equipment standing book module: the inventory data of the tools in the storeroom are recorded, and comprise the types of the tools and the inventory data of the tools;
the warehouse-in and warehouse-out recording module: the system is used for recording the information registered by the in-out warehouse registration module;
an in-out library management module: the system is used for storing information of workers capable of warehousing/ex-warehouse the tools and allowing time for warehousing/ex-warehouse the tools; the information of the staff comprises the serial numbers of the staff and the job levels of the staff, and the time for allowing the tools to be put in or taken out of the warehouse is different corresponding to the job levels of the staff;
an alarm information module: the system is used for giving an alarm prompt when one or more of a warehouse, an access control or a tool or device has an emergency, wherein the emergency comprises exceeding or low standard of temperature and humidity of the warehouse, water leakage of the warehouse, abnormal opening or closing time of a channel door, abnormal closing pressure of the channel door, lower quantity of the tool or device than a preparation threshold value and exceeding of smoke of the warehouse;
an alarm management module: the emergency information module is used for storing the information of the emergency to be alarmed by the alarm information module;
the storehouse state module: the system comprises a storage room, a storage room controller and a storage server, wherein the storage room is used for storing the state information of the storage room, which can be used for placing tools and instruments, and the state information of the storage room comprises the temperature and the humidity of the storage room and the water leakage state of the storage room;
temperature and humidity control module: controlling the temperature and humidity control equipment to perform corresponding actions through the temperature and humidity information acquired by the acquisition module;
a statistical analysis module: the system is used for counting and analyzing the information collected by the collection module so that the staff can visually see the relevant information of storehouses, tools and access controls in a period of time.
6. The intelligent safety tool management and control system based on RFID material warehousing and ex-warehousing of claim 1, wherein the RFID antennas are uniformly arranged on a warehousing and ex-warehousing channel along a transportation direction of the tool.

The intelligent safety tool management and control system based on RFID material warehousing and ex-warehousing of claim 2, wherein the door opening state monitoring sensor comprises a first pressure sensor arranged on the access door for determining opening/closing of the access door and an infrared sensor for measuring opening/closing time of the access door.
8. The system according to claim 2, wherein the hanging state sensor comprises a second pressure sensor connected with a hanging mechanism or a placing mechanism respectively, and the hanging structure and the placing mechanism are used for hanging and placing tools respectively.
9. The intelligent safety tool management and control system based on RFID material warehousing and ex-warehousing of claim 4, wherein the temperature and humidity control equipment comprises a temperature controller and a humidity controller.
10. The intelligent safety tool management and control system based on RFID material warehousing and ex-warehousing of claim 4, wherein the RFID tags are adhered to the tools and the worker boards of workers; and each of the RFID tags is independently encoded.
