Abstract

本发明属于润滑剂技术领域,具体涉及一种乳化型液压油组合物,本发明所述的组合物包括极压抗磨剂亚甲基双二硫代氨基甲酸酯或氨基硫代酯;分散剂中碱值合成磺酸钙;乳化剂三乙醇胺油酸皂;防锈剂石油磺酸钠和硼酸胺型水基防锈剂。针对于容易进水的设备,本发明所述的乳化型液压油组合物在进水后可继续正常使用,减少了油品的更换频次,可大大地降低生产成本。

一种乳化型液压油组合物
技术领域
本发明属于润滑剂技术领域,具体涉及一种乳化型液压油组合物。
背景技术
目前市场主流液压油产品为矿物油型和合成油型以及部分水基难燃型产品,其中绝大多数矿物油型和合成油型产品均对抗乳化性能提出具体要求,即设备在使用过程中进水后能够有效的将水分离,规避水对设备产生的腐蚀等影响。
但有些设备如混凝土泵车、冶金设备等在使用过程中,液压系统除了正常呼吸作用带入的水分,不可避免的与水产生接触,短期内导致设备液压油抗乳化性能急剧下降,油品被乳化,增加了换油频次和用油成本,并且给环境保护带来了巨大压力。为此针对此类特殊设备,需要设计一款乳化型的液压油产品,适应容易进水的设备。
以往解决容易进水设备用油要求的普遍方式是提高油品的抗乳化性能,但抗乳化剂的添加,对于提升油品的抗乳化性能有限,虽然能在一定程度上延长油品被乳化的时间,延长设备用油时间,但是不能从根本上解决油品更换频率和客户用油痛点。需要解决工作介质由液压油改为液压油乳化液过程中容易导致设备发热、生锈、腐蚀和磨损等问题。CN101880570A介绍了一种乳化性能优异的液压油添加剂组合物,仅是针对使用曼尼期胺代替传统清净剂来提升了抗乳化性能。CN105602677B介绍了一款液压油组合物,仅是提高了其抗乳化性能。但均未能解决油品乳化后能继续使用的问题,唯一的途径就是油品乳化后更换油品。
对于现有技术中存在的上述问题,急需一种进水后依然可以正常工作的液压油组合物。
发明内容
本发明提供一种乳化型液压油组合物,本发明所述的组合物包括:
极压抗磨剂亚甲基双二硫代氨基甲酸酯或氨基硫代酯;
分散剂中碱值合成磺酸钙;
乳化剂三乙醇胺油酸皂;
防锈剂石油磺酸钠和硼酸胺型水基防锈剂。
本发明发现,在制备液压油的过程中选择上述极压抗磨剂、分散剂、乳化剂和防锈剂,可使液压油使用过程中进入的水与液压油形成稳定的油包水型乳液,该乳液依旧具有较好的润滑作用且具有良好的防锈性能,可继续作为液压油使用,不需频繁地更换液压油。
优选的,上述组分的添加量为:

作为优选的操作方式,所述极压抗磨剂氨代硫酸酯为T323,购自于沈阳华伦或具备同种结构产品的其它国内外公司。
所述分散剂为中碱值合成磺酸钙T105,购自于无锡南方、锦州石化、锦州康泰等公司。
所述防锈剂为石油磺酸钠T702或硼酸胺型水基防锈剂RP 8713,购自于杭州炼油厂、玉门炼油化工总厂、成都新都石油添加剂厂、丹阳石油添加剂厂等公司
优选的,还包括:

通过添加上述组分,可保证液压油的基本性能和正常工作。
优选的,所述基础油为合成型基础油;合成型基础油的组分较为单一,可有效减少对油品中极性组分活性的影响。
进一步优选煤制基础油。
作为优选的实施方式,所述基础油为CTL 4、CTL 6和CTL 10中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基混合酚和噻二唑衍生物的混合物;
进一步优选的,所述2,6-二叔丁基混合酚和噻二唑衍生物的质量比为1:0.8~1.2,在此比例条件下,可充分发挥两者的协调效应,提高油品的使用寿命。
优选的,所述黏度指数改进剂为聚异丁烯。这种黏度指数改进剂具有较低的极性,可减少对油品中极性组分活性的影响,具有优异的热氧化安定性和剪切安定性。
作为优选的操作方式,所述黏度指数改进剂为聚异丁烯T603,可在美孚、路博润、巴斯夫和丹阳市天宇石油添加剂公司等厂家购买。
优选的,所述摩擦改进剂为苯三唑脂肪酸铵盐或二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼;该系列产品可进行协合效应达到最好的减磨效果,还能发挥出优异的防锈和抗氧等作用。
优选的,所述抗泡剂为复合型抗泡剂,可同时兼容油相和水相的应用要求。
作为优选的操作方式,所述抗泡剂为FOAM BAN HP740,购自于盟庆信。
优选的,所述降凝剂为酯型降凝剂。
作为优选的操作方式,所述降凝剂为酯型T809。
作为优选的方案,包括如下重量份的组分:

本发明所述的乳化型液压油组合物的制备可沿用常规技术手段,本发明对此不作特别限定。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
针对于容易进水的设备,本发明所述的乳化型液压油组合物在进水后可继续正常使用,减少了油品的更换频次,可大大地降低生产成本。
本发明所述的液压油对水的包容性强,可在进水量达到10%左右依然正常使用。

由实施例1~5的数据可以看出,液压油被水乳化后能够形成稳定的乳化液,并具有优异的防锈性能。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.一种乳化型液压油组合物,其特征在于,包括:
极压抗磨剂 亚甲基双二硫代氨基甲酸酯或氨基硫代酯;
分散剂 中碱值合成磺酸钙;
乳化剂 三乙醇胺油酸皂;
防锈剂 石油磺酸钠和硼酸胺型水基防锈剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳化型液压油组合物,其特征在于,上述组分的添加量为:

4.根据权利要求3所述的乳化型液压油组合物,其特征在于,所述基础油为合成型基础油;优选煤制基础油。
5.根据权利要求3所述的乳化型液压油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基混合酚和噻二唑衍生物的混合物;优选的,所述2,6-二叔丁基混合酚和噻二唑衍生物的质量比为1:0.8~1.2。
6.根据权利要求3所述的乳化型液压油组合物,其特征在于,所述黏度指数改进剂为聚异丁烯。
7.根据权利要求3所述的乳化型液压油组合物,其特征在于,所述摩擦改进剂为苯三唑脂肪酸铵盐或二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼。
8.根据权利要求3所述的乳化型液压油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂为复合型抗泡剂。
9.根据权利要求3所述的乳化型液压油组合物,其特征在于,所述降凝剂为酯型降凝剂。
