背景技术
在用户操作这种测量仪器的过程中,可能会发生故障,导致偏离测量仪器的常规测量表现并且需要维护干预,通过所述维护干预恢复常规测量表现。传统上,维护技术人员对测量仪器进行调查,特别是使用特殊的软件维护工具,然后根据调查所确定的诊断来决定所需的维护干预类型。然而,这需要将测量仪器从用户位置运输到维护实体位置,反之亦然。原则上,可以执行远程维护而不是这种运输,但这将需要维护实体能够访问用户的数据处理系统,而这通常是用户所不希望的。即使用户接受这种访问,一个困难是这种测量仪器的测量程序通常需要几个小时尺度的运行时间。由于在测量程序运行期间的任何时间,测量表现的偏差都可能显现出来,这导致维护实体的观察周期同样长,无效时间也相应地长。

测量仪器的诊断测量程序可以使得它基本上对应于实际测量过程的测量程序,如果需要,具有促进错误检测的一个或多个附加项。还可以在测量仪器中提供多个诊断测量程序,这些程序在为诊断测量过程提供的虚构样本方面有所不同。例如,在热分析测量仪器的情况下,测量过程可以完全没有样品,在样品保持器上有空的样品保持器或空的测量坩埚。用户不详细参与诊断测量程序的设计。如果有多个这样的诊断测量程序可用,他只能在要调用的特定诊断测量程序之间进行选择。

Claims (8)
1.一种利用程控测量仪器来确定物体的可观测特性的方法,利用所述方法,能够通过分析评价在执行测量仪器中提供的测量程序期间检测的物体的测量值来确定所述特性,其特征在于,在测量仪器中提供了诊断测量程序,当所述诊断测量程序被调用时,它会请求用户设置测量仪器的至少一个操作条件;在满足该请求后,完全执行诊断测量程序,并存储与执行诊断测量程序相关联的数据,并使该数据准备好被远程传输到远程维护实体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所存储的数据包含在诊断测量程序的实施期间检测到的物体的测量值。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所存储的数据包含指定测量仪器的仪器数据。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,待由用户设置的操作条件与在执行诊断测量程序期间测量仪器的装置组件的状态有关。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,维护实体通过分析评价远程传输给它的数据来建立故障诊断。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,维护实体基于故障诊断定义对测量仪器的维护干预。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述测量仪器为:热分析仪;用于确定电化学特性的分析仪;用于滴定的熔点或滴点装置;用于紫外/可见光谱学的装置;密度计;或折光仪;或称重装置,诸如实验室天平或水分分析仪;或产品检验装置,诸如检重秤、用于X射线检测的金属探测器、目视检测装置或组合产品检测装置。
8.用于执行根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法的测量仪器,其具有:测量装置,其适于检测物体的测量值;控制装置,其适于根据控制装置中提供的测量程序控制所述测量装置的测量操作;以及分析评价装置,其适于根据在测量程序执行期间检测到的测量值来确定物体的可观测特性,其特征在于,控制装置适于根据在控制装置中提供的诊断测量程序来操作,当所述诊断测量程序被调用时,它会向用户请求设置测量仪器的至少一个操作条件;在满足所述请求后,完整地执行诊断测量程序,并存储与执行诊断测量程序相关联的数据,并使该数据准备好被远程传输到远程维护实体。
