技术领域
本发明涉及面料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种抗静电耐磨面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
当前,随着社会的发展和进步,人们对面料产品的质量和性能要求也越来越高。尤其在面料的耐磨性和和抗静电性能方面,越来越受到人们的重视。
目前,也有部分专利公开了一些抗静电和提高面料耐磨性方面的技术公开,例如:申请号为CN202010257898.6的中国专利公开了一种抗静电面料的制备方法,主要通过涤纶长丝、不锈钢纤维、碳黑导电纤维和防静电合成纤维进行抗静电处理和混纺,形成具有抗静电效果的面料。但是,该专利并没有针对面料的耐磨性方面进行改进和设计。申请号为CN201110382419.4的中国专利公开了一种高弹性耐磨面料,该面料的经纱采用锦纶66与氨纶的混纺纱线条,纬纱为天然棉和涤纶的混纺纱线条,两种线条混纺为斜纹面料,以此提高面料的弹性及耐磨性,但是该面料并没有在抗静电方面做出技术改进,且面料的耐磨性方面也还需进一步加强。
因此,基于上述,本申请提供一种抗静电耐磨面料及其制备方法,通过对面料结构以及面料材质、面料制备工艺的合理改进设计,有效解决现有面料存在的不足和缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于:针对目前存在的上述问题,提供一种抗静电耐磨面料及其制备方法,通过对面料结构以及面料材质、面料制备工艺的合理改进设计,有效解决现有面料存在的不足和缺陷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种抗静电耐磨面料,从外向内依次包括耐磨层、抗拉层、抗静电层、防辐射层、抗菌层以及保暖层;所述耐磨层为经纬梭织工艺制备面料,经纱为锦纶纤维、聚酯纤维以及竹炭纤维混纺而成的线条,纬纱为蚕丝、棉纤维和聚丙烯纤维的混纺纱线条,所述耐磨层为斜纹面料层;所述抗拉层为平纹面料层,抗拉层的经纱线为亚麻纤维、棉纤维以及锦纶纤维混纺而成的线条,纬纱线为香蕉纤维、甲壳素纤维以及涤纶纤维混纺而成的线条;所述耐磨层和抗拉层之间采用针织方式缝合为一体;所述抗静电层为抗静电丝、聚酯纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成的平纹面料;所述防辐射层为金属纤维丝、银纤维以及蚕丝混纺而成的面料层;所述抗菌层为香蕉纤维、亚麻纤维、竹炭纤维以及纳米银抗菌纤维混纺而成的面料层,该面料层经过抗菌染整工艺处理;所述保暖层为棉纤维、甲壳素纤维以及储热调温纤维混纺而成的面料层。
如上所述的一种抗静电耐磨面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:选料:选取经纱为锦纶纤维、聚酯纤维、竹炭纤维、蚕丝、棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维、亚麻纤维、香蕉纤维、甲壳素纤维、涤纶纤维、抗静电丝、金属纤维丝、银纤维、纳米银抗菌纤维、储热调温纤维以及用于缝制固定面料层的丝线;
步骤2:耐磨层制备:将锦纶纤维、聚酯纤维以及竹炭纤维混纺成经纱线条;蚕丝、棉纤维和聚丙烯纤维的混纺而成纬纱线条;上述经纱线条和纬纱线条梭织形成斜纹面;
步骤3:抗拉层制备:将亚麻纤维、棉纤维以及锦纶纤维混纺形成抗拉层的经纱线,纬纱线则通过香蕉纤维、甲壳素纤维以及涤纶纤维混纺而成;将经纱线和纬纱线通过梭织工艺形成平纹面料;
步骤4:抗静电处理:将抗静电丝、聚酯纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成平纹面料,其中,抗静电丝所占质量比例为80%,聚酯纤维和涤纶纤维所占质量比例分别为10%;所述抗静电丝为防静电合成纤维,将抗静电丝、聚酯纤维以及涤纶纤维分成若干束进行拉展,每束丝线的线条数量为30~40根,保证每根丝线之间不相互缠绕,互相分离;拉展之后的丝线采用镀银工艺在其表面镀一层银离子纳米颗粒,用80~100℃的热水浸泡20~30min之后进行烘干,形成抗静电层所需的纤维材料;最后将烘干之后的纤维进行混纺,形成抗静电层;
步骤5:将所述耐磨层、抗拉层、抗静电层、防辐射层、抗菌层以及保暖层从外到内依次固定缝制为一体;所述耐磨层和抗拉层之间通过缝制丝线穿过经纱线缝合为一个整体;缝制丝线在耐磨层和抗拉层上的相邻穿针位置之间的距离为2mm~3mm;缝制丝线穿过耐磨层的下表面经线和抗拉层的上表面经线进行缝制。
需要说明的是,所述的耐磨层和抗拉层采用缝制丝线,穿过并且绕过耐磨层的底部经线以及抗拉层的上表面经线进行缝制,让缝制的痕迹不会在面料的表层明显出现,形成一种“隐形”的缝制效果;同时,这种缝制方式,能够让两层面料之间牢固缝制,形成一体化的缝制效果。在具体缝制的时候,

优选的,所述保暖层中,棉纤维、甲壳素纤维以及储热调温纤维的质量占比分别为55%、15%以及30%。保暖层采用棉纤维、甲壳素纤维以及储热调温纤维进行混纺,相比于传统的棉纤维保暖面料来说,本申请的保暖层增强了面料的储热效果,其储热保暖作用会得到更好的改善,保暖效果更为优异。
在步骤5中,所述抗拉层、抗静电层、防辐射层、抗菌层以及保暖层首先通过缝制丝线进行固定缝制,最后再对耐磨层与抗拉层进行缝制。设定此顺序的目的,主要为了将内部各层之间采用缝制丝线进行固定缝制,其缝制的线条痕迹可以出现在面料的外表面。当耐磨层与抗拉层之间进行缝制时,便需要采用步骤5的缝制方式,形成“隐形”缝制,让面料外观看起来给人一种如同直接粘贴上去的效果,缝制的线条可以采用涤纶或者锦纶线。
需要进一步说明的是,发明人在具体实践和研究中发现,在纤维表面浸镀一层纳米银颗粒,并经过高温水浸泡处理之后,其同样具备较好的抗静电效果。该工艺与传统的防静电液浸泡工艺完全不同,而抗静电效果方面具备异曲同工之妙。
此外,本申请为了提高和完善面料的功能性,通过防辐射层以及抗菌层的设计,进一步有效提高了面料的防辐射效果和抗菌效果。通过
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
一方面,本申请的面料不仅耐磨效果较好,而且通过耐磨层和抗拉层的双重设计,相比于传统耐磨面料来说,其耐磨性得到了进一步提升;同时,耐磨层与抗拉层的缝制方式,有效避免缝制的针线痕迹,并且保证面料之间缝制的牢固性。
另一方面,本申请的面料具备较好的抗静电效果、防辐射效果以及抗菌效果,提高了面料的综合性能,具有较好的实用价值及推广价值。

一种抗静电耐磨面料,从外向内依次包括耐磨层1、抗拉层2、抗静电层3、防辐射层4、抗菌层5以及保暖层6;所述耐磨层1为经纬梭织工艺制备面料,经纱为锦纶纤维11、聚酯纤维12以及竹炭纤维13混纺而成的线条,纬纱为蚕丝14、棉纤维15和聚丙烯纤维16的混纺纱线条,所述耐磨层1为斜纹面料层;所述抗拉层2为平纹面料层,抗拉层2的经纱线为亚麻纤维22、棉纤维15以及锦纶纤维11混纺而成的线条,纬纱线为香蕉纤维23、甲壳素纤维24以及涤纶纤维25混纺而成的线条;所述耐磨层1和抗拉层2之间采用针织方式缝合为一体;所述抗静电层3为抗静电丝、聚酯纤维12和涤纶纤维25混纺而成的平纹面料;所述防辐射层4为金属纤维丝、银纤维以及蚕丝14混纺而成的面料层;所述抗菌层5为香蕉纤维23、亚麻纤维22、竹炭纤维13以及纳米银抗菌纤维混纺而成的面料层,该面料层经过抗菌染整工艺处理;所述保暖层6为棉纤维15、甲壳素纤维24以及储热调温纤维混纺而成的面料层。
如上所述的一种抗静电耐磨面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:选料:选取经纱为锦纶纤维11、聚酯纤维12、竹炭纤维13、蚕丝14、棉纤维15、聚丙烯纤维16、亚麻纤维22、香蕉纤维23、甲壳素纤维24、涤纶纤维25、抗静电丝、金属纤维丝、银纤维、纳米银抗菌纤维、储热调温纤维以及用于缝制固定面料层的丝线;
步骤2:耐磨层1制备:将锦纶纤维11、聚酯纤维12以及竹炭纤维13混纺成经纱线条;蚕丝14、棉纤维15和聚丙烯纤维16的混纺而成纬纱线条;上述经纱线条和纬纱线条梭织形成斜纹面;
步骤3:抗拉层2制备:将亚麻纤维22、棉纤维15以及锦纶纤维11混纺形成抗拉层2的经纱线,纬纱线则通过香蕉纤维23、甲壳素纤维24以及涤纶纤维25混纺而成;将经纱线和纬纱线通过梭织工艺形成平纹面料;
步骤4:抗静电处理:将抗静电丝、聚酯纤维12和涤纶纤维25混纺而成平纹面料,其中,抗静电丝所占质量比例为80%,聚酯纤维12和涤纶纤维25所占质量比例分别为10%;所述抗静电丝为防静电合成纤维,将抗静电丝、聚酯纤维12以及涤纶纤维25分成若干束进行拉展,每束丝线的线条数量为30~40根,保证每根丝线之间不相互缠绕,互相分离;拉展之后的丝线采用镀银工艺在其表面镀一层银离子纳米颗粒,用80~100℃的热水浸泡20~30min之后进行烘干,形成抗静电层3所需的纤维材料;最后将烘干之后的纤维进行混纺,形成抗静电层3;
步骤5:将所述耐磨层1、抗拉层2、抗静电层3、防辐射层4、抗菌层5以及保暖层6从外到内依次固定缝制为一体;所述耐磨层1和抗拉层2之间通过缝制丝线穿过经纱线缝合为一个整体;缝制丝线在耐磨层1和抗拉层2上的相邻穿针位置之间的距离为2mm~3mm;缝制丝线穿过耐磨层1的下表面经线和抗拉层2的上表面经线进行缝制。
需要说明的是,所述的耐磨层1和抗拉层2采用缝制丝线,穿过并且绕过耐磨层1的底部经线以及抗拉层2的上表面经线进行缝制,让缝制的痕迹不会在面料的表层明显出现,形成一种“隐形”的缝制效果;同时,这种缝制方式,能够让两层面料之间牢固缝制,形成一体化的缝制效果。在具体缝制的时候,
优选的,所述耐磨层1以及抗拉层2上浸扎有耐磨涂层,耐磨层1与抗拉层2的厚度相等。
优选的,所述保暖层6中,棉纤维15、甲壳素纤维24以及储热调温纤维的质量占比分别为55%、15%以及30%。保暖层6采用棉纤维15、甲壳素纤维24以及储热调温纤维进行混纺,相比于传统的棉纤维15保暖面料来说,本申请的保暖层6增强了面料的储热效果,其储热保暖作用会得到更好的改善,保暖效果更为优异。
在步骤5中,所述抗拉层2、抗静电层3、防辐射层4、抗菌层5以及保暖层6首先通过缝制丝线进行固定缝制,最后再对耐磨层1与抗拉层2进行缝制。设定此顺序的目的,主要为了将内部各层之间采用缝制丝线进行固定缝制,其缝制的线条痕迹可以出现在面料的外表面。当耐磨层1与抗拉层2之间进行缝制时,便需要采用步骤5的缝制方式,形成“隐形”缝制,让面料外观看起来给人一种如同直接粘贴上去的效果,缝制的线条可以采用涤纶或者锦纶线。
需要进一步说明的是,发明人在具体实践和研究中发现,在纤维表面浸镀一层纳米银颗粒,并经过高温水浸泡处理之后,其同样具备较好的抗静电效果。该工艺与传统的防静电液浸泡工艺完全不同,而抗静电效果方面具备异曲同工之妙。
此外,本申请为了提高和完善面料的功能性,通过防辐射层4以及抗菌层5的设计,进一步有效提高了面料的防辐射效果和抗菌效果。通过
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
一方面,本申请的面料不仅耐磨效果较好,而且通过耐磨层1和抗拉层2的双重设计,相比于传统耐磨面料来说,其耐磨性得到了进一步提升;同时,耐磨层1与抗拉层2的缝制方式,有效避免缝制的针线痕迹,并且保证面料之间缝制的牢固性。
另一方面,本申请的面料具备较好的抗静电效果、防辐射效果以及抗菌效果,提高了面料的综合性能,具有较好的实用价值及推广价值。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (5)

1.一种抗静电耐磨面料,其特征在于:从外向内依次包括耐磨层(1)、抗拉层(2)、抗静电层(3)、防辐射层(4)、抗菌层(5)以及保暖层(6);所述耐磨层(1)为经纬梭织工艺制备面料,经纱为锦纶纤维(11)、聚酯纤维(12)以及竹炭纤维(13)混纺而成的线条,纬纱为蚕丝(14)、棉纤维(15)和聚丙烯纤维(16)的混纺纱线条,所述耐磨层(1)为斜纹面料层;所述抗拉层(2)为平纹面料层,抗拉层(2)的经纱线为亚麻纤维(22)、棉纤维(15)以及锦纶纤维(11)混纺而成的线条,纬纱线为香蕉纤维(23)、甲壳素纤维(24)以及涤纶纤维(25)混纺而成的线条;所述耐磨层(1)和抗拉层(2)之间采用针织方式缝合为一体;所述抗静电层(3)为抗静电丝、聚酯纤维(12)和涤纶纤维(25)混纺而成的平纹面料;所述防辐射层(4)为金属纤维丝、银纤维以及蚕丝(14)混纺而成的面料层;所述抗菌层(5)为香蕉纤维(23)、亚麻纤维(22)、竹炭纤维(13)以及纳米银抗菌纤维混纺而成的面料层,该面料层经过抗菌染整工艺处理;所述保暖层(6)为棉纤维(15)、甲壳素纤维(24)以及储热调温纤维混纺而成的面料层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗静电耐磨面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤1:选料:选取经纱为锦纶纤维(11)、聚酯纤维(12)、竹炭纤维(13)、蚕丝(14)、棉纤维(15)、聚丙烯纤维(16)、亚麻纤维(22)、香蕉纤维(23)、甲壳素纤维(24)、涤纶纤维(25)、抗静电丝、金属纤维丝、银纤维、纳米银抗菌纤维、储热调温纤维以及用于缝制固定面料层的丝线;
步骤2:耐磨层(1)制备:将锦纶纤维(11)、聚酯纤维(12)以及竹炭纤维(13)混纺成经纱线条;蚕丝(14)、棉纤维(15)和聚丙烯纤维(16)的混纺而成纬纱线条;上述经纱线条和纬纱线条梭织形成斜纹面;
步骤3:抗拉层(2)制备:将亚麻纤维(22)、棉纤维(15)以及锦纶纤维(11)混纺形成抗拉层(2)的经纱线,纬纱线则通过香蕉纤维(23)、甲壳素纤维(24)以及涤纶纤维(25)混纺而成;将经纱线和纬纱线通过梭织工艺形成平纹面料;
步骤4:抗静电处理:将抗静电丝、聚酯纤维(12)和涤纶纤维(25)混纺而成平纹面料,其中,抗静电丝所占质量比例为80%,聚酯纤维(12)和涤纶纤维(25)所占质量比例分别为10%;所述抗静电丝为防静电合成纤维,将抗静电丝、聚酯纤维(12)以及涤纶纤维(25)分成若干束进行拉展,每束丝线的线条数量为30~40根,保证每根丝线之间不相互缠绕,互相分离;拉展之后的丝线采用镀银工艺在其表面镀一层银离子纳米颗粒,用80~100℃的热水浸泡20~30min之后进行烘干,形成抗静电层(3)所需的纤维材料;最后将烘干之后的纤维进行混纺,形成抗静电层(3);
步骤5:将所述耐磨层(1)、抗拉层(2)、抗静电层(3)、防辐射层(4)、抗菌层(5)以及保暖层(6)从外到内依次固定缝制为一体;所述耐磨层(1)和抗拉层(2)之间通过缝制丝线穿过经纱线缝合为一个整体;缝制丝线在耐磨层(1)和抗拉层(2)上的相邻穿针位置之间的距离为2mm~3mm;缝制丝线穿过耐磨层(1)的下表面经线和抗拉层(2)的上表面经线进行缝制。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种抗静电耐磨面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述耐磨层(1)以及抗拉层(2)上浸扎有耐磨涂层,耐磨层(1)与抗拉层(2)的厚度相等。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种抗静电耐磨面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述保暖层(6)中,棉纤维(15)、甲壳素纤维(24)以及储热调温纤维的质量占比分别为55%、15%以及30%。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种抗静电耐磨面料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤5中,所述抗拉层(2)、抗静电层(3)、防辐射层(4)、抗菌层(5)以及保暖层(6)首先通过缝制丝线进行固定缝制,最后再对耐磨层(1)与抗拉层(2)进行缝制。
