背景技术

一个或多个所确定的宾客活动可包括与在夜晚限定的恒温器交互检测时间段期间发生的与对应宾客房间中的恒温器的交互次数相关的量度。一个或多个所确定的宾客活动可包括与在夜晚限定的运动检测时间段期间发生的由对应宾客房间中的运动传感器检测到的运动相关的量度。一个或多个所确定的宾客活动可包括与在夜晚限定的环境光线水平检测时间段期间发生的由对应宾客房间中的光传感器检测到的环境光线水平的变化相关的量度。一个或多个所确定的宾客活动可包括与在夜晚限定的噪声检测时间段期间发生的由对应宾客房间中的噪声检测器检测到的噪声相关的量度。在一些情况下,恒温器交互检测时间段、运动检测时间段、环境光线水平检测时间段和噪声检测时间段可各自包括2AM至3AM的时间段。在显示器上显示酒店的多个宾客房间中的两个或更多个宾客房间中的至少一些宾客房间的宾客睡眠质量分数,如在框116处所示。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于由酒店管理系统确定具有多个宾客房间的酒店的宾客房间的能量分数的方法,所述方法包括:
所述酒店管理系统识别与所述宾客房间相关联的两种或更多种节能条件,在所述两种或更多种节能条件下,当在不牺牲宾客舒适度的情况下控制所述宾客房间时,存在节能的机会;
所述酒店管理系统当检测到所述节能条件中的一种或多种节能条件时,以指定节能模式控制所述宾客房间,并且当未检测到所述节能条件的任一种节能条件时,以宾客舒适度模式控制所述宾客房间;以及
所述酒店管理系统至少部分地基于检测所述宾客房间的两种或更多种节能条件的可靠性的量度来确定所述宾客房间的能量分数,其中所述能量分数至少部分地表示在控制所述宾客房间时利用节能机会的能力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述两种或更多种节能条件中的一种节能条件包括未租用的宾客房间租用状态。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述酒店管理系统的物业管理系统识别所述宾客房间租用状态,并且其中表示与所述物业管理系统连接的可靠性的物业管理系统连接性参数至少部分地确定检测所述宾客房间的两种或更多种节能条件的可靠性的量度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述两种或更多种节能条件中的一种节能条件包括未占用的宾客房间占用状态。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述宾客房间的一个或多个传感器用于识别所述宾客房间占用状态,并且其中表示与所述宾客房间连接的可靠性的房间连接性参数至少部分地确定检测所述宾客房间的两种或更多种节能条件的可靠性的量度。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述宾客房间的一个或多个传感器用于识别所述宾客房间占用状态,并且其中表示所述宾客房间中占用检测的可靠性的占用检测参数至少部分地确定检测所述宾客房间的两种或更多种节能条件的可靠性的量度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述两种或更多种节能条件中的一种节能条件包括未租用的宾客房间租用状态,并且所述两种或更多种节能条件中的另一种节能条件包括未占用的宾客房间占用状态,其中:
当检测到被租用的宾客房间租用状态并且检测到未占用的宾客房间占用状态时,使用第一指定节能模式,所述第一指定节能模式与所述宾客舒适度模式偏差第一设定量;以及
当检测到未租用的宾客房间租用状态时,使用第二指定节能模式,所述第二指定节能模式与所述宾客舒适度模式偏差第二设定量,其中所述第二设定量大于所述第一设定量。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,所述方法还包括至少部分地基于所述第一设定量和/或所述第二设定量来确定所述宾客房间的能量分数。
9.一种用于确定具有多个宾客房间的酒店的宾客房间的能量分数的系统,所述系统包括:
酒店网络,所述多个宾客房间中的每个宾客房间能够操作地联接到所述酒店网络;和
服务器,所述服务器远离所述多个宾客房间,所述服务器被配置成:
经由包括酒店网络的一个或多个网络接收一个或多个房间连接性参数,所述一个或多个房间连接性参数提供到宾客房间的网络连接性的指示;
经由所述一个或多个网络接收物业管理系统连接性参数,所述物业管理系统连接性参数提供到所述酒店的物业管理系统的网络连接性的指示;
至少部分地基于所述一个或多个房间连接性参数和所述物业管理系统连接性参数来确定能量分数,其中所述能量分数至少部分地表示在控制所述宾客房间时利用节能机会的能力;以及
在显示器上显示所述能量分数。
10.根据权利要求9所述的系统,其中所述能量分数至少部分地基于与所述多个宾客房间中的每个宾客房间相关联的一个或多个房间连接性参数。
