Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a cleaning device for a steel outlet hole of an electric arc furnace, which aims at the problem that the cleaning device with a circular steel outlet hole cannot be applied to a wedge-shaped steel outlet hole, so that steel slag on the outer side of the wedge-shaped steel outlet hole is difficult to quickly clean when the wedge-shaped steel outlet hole is replaced in the electric arc furnace.
A cleaning device for a steel outlet hole of an electric arc furnace comprises a steel tapping groove seat, an adjusting mechanism and a purging mechanism; the adjusting mechanism is arranged in the tapping groove seat, and the purging mechanism is arranged in the adjusting mechanism;
the blowing mechanism consists of a fixed plate, a compressed air tank, an air pipe, an air control valve, a communicating pipe, a blowing pipe and a blowing pipe head; the air control valve is fixedly connected to the fixing plate; one end of the air pipe is communicated with the compressed air tank, and the other end of the air pipe is communicated with the air control valve; one end of the communicating pipe is communicated with the side wall of one end of the air control valve, and one end of the purging pipe is communicated with the other end of the communicating pipe; the purging pipe head is arranged at the other end of the purging pipe; in practical application, the blowing mechanism is arranged in the adjusting mechanism and can horizontally move in the steel tapping groove seat under the driving of the adjusting mechanism, and then the deep blowing effect on the steel tapping groove seat is achieved, wherein when air in the compressed air tank is discharged into the air control valve through the air pipe, the air control valve can adjust the air amount entering the communicating pipe in unit time, and therefore the purpose of adjusting the pressure of the air in the blowing pipe is achieved.
Preferably, the adjusting mechanism consists of a fixed seat, an inner hexagon bolt, a side plate, a push block, an air cylinder and a limiting block; the fixed seat is clamped at one end of the steel tapping groove seat; the side plates are arranged in two groups, and the two groups of side plates are fixedly connected to two sides of the fixed seat respectively; the inner hexagon bolts are in threaded connection with two ends of the fixed seat; the cylinder is fixedly connected in the fixed seat; the push block is connected between the side plates on the two sides in a sliding manner; the output end of the cylinder is fixedly connected to one side of the push block close to the cylinder; the limiting block is fixedly connected to the middle part of the side plate; starting the air cylinder, pushing the push block to slide on the side plate obliquely by the air cylinder, so that the push block can gradually contact the fixed plate and drive the fixed plate to slide transversely at the bottom end of the side plate when sliding from the top end to the bottom end of the side plate; when the push block slides to the bottom end of the side plate, the push block cannot slide continuously under the limiting action of the limiting block, and at the moment, the fixing plate reaches the tail end position.
Preferably, the fixed plate is arranged between the side plates on the two sides, and a return assembly is arranged at one end, far away from the air cylinder, of the fixed plate.
Preferably, the return assembly consists of a straight rod and a third spring; one end of the straight rod is fixedly connected to the fixing plate, and the other end of the straight rod is connected to the side plates on the two sides through a through hole; the third spring is sleeved on the straight rod, and one end of the third spring is fixedly connected to the fixing plate; when the third spring sleeved on the straight rod is contacted and compressed with the front end of the side plate, the third spring generates elastic potential energy, and when the cylinder contracts, the fixing plate can be driven to return to the initial position under the elastic potential energy of the third spring.

Preferably, a movable cavity is formed in the side wall of the communicating pipe, and a clamping block is movably connected in the movable cavity; the bottom of the movable cavity is fixedly connected with a first spring, and the other end of the first spring is fixedly connected to the bottom of the clamping block.

1. according to the invention, the blowing mechanism is arranged, air in the compressed air tank is sent to the blowing pipe through the air control valve by using the air pipe, and the steel slag cooled in the steel tapping groove seat is blown by using the blowing pipe, so that the cooled steel slag around the steel tapping groove seat can be quickly cleaned, the maintenance time is saved, and the steel-making efficiency is further improved; and through the fixture block arranged on the communicating pipe and the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove which are correspondingly arranged on the inner wall of the purging pipe, the fit length between the communicating pipe and the purging pipe can be adjusted, so that the purging device is suitable for tapping groove seats with different depths, and the purging effect is better in actual application.
2. According to the invention, by arranging the adjusting mechanism, when the purging mechanism is arranged in the steel tapping groove seat, the purging mechanism is fixedly connected to one end of the steel tapping groove seat by using the hexagon socket head cap screw, the push block is driven by the cylinder to move on the side plate, and further when the push block is driven by the cylinder to be contacted with the fixed plate, the purging mechanism fixed at one end of the fixed plate can be driven to horizontally move in the steel tapping groove seat in the continuous advancing process of the cylinder, so that the purging mechanism is adapted to the steel tapping groove seat with the wedge-shaped structure.

Referring to fig. 1-5, an electric arc furnace steel outlet hole cleaning device includes a steel outlet slot base 2, an adjusting mechanism and a purging mechanism 3; the adjusting mechanism is arranged in the tapping groove seat 2, and the blowing mechanism 3 is arranged in the adjusting mechanism;
the purging mechanism 3 consists of a fixing plate 36, a compressed air tank 1, an air pipe 11, an air control valve 12, a communicating pipe 121, a purging pipe 13 and a purging pipe head 133; the air control valve 12 is fixedly connected to the fixing plate 36; one end of the air pipe 11 is communicated with the compressed air tank 1, and the other end of the air pipe 11 is communicated with the air control valve 12; one end of the communication pipe 121 is communicated with the side wall of one end of the air control valve 12, and one end of the purge pipe 13 is communicated with the other end of the communication pipe 121; the purge stub 133 is provided at the other end of the purge pipe 13.
During operation, when the steel tapping bath seat 2 is purged, air in the compressed air tank 1 is introduced into the communicating pipe 121 through the air control valve 12 by the air pipe 11, and is introduced into the purging pipe 13 through the communicating pipe 121, so that cooled steel slag around the steel tapping bath seat 2 can be purged through the purging pipe head 133, when the steel tapping bath seat is actually applied, the purging mechanism 3 is arranged in the adjusting mechanism, can horizontally move in the steel tapping bath seat 2 under the driving of the adjusting mechanism, and further, the deep purging effect on the steel tapping bath seat 2 is realized, wherein when the air in the compressed air tank 1 is discharged into the air control valve 12 through the air pipe 11, the air control valve 12 can adjust the air amount entering the communicating pipe 121 in unit time, so that the pressure adjustment purpose of the air in the purging pipe 13 is realized; wherein the purge tip 133 is a hollow tube with an interior of 45 °.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting mechanism is composed of a fixed seat 31, an inner hexagon bolt 311, a side plate 32, a push block 33, a cylinder 34 and a limit block 35; the fixed seat 31 is clamped at one end of the steel tapping groove seat 2; two groups of side plates 32 are arranged, and the two groups of side plates 32 are respectively and fixedly connected to two sides of the fixed seat 31; the hexagon socket head cap screw 311 is connected with the two ends of the fixed seat 31 in a threaded manner; the cylinder 34 is fixedly connected in the fixed seat 31; the push block 33 is connected between the side plates 32 on the two sides in a sliding manner; the output end of the cylinder 34 is fixedly connected to one side of the push block 33 close to the cylinder 34; the limiting block 35 is fixedly connected to the middle of the side plate 32.
When the steel slag cooling device works, when cooling steel slag in the steel tapping groove seat 2 is swept, firstly, the adjusting mechanism and the sweeping mechanism 3 are clamped at one end, far away from an electric arc furnace, of the steel tapping groove seat 2 under the action of human, in order to further achieve the fixing effect of the fixing seat 31, and then when the adjusting mechanism is clamped at one end of the steel tapping groove seat 2, the fixing seat 31 is fixed at one end of the steel tapping groove seat 2 by using the hexagon socket head cap screw 311, then, the cylinder 34 is started, the push block 33 is pushed by the cylinder 34 to slide on the side plate 32 in an inclined manner, so that when the push block 33 slides from the top end to the bottom end of the side plate 32, the push block can gradually contact with the fixing plate 36 and drive the fixing plate 36 to slide transversely at the bottom end of the side plate 32; when the pushing block 33 slides to the bottom end of the side plate 32, the pushing block is limited by the limiting block 35 and cannot slide continuously, and at this time, the fixing plate 36 reaches the end position.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the fixing plate 36 is disposed between the two side plates 32, and a return assembly is disposed at an end of the fixing plate 36 away from the cylinder 34.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the return assembly is composed of a straight rod 37 and a third spring 38; one end of the straight rod 37 is fixedly connected to the fixing plate 36, and the other end of the straight rod 37 is connected to the side plates 32 on the two sides through a through hole; the third spring 38 is sleeved on the straight rod 37, and one end of the third spring 38 is fixedly connected to the fixing plate 36.
When the fixing plate 36 is pushed by the pushing block 33 to horizontally move across the bottom ends of the side plates 32, the straight rod 37 arranged at the front end slides the through hole at the front ends of the side plates 32 at the two sides, and when the third spring 38 sleeved on the straight rod 37 contacts and compresses the front ends of the side plates 32, the third spring 38 generates elastic potential energy, and when the cylinder 34 contracts, the fixing plate 36 can be driven to return to the initial position under the elastic potential energy of the third spring 38.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a third sliding slot 321 is formed in the side plate 32 at a position corresponding to the pushing block 33, and a second spring 322 is fixed to an end of the third sliding slot 321 away from the cylinder 34.
In an embodiment of the present invention, two ends of the pushing block 33 are slidably connected to the third sliding grooves 321 on two sides, respectively, and the other end of the second spring 322 is fixed to the pushing block 33.
When the pneumatic pushing device works, when the air cylinder 34 acts, the output end of the pneumatic pushing device drives the pushing block 33 to slide obliquely on the side plates 32 on the two sides, the two ends of the pushing block 33 are provided with the connecting blocks, the connecting blocks slide in the third sliding grooves 321, when the air cylinder 34 pushes the pushing block 33, the connecting blocks drive the pushing block 33 to slide obliquely in the third sliding grooves 321, and the second spring 322 is extruded in the sliding process, so that the second spring 322 is extruded to generate elastic potential energy, and when the air cylinder 34 contracts, the second spring 322 drives the pushing block 33 to return to the initial position by using the generated elastic potential energy.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a movable cavity 122 is disposed on a side wall of the communication pipe 121, and a fixture block 123 is movably connected in the movable cavity 122; a first spring 124 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the movable cavity 122, and the other end of the first spring 124 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the latch 123.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a first sliding chute 131 and four sets of second sliding chutes 132 are formed in the purging tube 13; four sets of No. two spout 132 equidistance are arranged in the inner wall of sweeping pipe 13, just No. one spout 131 all communicates with four sets of No. two spout 132.
During operation, when the communicating pipe 121 is fitted and connected in the purging pipe 13, the fixture block 123 arranged inside the communicating pipe 121 can be manually driven to slide in the first sliding groove 131 in the purging pipe 13, and when the communicating pipe moves to a proper position, the purging pipe 13 is manually rotated, so that the fixture block 123 located at the fixed position of the communicating pipe 121 can slide in the second sliding groove 132 and be clamped on the inner wall of the purging pipe 13 when the fixture block slides to the tail end of the second sliding groove 132; the tail end of the second sliding groove 132 on the purging pipe 13 is provided with a clamping groove, and when the clamping block 123 slides to the tail end of the second sliding groove 132, the clamping block can be clamped in the clamping groove, so that the purging pipe 13 and the communicating pipe 121 are fixed.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the latch 123 is slidably connected in the first sliding slot 131 and the second sliding slot 132; the first sliding groove 131 is of a rectangular structure, and the second sliding groove 132 is of an arc structure.

The working principle is as follows: the tapping hole of the traditional electric arc furnace is generally of a circular structure, and when tapping hole cleaning equipment aiming at the circular structure on the market is applied to the tapping trough seat 2 of the wedge-shaped structure, the cleaning effect on the tapping trough seat 2 cannot be exerted, so that the adaptability of the equipment is poor, the cleaning effect on the tapping trough seat 2 is poor, and the production efficiency of a steel plant is influenced;
when the device is used, firstly, the adjusting mechanism and the purging mechanism 3 are clamped at one end, far away from an electric arc furnace, of the steel tapping groove seat 2 under the action of human beings, in order to further realize the fixing effect on the fixing seat 31, when the adjusting mechanism is clamped at one end of the steel tapping groove seat 2, the fixing seat 31 needs to be fixed at one end of the steel tapping groove seat 2 by using the hexagon socket head cap screw 311, then the cylinder 34 is started, the push block 33 is pushed by the cylinder 34 to slide obliquely on the side plate 32, and therefore when the push block 33 slides from the top end to the bottom end of the side plate 32, the push block can gradually contact with the fixing plate 36 and drive the fixing plate 36 to slide transversely at the bottom end of the side plate 32; when the fixed plate 36 is pushed by the push block 33 to horizontally move at the bottom end of the side plate 32, the straight rod 37 arranged at the front end slides the through hole at the front end of the side plate 32 at two sides, and when the third spring 38 sleeved on the straight rod 37 is contacted with and compressed at the front end of the side plate 32, the third spring 38 generates elastic potential energy, and when the cylinder 34 contracts, the fixed plate 36 can be driven to return to the initial position under the elastic potential energy of the third spring 38; when the push block 33 slides to the bottom end of the side plate 32, the push block cannot slide continuously under the limiting action of the limiting block 35, and at the moment, the fixing plate 36 reaches the tail end position, so that the purging pipe 13 can go deep into the steel tapping groove seat 2, and further the deep cleaning effect on the steel tapping groove seat 2 is realized;
when the purging pipe 13 works, air in the compressed air tank 1 is introduced into the communicating pipe 121 through the air control valve 12 by the air pipe 11 and is introduced into the purging pipe 13 through the communicating pipe 121, so that cooling steel slag around the steel tapping bath seat 2 can be purged through the purging pipe head 133, in practical application, the purging mechanism 3 is arranged in the adjusting mechanism and can horizontally move in the steel tapping bath seat 2 under the driving of the adjusting mechanism, and further the deep purging effect on the steel tapping bath seat 2 is realized, wherein when the air in the compressed air tank 1 is discharged into the air control valve 12 by the air pipe 11, the air control valve 12 can adjust the air amount entering the communicating pipe 121 per unit time, so that the purpose of adjusting the pressure of the air in the purging pipe 13 is realized; compared with the traditional purging mechanism 3 pushed by a lifting and contracting rod, the purging mechanism 3 driven by the adjusting mechanism can be more suitable for the steel tapping groove seat 2 with a wedge-shaped structure.
