动静脉畸形以及各种难以控制的非血液病性出血等均有显著的治疗效果。贵金属微弹簧圈是临床上常用的血管栓塞材料,是治疗动脉瘤的重要手段,其主要是通过介入手术将贵金属微弹簧圈植入动脉瘤内并扭曲成团,形成较大的栓子,达到栓塞的目的。该方法目前已经逐渐代替传统手术,具有创伤小、手术相对简单,术后病人恢复快等优点。但是,贵金属微弹簧圈存在无法致密栓塞、血管再通率高以及费用高昂等缺点。
水凝胶是一类富含水的高分子材料。由于含有大量的游离水,水凝胶兼具湿软的特性,且结构与生物组织类似,具有良好的生物相容性,将其作为血管栓塞材料使用可有效地对血管进行紧密栓塞,且随着动脉瘤的栓塞,其会逐渐降解,不需要二次手术。因此具有重大的应用前景。但是水凝胶作为血管栓塞材料应用需满足以下特点:能作为一个整体被很好地固定在动脉瘤内进行栓塞,且具有良好的力学性能可对目标病灶进行有效地栓塞;可以很好的显影以便实时监测;同时,可以能够被输送至动脉瘤内。
因此,我们设计了一种栓塞材料及其输送系统,其不仅可以对动脉瘤进行栓塞,且能够随着动脉瘤的闭塞,能逐渐降解;具有良好的力学性能可对目标病灶进行有效地栓塞,且可以有很好的显影性能;同时,通过该栓塞材料的输送系统,其可以被很好的输送至动脉瘤内。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种栓塞材料及其输送系统,其在介入治疗中,不仅可以对动脉瘤进行栓塞,且能够随着动脉瘤的逐渐闭塞而逐渐降解;具有良好的力学性能可对目标病灶进行有效地栓塞,且可以有很好的显影性能;同时,通过该栓塞材料的输送系统,其可以被很好的输送至动脉瘤内。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:所述的栓塞材料及其输送系统,包括导入鞘、栓塞材料输送系统以及栓塞材料;所述的栓塞材料输送系统包括推送器、栓塞材料输送杆、输送活塞以及孔盖构成;所述的栓塞材料由遇渗液可形成水凝胶的生物高分子材料、显影剂以及速粘剂构成;所述的推送器由下端带孔的圆柱体和空心管连接而成,所述的栓塞材料的输送杆位于推送器的空心管内,所述的输送活塞位于推送器的圆柱体内,所述的输送活塞一侧与栓塞材料的输送杆相连接,另一侧与孔盖相连接;所述的孔盖覆盖于圆柱体的下端孔上并可向圆柱体的外端打开。
进一步地,所述的显影剂分散在生物高分子材料中,所述的速粘剂包裹在生物高分子材料内部,所述的水凝胶生物高分子材料为粉末、纳米微球中的一种构成。
进一步地,所述的水凝胶生物高分子材料为透明质酸、胶原、海藻酸、壳聚糖、肝素、聚精氨酸、聚天冬氨酸、聚赖氨酸、聚丙烯酸中的一种或几种构成,优选为壳聚糖。
进一步地,所述的显影剂为碘化油、碘苯酯中的一种组成。
进一步地,所述的速粘剂为儿茶酚基的多巴胺物质。
进一步地,所述的推送器的圆柱体由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、不锈钢、镍钛合金、钛合金、聚氨酯中的一种构成,优选为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
进一步地,所述的推送器的空心管的材质为不锈钢、镍钛合计、钛合金中的一种构成。优选为不锈钢。
进一步地,所述的栓塞材料输送杆的材质为不锈钢丝、镍钛合金丝、钛合金丝中的一种构成,优选为镍钛合金丝。
更进一步的,所述的输送活塞的材质为硅胶、聚氨酯、丁基橡胶、异戊橡胶、丁晴橡胶中的一种构成,优选为硅胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果:水凝胶粉末或者纳米微球材质在进行栓塞时,其栓塞度高,可以很好的填充整个动脉瘤;且能够随着动脉瘤的逐渐闭塞而逐渐降解;具有良好的力学性能可对目标病灶进行有效地栓塞,且可以有很好的显影性能;同时,通过该栓塞材料的输送系统,其可以被很好的输送至动脉瘤内。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在详述本发明实施例时,为了便于说明,示意图不依一般比例局部放大,不应以此作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种栓塞材料及其输送系统,包括导入鞘1、栓塞材料输送系统2、栓塞材料3,所述的栓塞材料为透明质酸钠粉,所述的显影剂为碘苯酯;为了确保使用过程中,透明质酸钠粉能快速形成凝胶且能固定于动脉瘤中,在透明质酸钠粉中混合有儿茶酚基多巴胺;所述的栓塞材料输送系统包括推送器4、栓塞材料输送杆5、输送活塞6、以及孔盖7构成;栓塞材料输送系统通过导入鞘进入微导管,再经由微导管进入动脉瘤进行栓塞;再栓塞的过程中,当通过推送杆进行活塞挤压时,推送器的下端孔盖向外打开,推送器圆柱体前端的粉末经由下端孔进行动脉瘤实现栓塞。
所述的推送器的圆柱体材质为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,所述的推送器的空心管材质为不锈钢,所述的栓塞材料的输送杆材质为不锈钢丝,所述的输送活塞的材质为硅胶。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种栓塞材料及其输送系统,包括导入鞘1、栓塞材料输送系统2、栓塞材料3,所述的栓塞材料输送系统包括推送器4、栓塞材料输送杆5、输送活塞6、以及孔盖7构成;所述的栓塞材料由遇渗液可形成水凝胶的生物高分子材料、显影剂以及速粘剂构成;所述的推送器由下端带孔的圆柱体和空心管连接而成,所述的栓塞材料的输送杆位于推送器的空心管内,所述的输送活塞位于推送器的圆柱体内,所述的栓塞材料输送杆与输送活塞相连接,所述的孔盖覆盖于圆柱体的下端孔上并可向圆柱体的外端打开。
所述的推送器的圆柱体材质为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,所述的推送器的空心管材质为镍钛合金,所述的栓塞材料的输送杆材质为不锈钢丝,所述的输送活塞的材质为硅胶。
如图2所示,所述的水凝胶高分子为壳聚糖材质的纳米微球,在该微球中分散有碘化油显影剂,同时,该纳米微球内部也包裹着儿茶酚基多巴胺。
如图3所示,将栓塞材料及其输送系统经导入鞘进入微导管8,经微导管输送至动脉瘤病变区域,再进行栓塞。

1.一种栓塞材料及其输送系统,包括导入鞘(1)、栓塞材料输送系统(2)、栓塞材料(3),其特征在于:所述的栓塞材料输送系统包括推送器(4)、栓塞材料输送杆(5)、输送活塞(6)、以及孔盖(7)构成;所述的栓塞材料由遇渗液可形成水凝胶的生物高分子材料、显影剂以及速粘剂构成;所述的推送器由下端带孔的圆柱体和空心管连接而成,所述的栓塞材料的输送杆位于推送器的空心管内,所述的输送活塞位于推送器的圆柱体内,所述的输送活塞一侧与栓塞材料输送杆相连,一侧与孔盖相连;所述的孔盖覆盖于圆柱体的下端孔上并可向圆柱体的外端打开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的栓塞材料及其输送系统,其特征在于:所述的显影剂分散在生物高分子材料中,所述的速粘剂包裹在生物高分子材料内部,所述的水凝胶生物高分子材料为粉末、纳米微球中的一种构成。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的栓塞材料及其输送系统,其特征在于:所述的水凝胶生物高分子材料为透明质酸、胶原、海藻酸、壳聚糖、肝素、聚精氨酸、聚天冬氨酸、聚赖氨酸、聚丙烯酸中的一种或几种构成。
4.根据权利要求1和2所述的栓塞材料及其输送系统,其特征在于:所述的显影剂为碘化油、碘苯酯中的一种组成。
5.根据权利要求1和2所述的栓塞材料及其输送系统,其特征在于:所述的速粘剂为儿茶酚基的多巴胺类物质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的栓塞材料及其输送系统,其特征在于所述的推送器的圆柱体由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、不锈钢、镍钛合金、钛合金中的一种构成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的栓塞材料及其输送系统,其特征在于所述的推送器的空心管的材质为不锈钢、镍钛合金、钛合金中的一种构成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的栓塞材料及其输送系统,其特征在于所述的栓塞材料输送杆的材质为不锈钢丝、镍钛合金丝、钛合金丝中的一种构成。
