Description

Biological stimulin type liquid fertilizer containing double-effect slow-release nitrogen and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fertilizers, in particular to a biostimulant composition containing double-effect slow-release nitrogen and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The nitrogen fertilizer is a fertilizer variety with the largest demand in agricultural production, and common ammonium nitrogen fertilizer, nitrate nitrogen fertilizer and amide nitrogen fertilizer are available. After different chemical nitrogen fertilizers are applied to the soil, respectively using NH 4 + 、NO 3 - Or the urea molecules exist in the soil in a form ready for the absorption and utilization of plants. However, nitrogen is relatively active, and after being applied to soil, part of nitrogen is volatilized by ammonia and nitreLoss of nitrogen leaching, denitrification and the like. Therefore, the conditions of excessive nitrogen fertilizer consumption and low utilization rate generally exist in agricultural production.
The urea-formaldehyde slow-release liquid fertilizer is obtained based on the reaction between urea, formaldehyde and ammonia. Such urea-formaldehyde fertilizers are prepared to provide a more controlled release of the nitrogen source, thereby allowing the release of nitrogen from the fertilizer to more closely match the nitrogen demand of the plant growth, and to reduce the nitrogen loss associated with the rapid release of the nitrogen source (e.g., urea, UAN solution). Patent WO0216458A2 discloses a controlled release urea formaldehyde liquid resin which is useful as a fertilizer, contains at least 50% controlled release nitrogen, and provides stable phosphate, potassium salts. The technical scheme has the problems that the influence factor caused by process fluctuation is large, and the solution stability is only 2 months. Patent US6306194 discloses a controlled release liquid urea formaldehyde fertilizer with a nitrogen content of at least 31% and a process for its manufacture. The technical scheme has the problem of higher nitrogen concentration, but the slow release effect is poorer.
Aiming at the prior art, when the liquid slow-release nitrogen fertilizer pursues high solid content to maximize the total nitrogen value, the liquid nitrogen fertilizer has the problems of stability, poor slow-release effect and toxic hazard to plants caused by rapid nitrogen release in the early stage. The medium trace elements and the biostimulant can play a role in high-efficiency biological nitrogen activation, can activate the activity of a key enzyme glutamine synthetase in the nitrogen circulation process of plants, promote root growth and chlorophyll synthesis and improve the quality and yield of crops. If the content of the medium and trace element-containing substances is too high, the water content in the system is less, the medium and trace elements cannot be completely dissolved, and solids are separated out from the product; if the content of the medium and trace element substances is too low, the growth requirement of the plants on the medium and trace elements can not be met. In another aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a method for preparing the biostimulant composition containing dual effect sustained release nitrogen of the above embodiments.
First, according to an embodiment of the present invention, after mixing a nitrogen source and ammonia water, a polymeric aldehyde substance is added to the resultant mixture, and then a reaction is performed to obtain a first mixture.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the pH of the first mixed material is adjusted to 8 to 11. In this step, the pH of the first mixed material may be adjusted to 8 to 11 using an alkaline compound and/or ammonia water, so as to maintain the system in an alkaline condition, avoid the presence of hydrogen ions, and prevent the product from solidifying.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the reaction is carried out at 70 to 120 ℃ for 0.5 to 6 hours. Specifically, the reaction temperature can be 70 ℃, 80 ℃, 90 ℃, 100 ℃, 110 ℃, 120 ℃ and the like, and the reaction time can be 0.5h, 1h, 2h, 3h, 4h, 5h, 6h and the like. If the reaction temperature is too high or the reaction time is too long, the product may be over-polymerized, resulting in solid precipitation of the product; if the reaction temperature is too low or the reaction time is too short, the reaction may be incomplete, resulting in precipitation of unreacted raw materials after cooling.
According to some embodiments of the invention, after the reaction is completed, the temperature of the first mixed material is reduced to 40-60 ℃. The polymerization reaction can be stopped after the temperature is reduced, and the generation of precipitate caused by excessive polymerization is avoided.
Further, thiosulfate, biological stimulin, medium and trace element-containing substances and auxiliaries are added into the first mixed material, so that the double-effect slow-release nitrogen-containing biological stimulin composition is obtained.
Further, according to some embodiments of the present invention, after the above reaction is completed, it is preferable to add the aldehyde polymerization inhibitor to the first mixed material, and then add the other components. Thus, the progress of the polymerization reaction in the mixed material can be prevented to some extent, and the generation of solids can be prevented.
In addition, it should be noted that all the features and advantages described above for the biostimulant composition product containing dual effect sustained release nitrogen are also applicable to the method for preparing the biostimulant composition containing dual effect sustained release nitrogen, and are not described in detail herein.
