技术领域
本发明涉及鼻用粉末输送装置。
背景技术
鼻用粉末输送装置是众所周知的。它们通常包括容纳一剂或多剂粉末的容器、输送装置和用于插置到使用者的鼻孔中的鼻部输送头,所述鼻部输送头包括输送孔径。输送装置通常包括排气系统。当启动输送装置时,一定剂量的粉末被输送到使用者的鼻孔中。
现有技术中这些装置的缺点关乎到装置的可靠性,特别是在启动时。因此,在启动时通常在彼此抵靠的两个可移动部分之间提供可断开桥接件,以在使用者的手中积累能量,并以预定方式限定实现启动所需的力的阈值。然而,这些可断开桥接件具有有时会留下可断开桥接件残留或残余物的缺点,这在装置启动时可能成为阻碍。

优选地,所述裙板包括在其轴向下部边缘附近处的径向向内突出的下部凸缘,所述至少一个可断开桥接件形成在所述下部凸缘的径向内边缘上。
优选地,每个可断开桥接件的材料量在相应的径向突起的顶部处是最小的。
优选地,所述启动构件包括在其外侧表面上的径向向外突出的轮廓,诸如纵向脊,每个径向突起至少与所述突出轮廓径向向外延伸得一样多。
优选地,所述容器容纳一个单剂量的粉末,所述粉末在所述鼻用粉末输送装置的单次启动期间被分配。

具体实施方式
在本说明书中,术语“轴向”和“径向”是指图1所示的装置的纵向轴线A。术语“近端”和“远端”是指所述装置的输送孔径。术语“顶部”、“底部”、“上部”和“下部”是指附图中所示的装置的正确位置。
本发明更具体地适用于单剂量粉末类型的装置,诸如附图中所示的装置。当然,也可以应用于其它类型的鼻用粉末输送装置。
图中所示的装置100包括容纳一个单剂量的粉末的容器110。具有容纳多于一个剂量的容器的装置是可能的。同样,包括各自容纳一个单剂量的几个容器的装置也是可能的。
鼻部输送头120装配在所述容器110上,所述鼻部输送头用于插置到使用者的鼻孔中。所述鼻部输送头包括输送孔径121。输送头120包括沿径向延伸的指托122,以便于启动。中空套筒123从所述指托122轴向向上延伸并终止于所述输送孔径121。优选地,该中空套筒123具有减小的径向尺寸,以便能够在启动时插置到鼻孔中。在指托122的相对侧处,裙板125从所述指托122轴向向下延伸。所述裙板125在其轴向下端附近包括径向向内突出的下部凸缘127。

在启动之前,在裙板125和启动构件140之间设置至少一个可断开桥接件200。优选地,每个可断开桥接件200形成在裙板125的径向凸缘127的径向内侧边缘上并延伸到启动构件140。通常由少量的材料限定的断开点形成在与启动构件140的接触处。这些可断开桥接件200允许在存储或运输期间或在意外掉落期间防止意外的或不期望的启动。它们需要施加预定的力以被破坏,这允许在使用者的手中产生一定的预压缩。其可以具有任何数量的可断开桥接件,例如,分布在装置外围周围的三个可断开桥接件。

每个径向突起210包括比可断开桥接件的轴向延伸部大的轴向延伸部,并且在可断开桥接件200的任一侧上形成倾斜的轴向斜面(可以在图8中看到)。
可断开桥接件200的材料量优选地在径向突起210的最突出部分或顶部211处最小,以保证可断开桥接件将在该位置处断开。
本发明可以避免在启动过程中一旦断开时可断开桥接件的任何摩擦风险。实际上,一旦可断开桥接件200在启动的最开始阶段断开,启动构件140就相对于裙板125轴向移动,使得可断开桥接件200相对于径向突起210的顶部211偏移,并且因此远离启动构件140的外表面。因此,消除了启动时可断开桥接件与所述外表面摩擦的风险。
当启动构件140的外表面包括脊145时,这种风险更为显著。实际上,在这种情况下,如果在桥接件断开之后启动构件稍微旋转,则所述脊将导致潜在的阻碍摩擦。
本发明提供的径向突起210至少与所述脊145径向延伸得一样多,以限制甚至消除这种风险。

Claims (5)

排气系统(130),在启动所述鼻用粉末输送装置(100)时产生压缩气流以通过所述输送孔径(121)将一定剂量的粉末输送到所述鼻孔中,所述排气系统包括布置在裙板(125)中的空气室(131)和活塞(132),所述活塞在启动所述装置时在所述空气室(131)中密封地滑动以压缩容纳在所述空气室(131)中的空气,所述活塞(132)刚性地连接到启动构件(140),其特征在于,在启动之前,至少一个可断开桥接件(200)设置在所述裙板(125)和所述启动构件(140)之间,每个所述可断开桥接件(200)形成在所述裙板(125)上并且与形成在所述启动构件(140)上的径向突起(210)配合,每个所述径向突起(210)包括比相应的可断开桥接件(200)的轴向延伸部大的轴向延伸部,并且在相应的可断开桥接件(200)的任一侧上形成倾斜的轴向斜面。
