The vacuum state is maintained for 1-60 s. Then the third valve body is opened, gas enters the cooking space, the time for the gas to enter the cooking space is 1-60s, the pressure in the cooking space is changed from vacuum to normal pressure, the pressure maintaining time of the normal pressure is 1-60min, then the third valve body is closed, the first pump body vacuumizes the cooking space, the circulation is carried out in sequence, the food is cured in the vacuum fast mode for tasty, the pressure maintaining stage is finished, and the food vacuum curing tasty stage is finished.
Then cooking utensil gets into the stage of toasting, and first pipeline is opened to first valve body, and first heating device work, and first pump body is with air pump first heating device, and the air is heated the back, in the pot in through first pipeline transport, hot-air toasts food. After the baking stage is finished, the temperature of the first heating device is higher, the first pump body can be damaged by high-temperature air, and the first heating device needs to be cooled. The third valve body is closed, and the normal pressure is kept for 1-60 min. Then the third valve is closed, the first pump body vacuumizes the inner pot for 0.5-15min, and the second negative pressure is reached in the pot, and the vacuumizing is stopped. The vacuum state is maintained for 1-60 min. And then the third valve body is opened, the gas enters the inner pot for 1-60s, the negative pressure of the inner pot is changed into the normal pressure, and the pressure maintaining time of the normal pressure is 1-60 min. And then the third valve body is closed, the first pump body vacuumizes the inner pot, the circulation is carried out in sequence, after the pressure maintaining stage is finished, the food deoiling and degreasing are finished, and the cooking process is finished.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cooking appliance may further include an exhaust device disposed on the appliance body, wherein the exhaust device may be disposed on the lid, the exhaust device may allow the cooking space to be depressurized, and the exhaust device may include a third valve body. When the cooking utensil carries out vacuum pickling cooking, in the vacuum pickling stage, the control device controls the vacuum device and the exhaust device to enable the pressure in the cooking space to be changed between the third negative pressure and the first positive pressure alternately. When the cooking appliance performs vacuum deoiling cooking, the pressure in the cooking space can be changed between the fourth negative pressure and the second positive pressure alternately by controlling the vacuum device and the exhaust device.

Then the control device controls the third valve body to be opened, gas enters the inner pot for 1-60s, the inner pot becomes normal pressure, then the first pump body pumps gas into the inner pot for 0.5-10min, the normal pressure in the inner pot becomes second positive pressure, and the second positive pressure can be kept for 1-60 min. Then the third valve is opened to release pressure, the pressure release time can be 1-60s, the second positive pressure in the inner pot is changed into the normal pressure, then the third valve is closed, the first pump body vacuumizes the inner pot, the vacuumizing time is the fifth preset time (0.5-15min), the pressure in the inner pot reaches the fourth negative pressure, the vacuumizing is stopped, the vacuum state in the inner pot is kept for 1-60min, then the control device controls the third valve body to be opened, gas enters the inner pot, the gas enters the inner pot for 1-60s, the pressure in the inner pot is changed into the normal pressure, then the first pump body pumps gas into the inner pot, the gas pumping time can be 0.5-10min, the normal pressure in the inner pot is changed into the second positive pressure, the second positive pressure is kept for 1-60min, then the third valve body is opened to release pressure, the pressure release time can be 1-60s, the second positive pressure in the inner pot is changed into the normal pressure, then the third valve body is closed, the first pump body vacuumizes the inner pot, and the circulation is carried out in sequence. The pressure in the cooking space is in the process of alternating between the fourth negative pressure and the second positive pressure, so that the grease in the food can flow out of the food, and the grease content in the food can be further reduced.
Specifically, as an example, the control method of the cooking appliance described above includes the steps of:
s301, receiving a cooking instruction, and selecting a corresponding working gear of a cooking appliance by a user;

Therefore, according to the control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the cooking appliance cooks food, the cooking appliance firstly souses the food, so that the food is tasty, the cooked food is more fragrant, the taste of the food is further improved, and in the vacuum oil removal and degreasing stage, grease in the food is squeezed out, so that the oil removal effect of the food can be realized, and the body health of a user is facilitated.
According to the computer-readable storage medium of the embodiment of the present invention, a control program of a cooking appliance is stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements the control method of the cooking appliance of the above-described embodiment.
The computer-readable storage medium of the embodiment of the invention can realize the control method of the cooking appliance when a control program of the cooking appliance stored in the computer-readable storage medium is executed by a processor, so that the food is pickled by forming a vacuum negative pressure environment in a cooking space in a vacuum pickling stage, the food can be tasty, the cooked food is fragrant, the taste of the food can be improved, then the food is baked at high temperature in a baking stage, fat in the food is changed into grease with certain fluidity, and finally the grease with fluidity in the food is effectively extruded in the vacuum negative pressure environment in a vacuum degreasing stage, so that degreasing is realized, the degreasing effect of the food can be improved, and the control method is beneficial to the body health of a user.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, according to the cooking appliance of the embodiment of the invention, the cooking appliance includes an appliance body defining a cooking space to be suitable for cooking food, a vacuum device for evacuating the cooking space when the cooking space is closed to form negative pressure in the cooking space, and a heating device for heating air to generate hot air and inputting the hot air into the cooking space to bake the food to be cooked, wherein the cooking appliance further includes a memory, a processor, and a control program of the cooking appliance stored on the memory and operable on the processor, and when the processor executes the control program, the control method of the cooking appliance of the above-mentioned embodiment is implemented.
Therefore, the control program of the cooking appliance capable of being operated by the processor is stored through the memory, and when the processor executes the control program, the control method of the cooking appliance is realized, so that the vacuum negative pressure environment is formed in the cooking space in the vacuum pickling stage to pickle food, the food can be tasty, the cooked food is fragrant, the taste of the food can be improved, then in the baking stage, the food is baked at high temperature, the fat in the food is changed into grease with certain fluidity, and finally in the vacuum degreasing stage, the grease with fluidity in the food is effectively extruded in the vacuum negative pressure environment, the degreasing is realized, the degreasing effect of the food can be improved, and the control program is favorable for the body health of a user.

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
an appliance body defining a cooking space adapted to cook food;
the vacuum device is used for vacuumizing the cooking space when the cooking space is sealed so as to form negative pressure in the cooking space;
the heating device is used for heating air to generate hot air and inputting the hot air into the cooking space so as to bake food to be cooked;
control means for controlling the vacuum means and the heating means to cause the cooking appliance to perform at least one vacuum cooking before performing the broil cooking or after completing the broil cooking.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the vacuum device comprises a first pump body and a first valve body, wherein,
when the cooking appliance performs baking cooking, the control device controls the first valve body to be opened, controls the first pump body to work in a first mode so as to pump air to the heating device, and controls the heating device to work so as to input generated hot air to the cooking space.
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the control means controls the heating means to stop operating and controls the first valve body to open and controls the first pump body to operate in the second manner to evacuate the cooking space when the cooking appliance performs vacuum cooking.
4. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the control means controls the heating means to stop operating and controls the first valve body to open and controls the first pump body to operate in a first manner to cool the heating means by air before vacuum cooking is performed after the cooking appliance completes the bake cooking.
5. The cooking appliance of claim 1 wherein said vacuum means comprises a second pump body and a second valve body, and said heating means comprises a heater and a blower, wherein,
when the cooking appliance performs cooking by baking, the control device controls the second pump body and the second valve body to stop working, controls the fan to work to deliver air to the heating device, and controls the heater to work to input generated hot air to the cooking space.
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the control means controls the fan and the heater to stop operating and controls the second pump body and the second valve body to operate to evacuate the cooking space when the cooking appliance performs vacuum cooking.
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the control means controls the heater to be stopped and controls the fan to be operated to cool the heater by air before vacuum cooking is performed after the cooking appliance completes the bake cooking.
8. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the control means controls the vacuum means and the heating means so that the cooking appliance performs vacuum-pickling cooking, baking cooking and vacuum-deoiling cooking in sequence.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 8, further comprising an exhaust disposed on the appliance body, wherein,
the control device controls the vacuum device and the exhaust device to enable the pressure in the cooking space to be changed between a first negative pressure and a normal pressure alternately when the cooking appliance performs the vacuum pickling cooking;
when the cooking appliance performs the vacuum oil removal cooking, the control device controls the vacuum device and the exhaust device to enable the pressure in the cooking space to be changed between a second negative pressure and a normal pressure alternately.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 8, further comprising an exhaust disposed on the appliance body, wherein,
while the cooking appliance performs the vacuum-curing cooking, the control means alternately changes the pressure in the cooking space between a third negative pressure and a first positive pressure by controlling the vacuum means and the exhaust means;
when the cooking appliance performs the vacuum degreasing cooking, the control device controls the vacuum device and the exhaust device to enable the pressure in the cooking space to be changed between a fourth negative pressure and a second positive pressure in an alternating mode.
11. A control method of a cooking appliance, the cooking appliance comprising an appliance body defining a cooking space adapted to cook food, a vacuum device for evacuating the cooking space when the cooking space is closed to form a negative pressure in the cooking space, and a heating device for heating air to generate hot air and inputting the hot air into the cooking space to bake the food to be cooked, the control method comprising the steps of:
receiving a cooking instruction;
and controlling the vacuum device and the heating device according to the cooking instruction so that the cooking appliance performs at least one vacuum cooking before the baking cooking is performed or after the baking cooking is finished.
12. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 11, wherein the vacuum means includes a first pump body and a first valve body, wherein,
when the cooking appliance performs baking cooking, the first valve body is controlled to be opened, the first pump body is controlled to work in a first mode so as to pump air to the heating device, and the heating device is controlled to work so as to input generated hot air to the cooking space.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein when the cooking appliance performs vacuum cooking, the heating device is controlled to stop operating, the first valve is controlled to open, and the first pump is controlled to operate in the second manner to evacuate the cooking space.
14. The method of claim 12, wherein the cooking appliance further controls the heating device to stop operating and the first valve to open before vacuum cooking after the completion of the bake cooking, and controls the first pump to operate in a first manner to cool the heating device by air.
15. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 11, wherein the vacuum means includes a second pump body and a second valve body, and the heating means includes a heater and a blower, wherein,
when the cooking appliance performs baking cooking, the second pump body and the second valve body are controlled to stop working, the fan is controlled to work so as to convey air to the heating device, and the heater is controlled to work so as to input generated hot air to the cooking space.
16. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 15, wherein the fan and the heater are controlled to stop operating and the second pump and the second valve body are controlled to operate to evacuate the cooking space when the cooking appliance performs vacuum cooking.
17. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 15, wherein the cooking appliance further controls the heater to be stopped and the fan to be operated to cool the heater by air before vacuum cooking is performed after the completion of the bake cooking.
18. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 11 to 17, wherein controlling the vacuum means and the heating means to vacuum-cook the cooking appliance at least once before performing the broil cooking or after completing the broil cooking comprises:
the vacuum device and the heating device are controlled, so that the cooking appliance performs vacuum pickling cooking, baking cooking and vacuum deoiling cooking in sequence.
19. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 18, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises an exhaust device provided on the appliance body, wherein,
when the cooking appliance performs the vacuum pickling cooking, the pressure in the cooking space is changed between a first negative pressure and a normal pressure by controlling the vacuum device and the exhaust device;
when the cooking appliance performs the vacuum deoiling cooking, the pressure in the cooking space is changed between a second negative pressure and a normal pressure by controlling the vacuum device and the exhaust device.
20. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 18, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises an exhaust device provided on the appliance body, wherein,
while the cooking appliance performs the vacuum-curing cooking, alternately changing the pressure in the cooking space between a third negative pressure and a first positive pressure by controlling the vacuum device and the exhaust device;

21. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a control program of a cooking appliance is stored, which when executed by a processor implements a control method of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 11 to 20.

A cooking appliance comprising an appliance body defining a cooking space adapted to cook food, a vacuum device for evacuating the cooking space when the cooking space is closed to create a negative pressure in the cooking space, and a heating device for heating air to generate hot air and inputting the hot air into the cooking space to bake the food to be cooked, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a memory, a processor, and a control program for the cooking appliance stored in and executable on the memory, the processor, when executing the control program, implementing the control method of the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 11-20.
