Claims (10)
1. The utility model provides a quick butt joint fixing device for PE service pipe which characterized in that: the device comprises a base (1), a supporting device fixedly arranged in the middle above the base (1), a positioning device movably arranged on the inner side of the positioning device, and a fixing device movably arranged at the end part of the base (1), wherein two groups of supporting devices, two groups of positioning devices and two groups of fixing devices form an integral structure which is symmetrically distributed on the base (1); the supporting device comprises a supporting ring (2) fixedly arranged in the middle above the base (1) and a supporting frame (3) fixedly arranged in the middle of the supporting ring (2); the positioning devices are not less than three groups, each positioning device comprises a limiting block (4) fixedly arranged in the support frame (3), a telescopic block (5) movably connected in the limiting block (4) and a conveying belt (6) movably arranged at one end of the telescopic block (5), and a power device for synchronously driving the telescopic blocks (5) is arranged on the support ring (2); the fixing device comprises a lifting block (7) movably connected to the end of the base (1), a movable block (8) arranged above the lifting block (7), and a clamping block (9) elastically connected to the inside of the movable block (8), one end of the movable block (8) is movably connected to one end of the lifting block (7), and the other end of the movable block (8) is connected with the other end of the lifting block (7) in a clamping mode.

The quick butt joint fixing device for the PE water supply pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the power device comprises a screw rod (10) for driving the telescopic block (5), a movable shaft (11) for driving the screw rod (10) through a first bevel gear set (22), and a motor (13) for driving the movable shaft (11) through a second bevel gear set (12), wherein one end of the screw rod (10) is movably connected in the support ring (2), the other end of the screw rod (10) is connected with the telescopic block (5) through threads, and the motor (13) is fixedly installed in the support ring (2).

The quick butt joint fixing device for the PE water supply pipe as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the telescopic conveyor is characterized in that a notch is formed in one end of the telescopic block (5), a rotating roller (14) is movably connected in the notch of the telescopic block (5), and the conveying belt (6) is sleeved on the side face of the rotating roller (14).
4. The quick butt joint fixing device for the PE water supply pipe as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the number of the rotating rollers (14) is two, and the rotating rollers are symmetrically distributed inside the notches of the telescopic blocks (5).

The quick butt joint fixing device for the PE water supply pipe as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the tip of base (1) is provided with flexible platform (15), the one end top fixed mounting that base (1) was kept away from in flexible platform (15) has lift platform (16), elevator (7) fixed connection is at the output of lift platform (16).

10. The use method of the quick butt joint fixing device for the PE water supply pipe according to claim 9, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1; when the PE water supply pipe butt joint device is used, one of two PE water supply pipes to be butted is placed in a bayonet (21) on one lifting block (7), the position of the PE water supply pipe in the horizontal direction is manually adjusted, the end part of the PE water supply pipe is placed in a corresponding positioning device group, a corresponding lifting platform (16) is started to adjust the position of the PE water supply pipe in the vertical direction, the axis of the PE water supply pipe and the center of the positioning device group are located at the same position, then the movable block (8) is rotated, the clamping block (9) is pressed on the PE water supply pipe, and the PE water supply pipe is fixed by using the bolt (20);
s2, starting a motor (13), wherein the motor (13) drives the movable shafts (11) through a second bevel gear set (12), two adjacent movable shafts (11) are driven through a first bevel gear set (22), the movable shafts (11) drive the screw rod (10) through the first bevel gear set (22), the screw rod (10) drives the telescopic block (5) in the rotating process, and the conveying belt (6) is pressed on the side face of the PE water supply pipe by the telescopic block (5);
s3, carrying out the same operation on the other one of the two PE water supply pipes to be butted;
and S4, finally, starting the telescopic platform (15) to contract, so that the adjacent ends of the two PE water supply pipes are close to each other, and the butt joint and the fixation of the two PE water supply pipes are completed.
