In the scheme, the pretreatment device comprises a fixed seat 10, a sand blasting pipe 9 and a first brush roller 7. The fixing seat 10 comprises a top plate 1001, connecting blocks 1002 are arranged at the left end and the right end of the top plate 1001, and a roller core 701 of the first brush roller 7 penetrates through the connecting blocks 1002 at the left end and the right end of the top plate 1001, so that the first brush roller 7 can rotate relative to the connecting blocks 1002 at the left end and the right end of the top plate 1001. And one end of the first brush roller 7 is connected with a motor through a transmission shaft, and the first brush roller 7 can rotate relative to the fixed seat 10 under the driving of the motor. And the outer wall of the first brush roll 7 is wrapped with scouring pad 8.
As can be easily understood, if the surface of the metal plate 11 is directly subjected to rust removal by the brush roll with the abrasive wires or the brush strips, the grinding members such as the abrasive wires will be worn out and discarded soon, and the cost for rust removal is extremely high. In the scheme, the first brush roll 7 in the pretreatment device is wrapped with the scouring pad 8 to pretreat stains and rusts on the surface of the metal plate 11, so that the wear rate of the subsequent brush roll can be reduced, and the rust removal cost is reduced. And because the scouring pad 8 can be directly disassembled and replaced after being worn, and the replacement cost of the scouring pad 8 is lower, the maintenance cost of the first brush roller 7 is greatly reduced, and the rust removal cost is reduced.
In order to facilitate the replacement of the cleaning cloth 8, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 to 14, the first brush roller 7 includes a roller core 701 and a rotating member 702, the roller core 701 includes an outer circumferential wall and both side end surfaces, and the cleaning cloth 8 is wrapped around the side wall of the roller core 701. And a groove 7011 is formed in the side wall of the roller core 701, and the groove 7011 penetrates through the top end face of one side of the roller core 701. The rotating member 702 is rotatably disposed in the groove 7011, and the rotating member 702 can be switched between a locking position and an unlocking position.
As shown in fig. 13, when the rotating member 702 is in the locking position, the rotating member 702 rotates to abut against the bottom of the fixing groove 7011, and one end of the scouring pad 8 is sandwiched between the rotating member 702 and the bottom of the fixing groove 7011. As shown in fig. 14, when the rotating member 702 is in the unlocking position, the rotating member 702 rotates to be separated from the bottom of the fixing groove 7011, so that the cleaning pad 8 is disengaged from the rotating member 702 and the fixing groove 7011. As a specific embodiment, two fixing blocks 703 are disposed on a top end surface of one side of the roller core 701 penetrating through the fixing groove 7011, a rotation shaft is fixed between the two fixing blocks 703, both ends of the rotation shaft are respectively connected to the two fixing blocks 703, and the rotation shaft penetrates through the rotation member 702. The rotation member 702 can move toward or away from the bottom of the fixed slot 7011 about the rotation axis to perform state transition between the locked position and the unlocked position.
After the scouring pad 8 is worn, the scouring pad 8 can be directly detached and replaced, the replacement cost of the scouring pad 8 is low, and the roller core 701 is wrapped with the scouring pad 8 to treat stains and rust on the surface of a metal material, so that the rust removal cost is reduced. And the rotating part 702 rotates to be separated from the bottom of the fixed groove 7011, the scouring pad 8 can be separated from the rotating part 702 and the fixed groove 7011, and the scouring pad 8 can be replaced by only rotating the rotating part 702, so that the scouring pad is convenient and quick. And the scouring pad 8 is clamped by the matching of the rotating piece 702 and the fixed groove 7011, so that the scouring pad 8 and the roller core 701 are kept fixed, and the scouring pad 8 is prevented from being separated from the roller core 701 in the rust removing process.
In a preferred embodiment, the top end surfaces of the roller core 701 are provided with a fixing groove 7011 and a rotating member 702, so as to fix the two ends of the scouring pad 8. In addition, the number of the fixing grooves 7011 and the rotating pieces 702 on the top end face of each side of the roller core 701 is 2, the fixing grooves 7011 and the rotating pieces 702 are in one-to-one correspondence and are arranged in the circumferential direction of the roller core 701 in a parallel mode, and the fixing effect of the scouring pad 8 is improved through the plurality of fixing grooves 7011 and the rotating pieces 702. And it is easy to understand that three, four or more than four can be used under the condition of ensuring the stable connection of the scouring pad 8 and the roller core 701.
Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the rotating member 702 is provided with an attaching surface attached to the bottom of the fixing groove 7011, the attaching surface is provided with a plurality of protrusions, and the protrusions are arc-shaped protrusions 7022. The friction force is increased by the arc-shaped protrusion 7022 to prevent the scouring pad 8 from slipping out of the fixing groove 7011, and the arc-shaped protrusion 7022 does not cut the surface of the scouring pad 8. Further alternatively, it is also possible that the bottom of the fixing groove 7011 is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped protrusions 7022, or both the attachment surface and the bottom of the fixing groove 7011 are provided with a plurality of arc-shaped protrusions 7022.
And to prevent the rotating member 702 from rotating and causing the scouring pad 8 to be detached during the descaling process, the brush roll further includes a position limiting assembly 7045 that positions the rotating member 702 in the locked position. The limiting component 7045 includes a limiting rod 7041, the rotating member 702 is provided with limiting holes 7021 penetrating the head and the tail of the rotating member 702, and the groove wall of the fixing groove 7011 is provided with a positioning hole 7012. When the rotating member 702 is located at the locking position, the position-limiting rod 7041 is inserted into the positioning hole 7012 through the position-limiting hole 7021. The rotation member 702 is restrained by a restraint bar 7041. Furthermore, the limit component 7045 further comprises a spring 7042, one end of the spring 7042 is connected with the outer wall of the limit rod 7041, and the other end of the spring 7042 is connected with the inner hole wall of the limit hole 7021. Referring to fig. 13 and 14, when the rotation member 702 rotates to the unlocking position, the user pulls the stopper 7041 and the spring 7042 compresses. When the rotating member 702 rotates to the locking position, the user does not pull the position-limiting rod 7041, and the spring 7042 drives the position-limiting rod 7041 to be inserted into the positioning hole 7012 without external force. The spring 7042 ensures that the stop bar 7041 is always inserted into the positioning hole 7012 in the derusting process. As an illustration of the installation manner of the spring 7042, one end of the spring 7042 is first welded to the position-limiting rod 7041, and then the position-limiting rod 7041 drives the spring 7042 to be inserted into the position-limiting hole 7021, so that the installation can be completed only by welding the other end of the spring 7042 to the inner hole wall of the position-limiting hole 7021.
In addition, the brush roller also comprises an annular rubber sleeve 705, the inner annular wall of the annular rubber sleeve 705 is attached to the outer wall of the limiting rod 7041, and the outer annular wall of the annular rubber sleeve 705 is attached to the rotating piece 702. The annular rubber sleeve 705 prevents water from entering the limiting hole 7021 and dust from entering the limiting hole. And because the annular rubber sleeve 705 is made of rubber, the elastic rod can be stretched by a certain length, and the pulling of the limit rod 7041 cannot be influenced.
In this embodiment, the sand blast pipe 9 penetrates the top plate 1001, and is clamped to the top plate 1001 to be fixed.
