本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别是涉及一种防刮超哑油及其应用工艺。
背景技术
哑油是一种印刷材料,其涂布在纸张、纸板或薄膜上,使得印刷的色彩亮丽、光滑、更具有立体感,具有安全、成本低、原材料来源广的优点,在印刷包装领域有着广泛的应用。但是,由于现在的哑油的耐摩擦性较差,防刮性、耐水性和耐折性弱,流平性能也较差,严重影响了印刷品的质量,再者,干燥性能较差,涂覆后所需的干燥时间长,从而延长了生产时间,降低了生产效率,同时环保性也较差。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种耐摩擦、耐折、流平性能优异、干燥速度适中的防刮超哑油,替代传统的BOPP哑膜。
本发明还提供一种防刮超哑油的应用工艺,工艺简单,容易操作,使产品具有更好的流平性、更高的耐磨性及耐水性。

本防刮超哑油具有超低光泽度和良好的透明度,耐摩擦性能优良,低粘着力、静电吸附自动不留气泡且容易撕下,并有超高透光率的光学效果,可呈现96%以上的原有色彩,表面硬度达到0.1~1H,耐折性、耐水性好,无论正折90°或180°、反折90°或180°,压线均不会爆线,水在表面不会渗透过纸,还可凹凸烫金、局部UV成logo,耐候性能佳,防潮、防湿、防高温,适应高温达58℃、湿度为85%~95%的环境,适用于彩盒、纸箱、烟包、卡盒、电子包装等印刷品上光使用,同时还具有优异的润湿流平性能,干燥速度适中,涂布有本防刮超哑油的产品还可回收利用,环保性强;通过涂布装置的上下辊结构,传动方向和速度方面方便调节控制,并采用反向速比传动,在涂布过程中稳定可靠,涂布精度高,进一步提高加工的便利性,本发明工艺简单,容易操作,可用水或酒精直接稀释,环保性强。

按质量百分比称取去离子水、水性聚氨酯共聚物、水溶性丙烯酸树脂、气相二氧化硅、水性助剂、防腐剂、水性聚酯、抗刮剂、耐水剂、聚醚表面活性剂、聚醚消泡剂,将上述质量百分比物料依次投入混合、搅拌均匀,制得油料,对油料进行过滤得到防刮超哑油;
将哑油导入到涂布装置上,对产品进行涂布。
