Claims (9)
1. A quick butt joint fixing device for PE feed pipe, its characterized in that: the device comprises a base (1), a supporting device fixedly arranged in the middle of the upper part of the base (1), a positioning device movably arranged on the inner side of the supporting device, and a fixing device movably arranged on the end part of the base (1), wherein the supporting device, the positioning device and the fixing device form an integral structure with two groups and are symmetrically distributed on the base (1); the supporting device comprises a supporting ring (2) fixedly arranged at the middle part above the base (1) and a supporting frame (3) fixedly arranged in the middle of the supporting ring (2); the positioning device comprises at least three groups of limiting blocks (4) fixedly installed in the supporting frame (3), telescopic blocks (5) movably connected in the limiting blocks (4) and a conveying belt (6) movably arranged at one end of each telescopic block (5), and a power device for synchronously driving the telescopic blocks (5) is arranged on the supporting ring (2);
the fixing device comprises a lifting block (7) movably connected to the end part of the base (1), a movable block (8) arranged above the lifting block (7) and a clamping block (9) elastically connected to the inside of the movable block (8), one end of the movable block (8) is movably connected with one end above the lifting block (7), and the other end of the movable block (8) is clamped with the other end above the lifting block (7); the power device comprises a screw rod (10) for driving the telescopic block (5), a movable shaft (11) for driving the screw rod (10) through a first bevel gear set (22) and a motor (13) for driving the movable shaft (11) through a second bevel gear set (12), one end of the screw rod (10) is movably connected in the supporting ring (2), the other end of the screw rod (10) is connected with the telescopic block (5) through threads, and the motor (13) is fixedly installed in the supporting ring (2).
2. The quick docking fixture for a PE feed pipe of claim 1, wherein: the novel telescopic device is characterized in that a notch is formed in one end of the telescopic block (5), a rotating roller (14) is movably connected in the notch of the telescopic block (5), and the conveying belt (6) is sleeved on the side face of the rotating roller (14).
3. A quick docking fixture for a PE water feed pipe as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the number of the rotating rollers (14) is two, and the rotating rollers are symmetrically distributed in the notch of the telescopic block (5).

A quick docking fixture for a PE water feed pipe as defined in claim 3, wherein: the end of base (1) is provided with flexible platform (15), flexible platform (15) are kept away from one end top fixed mounting of base (1) and are had lift platform (16), lift piece (7) fixed connection is at the output of lift platform (16).
5. The quick docking fixture for a PE feed pipe of claim 4, wherein: the movable block (8) is internally provided with a sliding groove (17), and the clamping block (9) is connected to the inside of the sliding groove (17) through a spring (18) and slides in the sliding groove (17).
6. The quick docking fixture for a PE feed pipe of claim 5, wherein: one end of the clamping block (9) far away from the spring (18) is fixedly connected with an elastic pad (19).
7. The quick docking fixture for a PE feed pipe of claim 6, wherein: the movable block (8) is clamped with the lifting block (7) through the bolt (20), and the bolt (20) penetrates through the movable block (8) and the lifting block (7) respectively.
8. The quick docking fixture for a PE feed pipe of claim 7, wherein: the bayonet (21) is formed in the adjacent sides of the movable block (8) and the lifting block (7), and the clamping block (9) and the elastic pad (19) are located in the bayonet (21) on the movable block (8).
9. The method of using a quick docking fixture for PE water supply pipes as set forth in claim 8, comprising the steps of:
s1, when the PE water supply pipe butt joint device is used, one of two PE water supply pipes to be butt-jointed is placed in a bayonet (21) on one lifting block (7), the horizontal direction position of the PE water supply pipe is adjusted manually, the end part of the PE water supply pipe is placed in a corresponding positioning device group, a corresponding lifting platform (16) is started to adjust the vertical direction position of the PE water supply pipe, the axis of the PE water supply pipe and the center of the positioning device group are positioned at the same position, then a movable block (8) is rotated, a clamping block (9) is pressed on the PE water supply pipe, and the PE water supply pipe is fixed by using a bolt (20);
s2, starting a motor (13), wherein the motor (13) drives the movable shafts (11) through a second bevel gear set (12), simultaneously, the two adjacent movable shafts (11) are driven through a first bevel gear set (22), the movable shafts (11) drive the screw rod (10) through the first bevel gear set (22), the telescopic blocks (5) are driven in the rotation process of the screw rod (10), and the telescopic blocks (5) press the conveying belt (6) on the side surface of the PE water supply pipe;
s3, carrying out the same operation on the other one of the two PE water supply pipes to be butted;
and S4, finally, starting the telescopic platform (15) to shrink so that the adjacent ends of the two PE water supply pipes are close to each other, and finishing the butt joint fixation of the two PE water supply pipes.
