Abstract
The invention discloses a dye composition for digital printing, and particularly relates to the field of digital printing, wherein the dye composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-50% of acid dye composition, 10-15% of composite cross-linking composition, 5-12% of composite dispersing composition, 3-5% of auxiliary agent composition and the balance of deionized water. According to the invention, through the mutual combination and final compounding of the composite crosslinking composition and the main crosslinking agent, the sub-crosslinking agent, the crosslinking assistant, the main dispersing agent and the auxiliary dispersing agent in the composite dispersing composition, the flowing and dissolving of the acid dye are promoted, so that the activity of dye molecules is improved, the interactive flowing of the solution during printing is facilitated, the attraction force is formed among a plurality of dye molecules after printing, the tension of the dye on the surface of the fabric is preliminarily improved, and meanwhile, through the matching use of the composite crosslinking composition, a net-shaped structure film can be formed among the dyes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of digital printing, in particular to a dye composition for digital printing.
Background
Digital printing is printing by using a digital technology, the digital printing technology is a high and new technology product which integrates mechanical and computer electronic information technologies and is gradually formed along with the continuous development of a computer technology, the appearance and the continuous perfection of the technology bring a brand new concept to the textile printing and dyeing industry, and the advanced production principle and means of the technology bring an unprecedented development opportunity to the textile printing and dyeing industry.
The production process of the printing is realized by various digital means such as: the method comprises the steps of inputting various digital patterns processed by scanning, digital photos, images or a computer into a computer, processing by a computer color separation printing system, directly spraying and printing various special dyes (active, dispersed and acidic main paints) on various fabrics or other media by a spraying and printing system through special software, and processing to obtain various required high-precision printed products on various textile fabrics, wherein the acid dye printing is one of the dyes, the traditional dye easily causes dye shedding after printing due to more and non-uniform particles in the dye during printing, and relative movement is easily generated among a plurality of dye molecules to cause printing errors, so that the dye composition for digital printing is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above defects in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a dye composition for digital printing, and the technical problems to be solved by the present invention are: the color fixing rate and the water washing resistance of the surface of the printed fabric are improved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the dye composition for digital printing comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-50% of acid dye composition, 10-15% of composite cross-linking composition, 5-12% of composite dispersing composition, 3-5% of auxiliary agent composition and the balance of deionized water;
the acid dye composition is as follows:
(1) 72% -82% of biological enzyme
(2) 12 to 22 percent of macromolecular compound with epoxy group;
the biological enzyme is one of pectinase, lipase, protease and cellulase;
the high molecular compound with the epoxy group is one of glycidyl ether epoxy resin, glycidyl ester epoxy resin, glycidyl amine epoxy resin, linear aliphatic epoxy resin and alicyclic epoxy resin;
the composite crosslinking composition is:
(1) 70 to 80 percent of main cross-linking agent
