Abstract

本发明提供了一种水泥基抗渗防腐多层涂料及其应用,涉及建筑材料加工技术领域。本发明的水泥基抗渗防腐多层涂料为底中面三层结构,其中底漆由有机硅乳液和小分子环氧乳液组成,具有很好渗透作用和对基层的固结加强作用,中间漆为新型聚合物水泥防水涂料,由乳液组分和粉料组分两组分构成,提高了材料的防腐性能和抗渗性能,面层采用双组分水性氟碳涂料,可以强化体系的耐化学品性能和防腐蚀性能,三层结合得到了一种无毒无味,环境友好,施工难度低,且具备良好的防水抗渗和防腐功能的水泥基抗渗防腐多层涂料。

Description

一种水泥基抗渗防腐多层涂料及其应用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种水泥基抗渗防腐多层涂料及其应用方法。
背景技术
目前,现有生活污水及垃圾废水处理方法中需要用到大量酸性或碱性化学物质,导致生活污水及垃圾废水处理池极易被腐蚀,出现渗漏问题,造成二次污染。因此,需要对生活污水及垃圾废水处理池进行抗渗防腐处理。现有生活污水及垃圾废水处理池抗渗防腐工艺主要为以下两种:
(1)采用1.5mm水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料防水层,环氧封闭底漆和250μm环氧玻璃鳞片涂层进行防腐;
(2)采用四道环氧煤沥青防腐(两底两面,涂层总厚度不小于300μm)。
但水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的最适宜施工方式为人工批刮,施工效率低,且会因基面不平整和工人施工能力的问题,出现厚度不统一、表面不平整等缺陷,影响最终防腐效果,环氧封闭底漆、环氧玻璃鳞片涂层、环氧煤沥青防腐均为溶剂型涂料,具有易燃易爆的危险,且涂料气味极大、VOC含量高,存在对人体有害物质,在密闭空间作业易导致事故发生。由此可见,现有技术中的抗渗防腐普遍存在涂料气味大,施工难度高,施工效率低,耗时长,耗费人工较多,不环保等缺点,且污水池和垃圾废水处理池均处于地下密闭空间中,通风不良,如果施工材料有毒、可燃,极易发生人员中毒和火灾事故。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种水泥基抗渗防腐多层涂料,包括底漆、中间漆和面漆三层结构;
进一步地,所述底漆具有加固基材,提升基材表面强度,提升后续涂层的粘结强度的作用,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
有机硅乳液5%~30%,
环氧乳液60%~85%,
消泡剂0.1%~0.3%,
杀菌剂0.1%~0.5%,
去离子水0~15%,
以上原料质量百分数之和为100%;
进一步地,所述中间漆具有填充基面,提供抗渗防腐功能的作用,包括乳液组分A和粉料组分B;
进一步地,所述乳液组分A包括以下重量百分比的原料:
聚丙烯酸酯乳液70%~90%,
消泡剂0.1%~0.3%,
去离子水5~30%,
以上原料质量百分数之和为100%;
进一步地,所述粉料组分B包括以下重量百分比的原料:
粉煤灰水泥20%~50%,
二氧化硅超细粉5%~15%,
灰钙粉20%~40%,
滑石粉10%~40%,
木质纤维素0.2%~0.6%,
HPMC0~0.5%,
以上原料质量百分数之和为100%;
进一步地,所述乳液组分A和粉料组分B的重量比为1:1.5~2;
进一步地,所述面漆为双组分水性氟碳涂料,具有优异的防腐性能和耐化学品性能,包括面漆A组分和面漆B组分;
所述面漆A组分包括以下重量百分比的原料:
水性氟碳乳液40%~70%,
钛白浆10%~25%,
水性石墨烯分散浆2%~12%,
硫酸钡15%~35%,
消泡剂0.1%~0.4%,
润湿分散剂0.3%~0.8%,
杀菌剂0.1%~0.5%,
PH值调节剂0.1%~0.5%,
去离子水5~15%,
聚氨酯类增稠剂0.2%~0.8%,
以上原料质量百分数之和为100%;
进一步地,所述面漆B组分为固含量80%的水性HDI固化剂;
进一步地,所述面漆A组分:与面漆B组分的重量比为6~8:1。
本发明还提供了所述水泥基抗渗防腐多层涂料的应用方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)检查基面并清洗表面杂质;
(2)喷涂底漆:采用有气喷涂或高压无气喷涂的方式进行涂装,涂层厚度为20~50μm;
(4)喷涂中间漆:采用高压无气喷涂,涂层厚度为200~500μm;
(5)喷涂完成后检查是否存在缺陷并修补;
(6)喷涂第二道中间漆:采用高压无气喷涂,涂层厚度为200~500μm;
(7)喷涂一至二道面漆:采用有气喷涂或高压无气喷涂的方式进行涂装,涂层厚度为100~400μm;
(8)质量检查及验收。
本发明采用底中面三层结构,其中底漆由有机硅乳液和小分子环氧乳液组成,具有很好渗透作用和对基层的固结加强作用。本发明利用有机硅分子的高渗透性,可以深入渗透进混凝土中1~3毫米,有效封闭混凝土的毛细管,降低其吸水率,利用环氧乳液的渗透性和出色的附着力和与其他树脂的兼容性,可以强化混凝土表面的强度和增强后续涂层的粘结强度。通过调整原料的组成,本发明的底漆既可以封闭混凝土本身存在的毛细管,大大减小混凝土的渗水性,同时又能够利用环氧树脂良好的附着能力和渗透性,强化基层的强度,并增加后续涂层对基材的附着力;
本发明的中间漆为新型聚合物水泥防水涂料,由乳液组分和粉料组分两组分构成,乳液为聚丙烯酸酯乳液,粉料为粉煤灰水泥和二氧化硅超细粉、灰钙粉、滑石粉和助剂等构成,本发明以粉煤灰水泥代替了现有技术中常用的普通硅酸盐水泥,提高了材料的防腐性能和抗渗性能,同时利用二氧化硅超细粉改性聚合物防水涂料,结合聚灰比(P/C)的优化调整,使涂料兼顾了水泥材料耐久性好以及聚合物高强高韧的特点,也具有极好的抗渗性能和耐腐蚀性、无毒无味等优点,特别适合于长期水下环境的防腐要求;
本发明的面层采用双组分水性氟碳涂料,其是以水性氟碳树脂、耐候颜料及非泛黄异氰酸酯固化剂组成的耐候型双组分水性高性能环保涂料,具有出色的耐久性、易施工性、易清洁及长期优异的保光、保色性能,漆膜坚韧耐磨、防水防霉、耐酸耐碱,用它作为面漆可以强化体系的耐化学品性能和防腐蚀性能,使整个体系能满足在苛刻环境下的使用要求。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益技术效果:
(1)本发明的水泥基抗渗防腐多层涂料无毒无味,环境友好,施工难度低,且具备良好的防水抗渗和防腐功能,能够根据不同的设计要求进行喷涂,涂层总厚度为0.4~1.2mm时即可完全满足水处理过程对涂层性能的要求;
(2)本发明的水泥基抗渗防腐多层涂料可在基面潮湿状态下施工,施工效率高,施工效果好,能够确保施工过程的顺利完成。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行进一步说明。
实施例1
一种水泥基抗渗防腐多层涂料,包括底漆、中间漆和面漆三层结构;
所述底漆具有加固基材,提升基材表面强度,提升后续涂层的粘结强度的作用,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
有机硅乳液6%,
环氧乳液80%,
消泡剂0.2%,
杀菌剂0.2%,
去离子水13.6%,
以上原料质量百分数之和为100%;
所述中间漆具有填充基面,提供抗渗防腐功能的作用,包括乳液组分A和粉料组分B;
所述乳液组分A包括以下重量百分比的原料:
聚丙烯酸酯乳液90%,
消泡剂0.2%,
去离子水9.8%,
以上原料质量百分数之和为100%;
所述粉料组分B包括以下重量百分比的原料:
粉煤灰水泥40%,
二氧化硅超细粉5.5%,
灰钙粉34%,
滑石粉20%,
木质纤维素0.3%,
HPMC0.2%,

所述乳液组分A和粉料组分B的重量比为1:1.5;

将上述多层涂料应用于污水和垃圾废水处理池抗渗防腐,具体方法如下:
(1)检查基面并清洗表面杂质;
(2)喷涂底漆:采用有气喷涂或高压无气喷涂的方式进行涂装,涂层厚度为20μm;
(4)喷涂中间漆:采用高压无气喷涂,涂层厚度为200μm;
(5)喷涂完成后检查是否存在缺陷并修补;
(6)喷涂第二道中间漆:采用高压无气喷涂,涂层厚度为200μm;
(7)喷涂一至二道面漆:采用有气喷涂或高压无气喷涂的方式进行涂装,涂层厚度为100μm;
(8)质量检查及验收。
对上述防腐材料的综合性能进行观察,结果如下:
